On Friday April 19 I went to lunch at Carl’s Jr at whittier bled near the 605 freeway. Lulu the cook made a fresh and delicious spicy western cheeseburger large combo . It was a fresh and she had a friendly attitude and great customer service.

In the area and stopped for a bite to eat and this location is very clean and you get great service! All the ladies working there on 5/10/24, were extremely helpful and pleasant!

so i came on a wednesday and got a breakfast burger. i never knew i could get the burger as a double until the cashier offered it to me. it was a great meal with waffles fries and a shake. great establishment will be coming back soon!

I had an incredible experience at Carl's Jr. recently, all thanks to Adriana. It was just her and the cook today but you wouldn't have known it by how smoothly everything was running. Despite being alone, Adriana was amazingly understanding and managed to keep everything under control with ease. Her friendly attitude and calm demeanor made a big difference. She took the time to make sure every customer was taken care of, even though she had so much on her plate. It's rare to see someone handle such a busy shift with such grace and efficiency. Adriana truly went above and beyond, and it made my visit really enjoyable. Carl's Jr. is lucky to have her!

It was great experience wonderful staff. Who ever is in charge really keeps the store clean because you notice it the moment you walk in. Other locations are sometimes messy here and there. But not this one. The staff is really nice. And they are bilingual. I noticed because my dad speaks Spanish and they was able to talk to him in fluent Spanish for his order. Definitely coming back here again.

I'm a local and I've been frequenting this location for years and the last two years they've had the best crew they've ever had in all of its existence. This is by far one of the best Carl's Jr locations in LA county. 🔥🔥🔥

Adriana was great very patient with all the customers, she was alone and the cook 810am, and still had the patience to help the Dive through and inside orders very calm. She helped everybody with a very polite stride and specially her patients are amazing. It’s always enjoyable to see her always greeting everyone with a smile on her face. So this is my favorite location it's right off the 605 on Whittier boulevard. I especially like the night crew they're friendly they know their menu and they're quick. I always get accurate orders and when I'm in a crunch for time this is my favorite dinner spot. Always fresh made to order.

I had a bad experience with a Carl’s Jr. a year or two ago. I ordered food and it was completely smashed and pretty disgusting looking. I never wanted to go back to Carl’s Jr. when I found out there was one my job, I decided to try out this one. The ladies at this location are all extremely nice and attentive. All of my orders have been accurate and perfect. That’s why I continue to come back. I recently found out that Carl’s Jr. will stop offering the Beyond Famous Star, which is the only reason I even eat at Carl’s Jr. in the first place. I asked Adrianna about it and she suggested and alternate burger I can eat and that’ll keep me spending my money at this Carls Jr location. Great staff, convenient location, and great food. Typical Carl's, nothing special. Food was good, know what to expect. Fries and onion rings could be hotter. They are sitting there waiting for you, did not taste like "Fresh Made for You".

Everything small now it's not . Chocolate, you can eat in 2 bites . Fries aren't even full or the size you ask for . Hamburgers are good but not like before . Friendly service . Sometimes they can't hear you tho , you have to scream .

I ordered the Famous Star Burger at Carl's Jr. and I was impressed with the service cuz it was incredibly fast, and it's a huge plus that they have an amazing offer in their mobile app. Anyway, my burger was served fresh and warm, just the way I like it. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the visit pleasant. However, I did notice that they only offer up to two sauces and you have to pay for the 3rd one, which was a bit limiting. But overall, a great spot for a quick, tasty meal.

It's fast food. Although I love Carl's it is more expensive now. I can get way beter deals at other large chain restaurants. $12.50 for a medium double western combo. It was clean, for now. And not to busy, but I was here at a time they aren't usually busy. Close to the freeway for a quick stop.

Carls Jr is usually a good quality spot to eat in my opinion and I have no problems with quality of food but the person in the drive-thru intercom was not too friendly and sounded angry when I ordered more food.

Food was fast and good. However, the bathrooms, that's another post. Well, I'll continue. There was a gentlemen in the men's bathroom taking a birdbath. There was water everywhere on the floor. Apparently, homeless use the restroom as a public shower.

The food is consistently good, here, at this location. I have two things that are an issue for me, though. That is why I'm only giving a 3 star review. First, they don't have the biscuits and gravy at this location. That is just a personal thing, for me, though, as I do like those. 😏 The other issue, here, is the horrid smell that seems to be emanating from the sewer. It is really bad by the bathroom hallway, and also between the parking lot and front door. So, no matter what, you cannot escape it. And, let me reiterate, it is really rancid! 🤢

I had the avocado burger for the first time. It was good, but these days I'm always wondering if it is real beef that fastfood joints are serving up! Probably, mostly not. The shake was good too.

so last sunday me and my brother ordered three burgers and two medium fries for take out and we ate almost of the food except for the two cups of lemonade that we ordered and then later in the following day my brother said he was dizzy and that his stomach was hurting and he eventually got better after a few pills, medicine, and a shower. his illness could've been from something else but in my headcanon it was probably from the carls jr.

A chicken sandwich combo costs $23! Far too expensive!

