Occasionally I will come here to work (I work remotely a few days a week) and I always enjoy myself. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I never have issues with the internet, and it's always clean. The music is always on point too (you'll occasional catch a barista dancing behind the counter)! Compared to the other Starbucks in the area, this one is by far my favorite one to work at.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, restrooms, parking lot, drive thru, great variety of foods and beverages, nice seating areas. Super coffee drinks.

Love this location! My drinks are always tasty and made quick. I look forward to cute notes on my cup from I believe her name is Emma. Brightens my day!

This particular location was laid out in such a way that seemed unlikely. From the point of view of walking through the Entry for the very first time, Ordering Beverages and Pick Up Order were unclear. The interior has many "pockets" as in odd angled walls that seemed to find the Pick up site in the back corner. The store seemed fairly clean and was not as crowded as my fave location which I had just left because my friend and I couldn't get a seat. Lol I do have to admit that this is a larger facility and I did love the large windows, but I did not like the seats, I like a little more of a back to my seat, due to a bad back.

I love the location and the natural light here. Drinks are made very well, and the staff are great. I lowered the stars however because everytime I come here, the music is uncomfortably too loud. I like music and ambient noise when I'm reading, working, or lounging but I can't even hear my own thoughts here. After hearing 2 couples decide to leave with their drinks solely because of the music (even a 3rd couple sitting outside were complaining it's too loud for the outdoor seating), I decided I should leave a review. Perhaps they will adjust, otherwise, other options are nearby.

Probably one of the most disgusting Starbucks bathrooms I have EVER been in No toilet paper, filthy dirty and just gross. Due to this I did not place an order, if the bathroom looks like this, what's the back room look like? Here on a Monday at 1:03pm. Place was not busy.

I just went through the drive through. The staff member Alex didn't greet me when I pulled up even though he seemed to be doing nothing, just told me the amount uncourteously without looking at me, then handed me my drink and said, how's your day? But clearly didn't listen as he turned around what I said, but my day was going well, how about yours?And then simply said have a nice day. The interaction sounds fine, but in person, it seemed on the verge of rude, very snooty.

I am so done with Starbucks. I have been mistreated by the Fair Oaks and Howe location one too many times. You did nothing when they abused a disabled customer there. I told in against SBX Corporation. Get your act together or collapse.

Due to the app showing me I’d arrived at this location my mobile order was placed at the wrong store - The manager (or shift) was quite direct and said you need to go there if you want to pick up your drinks - I get it - everyone is trying to save money, but the app said I’d arrived - this was an opportunity for customer retention and I found the approach quite rude considering.

I went and got a couple of drinks, I wasn’t greeted and they seemed annoyed I walked into the building. I’m assuming it was almost closing time almost, I came in at 7:45 PM and just got hot chocolates. I really didn’t know that it was almost time to close if it was. There was a shelf with some items on it and the sign said 50% off, and I asked a simple question about if the item I picked up was part of the items that’s are 50% off she said NO, the items below are, there was literally one more shelf below so I grabbed an item from that shelf instead, thinking it was part of the deal cause that what SHE said! I went up to the cashier to pay and the prices wasn’t half off so I said nicely “oh you told these items were on sale and that the item I picked up at first wasn’t on sale (which it was) and she pretty much called me a liar and said she never told me it wasn’t on sale, than stated rudely “ I can’t change the prices” I never told her to change the price I was just confused about the situation because she literally told me when I first picked it up that it wasn’t on sale. She gave me the dirtiest look, and was just totally rude to me. It was so awkward. Never going to this location again. If she sees this review she will know exactly about the situation since she made it so AWKWARD! Btw the hot chocolate sucked

Nobody can make me mad except for my wife. That is a true statement. I came inside the store to simply buy a cup of Frappuccino and plan to sit outside and enjoy my drink. What is the point of a queue if the person who orders two drinks after me gets there first. When I order a drink with an extra shot and see the guy making it throw away so much of the drink. I know he didn't make the simple drink correctly. I didn't ask for whip cream either. Finally, when he handed the drink to me his 👋 touched the lid where the whip cream was. I left without the drink. I should be mad but I am a very happy person. I came to the store on December 21, 2023, at 11:20 a.m.
