Stephanie was nice and had good service! She was amazing. My kid ordered two match lattes and a vanilla bean Frappuccino.

Even though drive through line was pretty long, it didn't take too much time at all. The guy working the window was super nice and pleasant

The staff is very polite, and the location is immaculately clean. There is also a working fireplace, which makes it very cozy in the winter. There is no drive through, but I'm personally ok with that.

Great place but the wait time is crazy. I don’t blame them because those drinks are an art the requires time and effort.

Only been here a few times, excellent workers, paid attention to me, and the young lady at the register even bought my drink for me, as I was telling her my power outage story, that my house was down to 50°. Very nice, professional, and KIND people.

The employees always take the time to get to know you, especially if you're a regular. The menu is fantastic and the wait time is never too bad. The outside patio is right off a beautiful Main St. and watching cars go by and enjoying a beautiful morning there is something I would definitely recommend.

I personally like the starbucks but my 4 year old just loves it. I usually go to the same Starbucks location but when i go to the different one I feel that quality fell little short. But that was not happen here I stayed for three days in Buffalo and buy a latte every morning and it was feeling great that I just loved the taste and quality. Even it almost ready for me to pick it up and it's hot. The location is nice and clean.

You have no idea the difference you guys can make by being so friendly and making the perfect drink at 6 am on a Saturday when you would rather be doing anything but driving 4 hours to drop your daughter off with her father for two weeks. Above and beyond that, I ordered a drink this past Saturday at the wrong location. Without skipping a beat the staff made my drink anyways and were so friendly. Thank you

Starbucks is always a favorite in my family. They have a great selection and new ideas for drinks. They never tend to get old I would recommend Starbucks if you’ve been living under a rock for the last 10 years then I need not go into too much more detail, since there’s one on the corner of every single major Street in the United States.

You guys, I have found my new favorite Starbucks location and it's in Buffalo!! I mean seriously. This place has it all. Plenty of seating, a private meeting area where they do regular community activities, motivational post-its for you to take or make, a community board with all their scheduled events and events in the area, and several charity collection spots!! On top of the amazing space and offerings, the staff is crazy friendly! After just a day or two of coming in, they recognized me, welcomed me back and chatted with us like we were life-long friends. It was so warm and inviting. Exactly what you want in a regular coffee cafe. Overall: A++ My new favorite Starbucks location, with everything to offer and amazing staff!

First Saturday in 100 years that this drive thru wasn't 7 hours long. It sounds like I'm exaggerating, doesn't it? The drive thru employee was really nice and super patient as I had to order someone else's drink for them and we all know how AWFUL that experience is. But this kid was very helpful. Idk maybe 9am on Saturday is the golden hour because every second other than that is a dismal nightmare.

Legit my favorite Starbucks. Theres a gentleman who works there and every time I hear his voice at the drive through I know my drink is going to be amazing. He’s always so sweet and happy and it makes my stop more enjoyable. My husband and I refer to him as “The Guy” if you get The Guy you’re going to be taken care of 💯

The workers here are amazing, especially Jasmine (I hope I got your name right love) she smiles every single day and always puts in the best work ethic. Every time I come to Starbucks she has the place running in perfect order, pumping drinks out with a smile. It’s such a pleasant atmosphere and I appreciate the workers a lot! Thank you guys!

I like that they open very early in the morning to serve early risers like myself. Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh and the coffee is perfect.

The drive-thru attendant was quite pleasant. I was in and out in under 5. I don't do chain coffee shop food, unless its Spot or a donut. Nothing against any of them, just...a lovely memory from my childhood I like to enjoy when I have a coffee and donut. ☺️ Oh! The brownies here are amazing! Love Starbucks gum! And, those yummy chocolate-covered coffee beans are amazing in a pinch for a quick, easy, low sugar, high-octane pick-me-up.

I think I've been to this location once before recent weeks and didn't really pay attention to the inside beyond getting my drink and meeting with someone. I stopped again a couple weeks ago when the location I usually go to in the morning to get some work done had a sign posted that their inside area was closed until 7:00am, then extended to 7:10, then beyond... After waiting I finally went to this location which has a better seating arrangement for guests as well as seems to have better staffing (so the aforementioned situation that brought me to this location in the first place is probably less likely to happen.) I especially love the "meeting area" which is nice to use if not in use by a group and I want to look into how it can be reserved or rented possibly for some event stuff I'm thinking about for the store I work at that's looking to do some events.