The staff are pleasant and service and food is good. However. I asked for 2 double doubles apart from a combo. I was told I was given the special so I'm excited and thankful as anyone would be. I get home distribute the burgers and only one person gets a double double. The rest feel like bunnies, eating more lettuce that meat. If a customer ask for a double double, please give a double double or explain the special you're giving that WAS NOT requested and inform them of the difference. Now my visitors are still hungry. This is not the first time I am not given what I ask for. I'm sure I was given the specials before as I was reminded it happened the last time. It's frustrating. Your heart is in the right place but I did not get what I asked for or wanted. Ever been so tired and hungry from having g might snacks the whole Dat and looking forward to a big burger, are given a special thinking it would still be a double double since it's what was requested just to be disappointed when you're ready to eat?!

It's kinda depressing to have a place you like become so undependable. Ranch dressing, a necessity for jalapeño poppers, is sparse and sporadic in its availability and now the lettuce looks like the got it from chik filet (beyond wilted). 3 stars is my optimism... creeping in.

very disappointed in the team work i encountered today. i was being helped by someone who was new & was having trouble with the shake i ordered, poor kid was struggling, he spilled a good amount of it all while his co worker kira just stood there watching him drown. i mean im all for training by letting newbies learn hands on under pressure but at some point you gotta step in & lend a helping hand, which she never did. team work goes a long way. theres a lot of ways she could have stepped in to help him instead she literally just stood there doing absolutely nothing just watching him. i am still in disbelief. i know its just a fast food joint & i dont expect much but regardless of where one works, they shpuld always try to be a team player. just my pov...

I know marketing works a certain way to get the customers' attention, but false advertisement should not be acceptable. I'm driving down the street, and I see an ad showing a cheeseburger with fries and a drink, a combo. Well it turns out the picture shows a "super star combo" for $7.99 but then if you want to get it as the picture shows it (as a cheeseburger) you have to pay extra for the cheese. I couldn't even finish my hamburger or soda. They deserve no stars. The customer service was horrible and my rootbeer tastes like Dr. Pepper. If you like wasting your money then come here but if you want good food go anywhere else.

This is the worst fast food restaurant we have been to. Employees are half asleep, the soda fountains had limited amount of choices, because they ran out of the most popular brands. Plus I took my order to go and it was incomplete. Missing a couple of sandwiches. Worst service.

I have lived in this area for several yrs and been to this location maybe 4 times. EVERY single time they get my order wrong in the drive through. The put so much mayo on the burger, it was disgusting. They charged me an additional 3.78 to my order for changing combo to onion rings. $10.00 total for a small burger combo. Corporate needs to shut down this location. It's an embarrassment to Whittier.

When I arrived home my order was plain burgers and chicken nuggets but I got no nuggets and an Angus burger and double cheese burgers with everything. Had to throw half the food away cuz my kids wouldn't eat it.

Worse experience. The mak you stop the car about 5 feet before you get to the window. Which is not good especially at night. They allow homeless people to ask for money from the guests in drive-thru. I went in today to use the bathroom, and I was going to get something to eat right after. So I went up to the cashier there. I saw the manager and asked her, 'Can I get the bathroom code?' She responded, 'No, hi, how are you?' She didn't even say that. I don't know. When I walked in, I greeted this person, but she was being rude and didn't want to give me the password to the restroom, so I would rate this place no stars if I could. I wouldn't go there; the customer service is bad.

Worst drive thru experience I've ever had. The onion rings had been reheated, stale and tough. Those same onion rings used in my western bacon cheeseburger, made that part of the meal garbage. The person working the drive thru was too occupied talking on the phone which obviously caused a distraction. She forgot to give me my drink. Very disappointed! Very upset that my hard earned money bought such garbage served by someone unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to this Carl’s Jr. location often, but my recent visits have been really disappointing. The managers, Gina and Alejandra, were incredibly rude and had such unpleasant attitudes—it honestly made the experience miserable. I don’t appreciate being treated this way, especially when I’m a regular customer. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a fast-food restaurant employee but I guess that's how Carl's Jr rolls.

An older gentleman walked into the restaurant behind me and walked straight behind the counter, and began preparing food items. He never washed his hands and did not wear an apron. The service and food were excellent, but it was a turn-off by the unsanitary example that was displayed.

Around the city, there are advertisements stating that the restaurant is running a promotion: "Buy one Big Carl and get the second one for just a dollar." I went to the restaurant, ordered two sandwiches and a drink, but they charged me full price for everything. I asked if there might be a mistake, to which they replied, "No." The promotion applies every day except today, so you have to pay full price. This seems like a scam or deceit. I don’t recommend coming here.

I come here often, but i didn’t get what i want the last few times i came here. I come here during the night shift, graveyard, and usually ask for the beyond bbq cheeseburger combo and, unlike montebello and east la, they keep forgetting the cheese. One time i asked for the wraptor burger and the cashier couldn't find the charge function. I replied that it is ok and just give me a beyond bbq cheeseburger combo, she didn’t give me a receipt , which is often the case, and i was charged for a beyond famous star, which cost more. I didn’t find the is out until i checked my bank statements online. I still didn’t get cheese. The receipt is the same as the east la and montebello statement, but i get cheese at these places. Now i have to waste my gas and go to east la if i want a burger. 8/27/2022 Guess it was dumb of me to come here again. Wanted to try the new sourdough jack, w/o bacon, w/o meat, and add beyond meat. There was still bacon and the patty looked like a meat patty. Plus the beyond meat patty cost so much, why cant you just replace it. I could of had a well cook meal for the amount I paid. I went to replace it, no problem. But this place consistently screws up. I had to waste gas to come back and barely made it on time for work, which i am unable to take a break or lunch during my shift. Compared to the east la and montebello carls jr, this one deserve negative rating. Will never come here again.
