The best restaurant in all of Zaragoza, a culinary fantasy, signature cuisine with a well-balanced menu. The oysters and foie gras were spectacular, and the grilled bacon was crispy and perfectly cooked. Its facilities are a delight for the senses, with a minimalist environment that creates a welcoming space. Despite the dishwasher not working, the tablecloth being second-hand, and the floor covered in cigarette butts, which didn't inspire much confidence, our experience was, I must say, a disaster. We will definitely return.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I tried the torreznos (fried pork belly) and the potato salad. You order a cortado (espresso with a splash of milk) and they give you the cortado along with a churro and a shot of freshly squeezed orange juice. Very attentive.

It's owned by a Honduran family, and sometimes (on holidays) they prepare national dishes and invite you to their table for lunch. On weekdays, they mostly serve tapas. On Sundays, they offer paella, rabo de toro, bacalao, and more. You can buy and dine at home. A portion is 5, €50. One portion is usually enough for two meals.

I had a potato stuffed with meat (good), a potato omelet (low in salt), a French omelet with blood sausage and peppers (good), and a French omelet with anchovies (I didn't like it). The restaurant hasn't been renovated, is averagely clean, and has a TV. The service is good and fast. I think the prices are reasonable. My experience is 3.5 out of 5.