I used to work in area many years back. Starbucks used to be further down on Main in a tiny building. No drive thru. I’ve recently been in the area and noticed they have moved and WOW. So happy it’s bigger and I actually have a place to park. The staff is amazing. Both times I’ve gotten my brown sugar shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam, and my god it was amazing. I will continue to go there whenever I’m in the area.

I usually order in the morning on my way into work using the app and it is always ready within minutes. Very fast service and staff is always very friendly no matter the time of day. The parking lot can be a little crazy, but at 7:40 ish in the morning I have never had an issue getting a spot. The few times I've had to wait in line it was always very quick. It's a busy location and they handle the volume well. There is also really nice seating areas that I have seen people working in, definitely somewhere I would go to sit and get stuff done.

Extremely pleasant atmosphere. Fast service. Very friendly associates. Witnessed an awesome act of kindness. A young student did not have the money for his breakfast and a very kind lady in the other line quickly and quietly stepped up and paid for him. It was so refreshing to realize what she had done. I have not stopped smiling and my whole day has been better. I hope she realizes how many people were affected by her act of kindness.

There was initiative, on our side, so I showed up, and not the dream. There was some studies, and activities, and one day, we were allowed the shuttle into Mainsville, to visit Starbucks, on the request of one very elegant Canadian Girl, who I spied, has grown but not aged in appearance. Recently. I had the White Chocolate Mocha. There were a few of us, and I was not fashionably dressed. It was the last of Aldo, it was said. I still own a pair. Yes, I was 17 and brave. I think, it was 6-7 dollars USD with my customisation or my friend's. Some whipped cream and Caramel sauce. On the other hand, your town is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I have been to UMASS Campus. That's a stunner too, but more Soviet to me. I loved it there, here, I was fine. I ordered myself. I was a brave boy, and I thank America. And I thank you. For all these memories. In India, we have Starbucks too, for the last 10-12 years under the Branding with TATA, which is a conglomerate. I'm not sure of the vending, share-holdering whatever. The food is different. And specially catered for Indian taste. I recommend you see. You may like some items, given the new flavour of Far-Eastern cuisines in America. The staff was so friendly to every person that walked in! Rare to see in such a busy Starbucks. I had a delicious vanilla iced latte :-) highly recommend!

Ordered my favorite drink and they got it right! Only complaint was that it was a little bit more liquidy than it should've been.

Easy to get in and out of, with the convenience of a drive thru. The staff are kind and the drinks are typically made correctly. Lots of dining space. It can get very busy around lunch time or rush hour.

Love coming to this Starbucks! The barrista's are friendly, provide suggestions with food & drinks and the service is fast. Only thing that's bad is the parking-awkward parking lot. Very busy location in the village of williamsville, especially during the day. No drive -thru access, walk-in only.

Nice, helpful staff, a nice variety of mugs and bottles of flavored syrup available, nice size store. I can't give them 5 stars because, like the rest of the Starbucks in Western New York State, they don't have Bistro Boxes, which totally stinks and needs to change. If they can have them in Erie, PA, they can have them in the 716. I'm just saying is all. Edit 10/15/2021: Ridiculous. They have staff cars parked out front and a tiny sign on the door that only the drive thru is open. So I lost my spot in line and things are going excruciatingly slowly. Waiting to even place my order for 10 minutes. I'm trapped in here now so I can't leave and get on with my life. I hope they are understaffed and not simply taking their sweet time. Edit again, just adding that they gave me my Shaked espresso with oatmilk and brown sugar for free and apologized for the wait

UPDATE: My girlfriend consistently uses this location and the drive through issues appear to have been resolved. Just pick another location, unless you’ve got absolutely nothing to do and time is of no concern. Not sure what it’s like inside but the drive-through is consistently problematic.

Usually VERY awesome with amazing customer service....However, today I sit I my car until 5:55...AM....AND they continue to tell us that they are not open yet...And keep the door locked. I feel they should have opened the door and allowed us inside to wait. It's now 5 :59...Lights just went on. An hour late??? Come on girls.

