The food was most definitely fresh, normally i go through the drive through because its usually packed when i get there, the atomosphere is ok to say the least. Getting out of the parking lot can sometimes take a little time but all in all the food for me is normally always on point.

Never 24 Hours 3am, they say they’re closed. 4am, they say they’re closed. 5am, they say they’re closed. Update your hours please. All your late night business is going to White Castle down the block because they’re actually 24 hours.

The delivery customers are also buying food but the people here don’t pay no attention to the delivery drivers which is not good. The disrespect is too much from them

I don't understand why this restaurant can't complete orders when delivery is involved. There no napkins straws cream or sugar for coffee offered. Ppl are turning into robots there is no extra thought or accuracy just mechanical movements.

Mobile order pick up at drive thru, had to wait for my order at another window, got order but they forgot to give me my drink. Finally get my drink after getting their attention, take a bite out of my Big Mac, it has an awful smell to it, a chemical like smell, which means that the Big Mac sauce has went bad. I was in search of a 24 hour place to get something to eat. This location was listed as open 24 hours. When you go to the location it does have a sign that it is open 24 hours. When I went to the drive thru I was informed by an employee that they close at 3 AM and reopen for breakfast at 5am.

The service was terrible, I don't recommend it until they fix their operating system. They have no personalized customer service, everything is robotic. While I was eating with my family, some teenagers came to fight on the floor and the chips I was swallowing got stuck in my throat. They were making so much noise that I was scared. With the noise they make in that place, the owner of that place needs to hire security so people feel protected.

How do I order online for a pick up order and apparently when I got to the place they told me oh you in the wrong place you need to go to the other line where people order their food because this is the only for Uber pick up. So I’ll go wait in the long line just to pick up my order and then when I get home, my fries are cold, My nuggets are cold. I will never do an order pick up at this place again cause it’s pointless. And it was my first time ordering pick up at this place couldn’t even had a courtesy just to say I’m a let this slide by the next time you need to make the line.

This location is currently closed. However, when it was in business, it was terrible. My order was always wrong and cold, staff were nasty and the facility was not clean. The location on Tuckahoe is way better! If they are remodeling, I pray they get new employees as well!

5:30am and the line is ridiculous they don’t take the orders through the intercom orders need to be placed at the window where you pick up the food. I come this early to pick up my morning coffee spend over 20 minutes waiting to pick up 2 coffees. Can’t even go inside because doors are close even though they say opens at 5:00am

This McDonald’s takes way too long to provide their service regardless of what time of day it is as of late. Not only that but this morning at 3:08 AM, I was denied service through the drive-thru because their “system was down”. I drove around to find several cars lined up receiving food and to find people receiving service as they walked up to their service window. Therefore, I drove back around to be now told, “We’re closed. We close at 3.” I said, “You’re typically opened 24 hours, I’ve been served several different times at this location for years.” She rudely exclaimed, “These people were already in the system. We close at 3AM to clean up and reopen at 4AM.” So which is it? Your system was down? Or you close at 3AM? Please make the hours more clear online and in person and train your staff on how to better speak to people. This gave me flashbacks to weeks ago when I placed an order late night with Uber Eats at this location and waited over an hour to finally be called by the courier to let me know that they were told that they are not serving any food at that time. Why not cancel the order on McDonald’s end or give the customer a courtesy call? It was strange. And as a person who works late, upsetting. Between that and the homeless walking around begging car to car, I’ll be bringing my money elsewhere.

This is how they serve the food after midnight. The overnight staff are sloppy and careless. They make the worst burgers. My cheeseburger came in a wrapper that had melted cheese all over the inside and outside. It very unpleasant unwrapping the burger.
