Surprisingly good burger and fries for a fast-food chain! It really tastes like burger meat and not flavored plastic, it's consistent, the lettuce was crisp and fresh and the fries were thin, crunchy and tasty. Very good price for a menu with a soft drink or small Heineken. Really nice place, worth trying when every other restaurant is closed or one has a craving. 😉

I am not particularly comfortable with ordering via AI. When I went through the drive-through, Tammy at the window was extremely helpful! She reiterated our order and went over it three times to make sure it was correct. She listened, was pleasant, and I was very pleased to interact with her.

Carl’s Jr. always hits the spot! The food comes out hot, fresh, and tastes amazing every time. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and I can’t leave without getting one of their shakes. Big shoutout to Evelyn — she’s always super friendly and makes the whole experience even better. You can tell she cares about the customers. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving a good burger!

Imelda greater me as soon as I walked up to the register to order. She was very polite and has great customer service skills as I Witnessed with other customers as well. The restrooms were very clean which I was amazed. The restaurant was very clean all around which this is the first Carls Jr I see this clean. The fountain drink machine was very clean. The food taste is great thank you Imelda and your team for making this meal a great experience.

Muy buen sitio para ir por comida rápida, la carne angus es extraordinaria, el ambiente es agradable con música de fondo pero a un volumen que te permite conversar, el personal por lo general aunque no en todos los casos es muy amable y si quieres probar algo realmente bueno pidete la merengada de fresa que es una pasada.

Bien atendidos por el personal, la ubicación perfecta y las hamburguesas muy buenas.

I have tasted better burgers. While I thought the burgers were quite small, the price wasn't. Menu's are over 10 euro.

While the food was great, the ordering process is unclear. The order terminal allows to select the English language, but switches to Spanish in the end, prompting to take one of the table numbers (even though I ordered "to go"). As soon as I went towards the counter, a worker asked me to hand him both, the triangle and the receipt, upon which he gave me my drink. A, for fast food untypically long, while later, I got my food, which was amazing.

The cashier short hispanic women is not very friendly and accommodating. She seems like shes not happy providing customer service. Please train her on how to provide quality customer service. We are your bread and butter so please take care of your customers with pro and friendly attitude.

A disappointing burger for the price. The meat patty was dry and overcooked. Veggies were not the greatest either. For $10 there are plenty of places that serve a better quality burger, or fast food places that charge less for the same quality. Waffle fries were pretty soggy as well.

First of all, I do not like AI ordering systems. Secondly, my burger was dry, cold, tasteless, and it had very little ingredients, leading to a dry, hard to swallow burger that I had to throw away. Not to mention the employee wasn't pleasant and I paid too much.

I don’t love all the corporate changes but I did have the best experience with an employee this afternoon. She was the cashier expo- it was busy during lunch and she was killing it. Edit: went back again as we needed dinner asap after a long day. Kept expectations low and was disappointed again. The size and quality of the food has really gone down. We miss the old Carl’s Jr! Fries are lame not a good home style, burgers are so thin if you don’t get a double you won’t even know there is a patty. Your tomato will be thicker. You won’t get any sauce- certainly never enough to add flavor. The menu is limited at the drive thru and it cycles between 2 pages very slowly so we thought a lot of the options were gone because you can’t see them(which a lot are) Food is honestly -1 now

I’m usually not disappointed when visiting Carls Jr but today was the exception. When I placed my order, the team member was very attentive and efficient. It started with my visit to the restroom where I noticed a team member failed to wash hands after using the toilet. When I reported it I was informed they wash them in the back when they return?? Seems odd - they are touching door handles and other surfaces. When my food arrived, the presentation was great. However, the temperature was lukewarm warm- cold after a few bites. Then I noted the table I sat at was marked with graffiti. Then looking next to me in the dining room, there was a piece of cove base missing and a seat cushion missing- this place really needs an upgrade. Since it’s in an area I’m in frequently, I’ll probably give them a second chance.

Vergonzoso, quito la cebolla en la máquina de mi hamburguesa y finalmente al recibirla me han dejado la cebolla. Encima que me dejo 8 euros en un menú pésimo, me dicen que debería “haberlo quitado en la pantalla”. Como si no tuviese conocimientos suficientes para utilizar una máquina. El trato dentro de cocina de 0, no vamos a volver. El único majo ha sido un chico sirviendo hamburguesas que ha intentado preguntar dentro de cocina de nuevo.

The AI is annoying to deal with. Every time I have to speak to the AI, it makes me irrationally angry, because it says things that don't make sense in response, and it feels like I'm tailoring my speech to this AI. As an example, I wanted to know the difference between a big carl and the super famous star with cheese. I didn't feel like I could ask the AI that, so I didn't and I hurriedly chose a sandwich I didn't want. I also ordered a double famous star with cheese, and the AI asked me if I wanted to make it a double or triple. What does that even mean in this context? Then I pulled up to the window and I see there's a QR code I can scan to give feedback and the guy at the window laughed at me and asked me if I was taking a selfie. I've had a rough day and Carl's Jr AI is frustrating, and then this goober is laughing at my expense. Your store just sucks which is a shame cuz for fast food the options aren't bad but I hate going to Carl's Jr with a passion now. I hope yall either stop using AI or close your doors permanently. 🙄

This is my local restaurant and I noticed they do not honor the app promos every time I go with this location my promos do not get honored! Today I’ve spent 75 in meals for my family, because they pretend have nothing to do with app! Plus service there is horrible the cashier Pricilla super rude not friendly at all! Needs more training! Why have an app that doesn’t work in all locations very disappointing!

If i could leave no stars i would. We went this morning and the manager imelda working this morning was super unprofessional and rude speaking over us. Really feel bad for who ever was working with her this morning as it looked like she was having bad morning. Really shocked she is a manager and hope to never run into her again.

I placed and order online and went though the drive thru for pick up. I have never been treated so poorly specially as a customer. When i got to the window Asbel the manager pretty much threw the bag and drinks at me. Like he was in a hurry. I had just gotten there and was the only car. I said “just wanted to confirm the chicken sandwich i ordered was spicy?” He said “ i don’t know what you ordered, just go” i asked for his name and he completely flipped out and asked for my name and yelled at me. I asked for my receipt and he kept yelling at me to leave because now there was a car behind me. He told me to wait in the front for it, so i did. By the way my order was $60 to be treated like this. If he hates his job so much, why be there?! I wonder how he treats his coworkers.

Had gone for a late night meal with the family & got my child the 3 piece chicken tenders for almost $7, thinking they would be good, they came out the size of a sauce with almost no chicken to bite into. Got the guacamole bacon loaded fries for myself & looks like my own child put them together. Really disappointed in this location & all customer service that's given. Order was almost $50 but not nearly worth the near $50 . TO TOP IT OFF MY CHILD JUST FOUND A WHITE HAIR ON HER PINKY SIZED CHICKEN TENDER !

Food was very veeery disappointing! Ordered the 3 piece “hand breaded” chicken, and look at the trash they served me. Fries were super cold when I got home(I live up the hill from Carl’s Jr). I was the only customer in the drive through, so I’m sure all the food was sitting there for a while. My burger buns were straight cold. Everything sucked

Wow. I ordered a Double Western combo and the burger was dry, tasted like it was under a heat lamp for quite a while. The burger was luke warm at best but the kicker was the fries. I upgraded the combo to a large and received what appeared to be a small order in a large box. I feel like I was robbed especially at the prices being charged. Avoid this Carl's Jr if possible, they appear to have no pride in what they hand out to their customers.