When you go to Starbucks you know what you're getting into since they are a chain. This Starbucks specifically was pretty efficient and had good service. Prices are getting pretty steep however

Always enjoy Starbucks, but it does take a long time to get your order. Again, a minor complaint, but overall not bad. Just understand if your looking for speedy service, this isn't your place.

Great store! I took a star off service just because it seems to take a little longer here to get your order, counter and drive-thru. But the food and drinks are the quality you would expect from SB!

This staff was well educated and efficient. They knew what they had to do and they'd get it done fast. They were very friendly. The coffee is so addicting and delicious. The atmosphere was fun. They had test drinks out, a wipe board that customers could write on, and a real down to earth feel.

Newer stand alone Starbucks with a drive- through. The store is spacious with several seating areas. We went inside for seasonal gingerbread lattes and peppermint mochas. All were prepared accurately and up to standards. Service was a little slow as most attention was focused on the drive through. The parking area is tight , as is the entrance and exit area.

Quiet in the early morning. They were repairing the cooler so we couldn't find any cold food. Seemed to have breakfast and lunch hot sandwiches. Quick. Street parking.

I'm so shocked.. I asked for no ice.. and I was told in a week or two they would charge an extra $1 for no ice..who does that.. you already take from consumer for the price and extra ice.. now we choose no ice.. and charge extra..hmm. No concern for consumer.. your already taken from us.. how dare you take more.. lost customer..

It's a Starbucks. You already either love them or don't see what the big deal is. Always strikes me as over priced, over sweetened drinks. Service is very slow but I'd chalk that up to over complexity.

It's absolutely freezing in this location no matter where you sit, even if you're right next to the fireplace. Also, what's the point of advertising the new "Blonde" everything if none of the locations even have drip coffee available after noon? Not everyone wants a pour over or espresso. I love the Blonde Americano but sometimes I want just coffee.

This is one of the busier Starbucks in Buffalo - even with mobile order, I've never had to wait less than 10 minutes with all of the orders coming in (they have somewhere in the range of five or six baristas). That said, I've never had an issue with quality and there's plenty of places to sit and get work done if you WFH

Instantly packed after opening, nice it frees up some of the Tim Hortons traffic, but just as packed via drive through. Ordered a mobile order like usual, waited a while after getting there, and drink options we're overlooked. Light ice was full ice. Overall nice inside, little hectic, but still another Starbucks option never seems to hurt.

First time coming to this one! I was very excited walking in! I of course greeted them and told them how nice the establishment is and not a word, not a hello- Although it does Look beautiful and way bigger than the one in orchard park I go to daily. So I proceeded to get two drinks that where not hard at all to make..The place was dead not one person in the store and it took them with 4-5 people 12 min for my drink. A guy named Tyler cashed me out and it was one of the worst experiences Iv ever had at Starbucks! Not nice or comfortable to be around at all, didn’t care about why I wanted and more sales he could of made if he didn’t act like a stuck up individual. Noticed that the tip jar was empty on two side I wonder why and I graciously leave tips! Never will I come back to this location. They don’t care-

So I don’t know how to rate this because it is quite possible the slowest Starbucks i’ve ever been to in my entire life and that’s infuriating and does make me late to everything but there is this one older guy who works the drive thru who is so so sweet and makes my entire day.

It's always busy here but the staff is friendly. Drive-thru hours are random sometimes. They put up a sign from time to time saying it's closed. The way the drive-thru feeds into Main Street is annoying if the line is super long.

My order was done at 11:59 I waited until 12:11 until I officially got my order. I watched everyone else get their drinks before me. I'm not coming back here again.

I'm sure the food and drinks are fine. The drive thru is a disaster. I waited in line for 15 minutes before I got to the window and then had to wait another 2-3 minutes while they finished preparing my order. Never again.

Love the new location however it doesnt have that cozy comfortable design, more of a fast food furniture look, lack of decor and the chairs are very uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly but the place is often cold and lacks an inviting feeling that the old location gave.

New location w minimal parking and no alternate parking available. Went twice and both time no parking spots so unable to get inside actual store. Used drive thru and only bought coffee. Would spend more if I was able to. But no parking!

Very rarely will this specific location have what I order. The drive thru is painfully slow and you’re pretty much trapped in the line and cant leave even if they don’t have what you order. I’ve never come here and left with everything I ordered. Super frustrating and I won’t be back.

My mobile order wasn't ready when it said it would be. Had to flag a friendly staff member to tell them about my order. Both bags of coffee were sold out even though app said they were in stock. I choose another as a substitute but they didn't have espresso beans so asked for a refund on the second bag. They couldn't do it... as it has be done via the app. Ugh!

Well, another Starbucks has fallen to machine brewed coffee by the cup instead of real brewed coffee. Machine coffee is not good at all, this is coming from a Starbucks fan. I will add this to the “Do Not Patronize” list. This is a nice Starbucks, but they changed their core product.

2 stars for effort. We have never been to Starbucks for coffee and we thought we would give it a try. We waited so long for 2 cups we had to ask twice and then they only gave us one! That's all they do is pour coffee!! We'll never go back. Tim Hortons it is!

Drive-thru sucks I absolutely hate all Starbucks that have drive-thrus I don't understand there could be nobody in the restaurant you come in you put an order in you wait 25 minutes for one cup of coffee I'm sorry but the people standing in the cafe should not be put second or third to the people in drive-thru there should be separate baristas for people that are in the restaurant this was one of the worst service I have received from a Starbucks in a really long time The last time this happened was the last winter at a different location in a different town also with a drive-thru also waited a minimum of 15 minutes for a iced espresso I don't have these problems in Starbucks without drive-throughs so they have issues they need to address!

The barista with the purple hair needs to be trained properly on how to make an iced matcha latte with vanilla cold foam. Normally I don't write reviews but her attitude was crusty so here I am.They literally have a giant promo picture of the drink on the menu and my drink looked nothing like the picture or how I have had it made before at other starbucks. My drink was an all one color super pale green,with no visible cold foam. Mind you this was a cafe order so it's not like it sat there and mixed which I understand happens, and when I asked if there was cold foam on there she said it was in there and asked if I wanted it to be remade, I was polite and said no thanks just a bigger cup and top off with cold foam, I said thank you multiple times and she didn't not acknowledge me. $8 for a very long wait, a crusty attitude, and a sub par drink. They were also out of everything that I wanted for my original order, there wasn't a parking spot at the place and it was freezing and dirty in there. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the cashier was nice.

As time goes on I question why I still come here A lot of my disappointments with this location may or may not be the baristas fault. However, today I AM LIVID. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a couple customizations (extra hot, ristretto and blonde espresso). As I take my very first sip of my drink---it's mostly watered all the way down and not a caramel taste at all. I have an extra hot watered down milk! I've patronized Starbucks long enough to know that the drinks can vary based on the skill set of the barista BUT THIS IS BEYOND TERRIBLE! If I could make it back before work, I'd take this mess back. I can say that some of the staff do take pride in making quality beverages BUT whoever made this needs more training.

The worse Starbucks , they don't get orders right, you always have to wait. I place a mobile order and it takes them 20 mins plus to get it to you in the mean time you can walk in or go thru drive thru and get quicker service no point in doing a mobile order. Staff is not friendly but they always apologize and say they are delayed which is pointless. If you have somewhere to be like work don't waste your time coming here

I’ve given this Starbucks plenty of chances, but it is always slow and always out of multiple menu options. It’s completely unacceptable to be out of seasonal items/drinks right after they just came out. Will not be returning to this location.

"Treated Poorly" I always say Good Morning, Please, Thank You and try to treat people with kindness and respect. I am a regular customer and go to this Starbucks 2-3 times per day, and with the Corporate Gift cards that I buy I spend about $5000 per year at this store. Today the shift supervisor Chastised me for how I order my drink! REALY? I was told that's not how Corporate wants it..... If she was so concerned about how corporate wants things done she might want to attend to the garbage billowing out of the garbage cans, clean up the garbage floating around the outside seating areas wipe up the tables and chairs and just spend a little of her energy cleaning, and a little less energy offending good customers. Does Corporate ever have meetings and convey the Idea of how their employees can foster and grow business?

Never have anything in stock. Food being sold out is a typical Starbucks issue, but at this location I’m lucky if I can even get a beverage that I want. Before you order anything you have to first clarify that they’re not out of it.

Racist..The manager of the store, a short-white woman, is really racist. Tonight, I was sitting and waiting for a friend to come. She came to me asked me to leave because I stayed over 30 minutes without ordering. I asked her to provide me the policy and she refused. She called the police. This place is racist and I am definitely having the complain number and will never let it go for this way. I will also report it to the corporation of Starbucks and will make sure every proper and legal steps to be taken (Including suing them). Please, don't ever go to this racist place.

Seems every location is still having to close prematurely. Ive lost count of times ive driven to locations only to find a sign blocking the drive-thru or a sign on the door. Also love when there's still employees inside that ignore you even if you drive up to order 30+ minutes before their posted closing time, while an automatic message tells you they've closed. Why do i even bother anymore?

This starbucks is the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. They never have straws, apparently they always are out. They are very slow and always seem clueless. every time i’m there, i wait 20 minutes OR MORE. i ordered two grande coffees today, there were only 3 people ahead of me in like, and after 20 minutes, my order still wasn’t done. when i asked for it, they didn’t even seem to know i had even ordered. terrible management and customer service skills. a disgrace.

Ordered a coffee with milk and vanilla, didn’t realize they handed me a peppermint mocha until I left, due to diet restrictions I had to toss it unfortunately as I was working a double and not able to run back. The woman behind the counter wasn’t the nicest, I was also promoted to tip for some reason on the screen which I’ve never seen before. I think I’ll give Dunkin a try..

This location always seems to disappoint. They always close their in-store café, don't update the app or website and let those who do mobile pick up and WALK to the store know that they can't come inside. The Drive-thru is always a long wait, not the most efficient location. My chicken caprice panini was soggy, how when it was just toasted? They have ZERO consistency on drink making; I got the PSL today and it was terrible. I LOVE that drink, they burned the milk and did not balance the flavoring right - asked for them to re-make it and the remade drink was somehow worse than the first drink! I got the PSL yesterday from Starbucks on Sheridan and it was PERFECT - they know what they are doing. Go a bit further down the road and stop at Sheridan for a better experience!

Nice location but very slow. They don't put your butter on your bagel for you. They gave me a bagel in a bag with the butter. The bagel was warm which it did not ask for. Then the butter melted and when I got in my car and had to try and butter the bagel the melted butter got all over me. What a mess! I don't understand how they can't butter a Bagel properly.

I had a terrible this afternoon , I went to Starbucks I wanted to purchase my order using my gift card which I’m sure has 25$ in it, I checked before I got into the drive through. They stole my gift card and forced me to pay an additional amount. Terrible service, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!! wouldn’t come here even if it was the last place on earth.

Parking lot is a disaster, i curbed my rim as some karen in a pathfinder needed to be all up on another karen who didnt know how to back up. Drinks can take up to 45 min in the morning. Wrong drink sizes were given to me and they were way too busy for me to feel comfortable asking for it to be fixed because i pity the workers

Newer staff is definitely not paying attention or concerned about customer service. They put in the order incorrectly at the register, which usually isn't a big deal, but then decided to be weird about making the correct drink. We ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for half a lukewarm coffee.

I’ve been ordering the same simple order of a Venti Cafe Misto. Over the last 4 weeks ordering from different locations I’ve been getting basically a cup of milk that isn’t even frothed with a splash of coffee. I know it’s supposed to be half and half but I’m basically paying $5 for milk.

I get the same thing every single time I order and it's almost everyday from this store: triple blonde vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream instead of milk and 1 pump of classic syrup, and it's a $9 drink. Today I could immediately tell it was too light colored, so I tried it and it barely tastes like espresso. I tried to confirm they made a triple and got attitude from the staff, so I left but the drink is gross and it's supposed to be a lot darker than this. Wasting my money.

As a manager myself i cannot understand how someone can have that label and still act so unprofessional. Lost a customer for good.

Wanted a grande decaf iced brown sugar cortado with whole milk. Got a hot tall regular brown sugar oatmilk cortado. The decaf part was the most important part because I have health issues that can't tolerate caffeine. Totally not what I ordered and undrinkable. Guy who took my order was super dismissive, even after being shown what I had ordered vs what I got. Do better, guys.

On Monday night I came in to order a blonde vanilla latte. I watched as the barista, Brendan, dropped a steam pitcher on the ground, pick it back up, and use it. When I confronted him about it, he responded very rudely and refused to change out the pitcher. Horrible customer service skills and complete lack of sanitization! Never returning
