They're very good, but the prices are very high.
Personally, the young woman who served me was super friendly. I've always come to buy pizzas, whether whole or by the slice, they're delicious. 😋 The times I've come there's hardly any traffic, they serve you quickly. By the way, they open a little late. Otherwise, very good service. 😊 I didn't notice if they take card payments. 💳
Customer service could be improved to make it friendlier. The food is excellent, very good quality, and delivery time is 45 minutes.
Well fist i will like to start by the place. It Is a nice spot, They have some good table's, Some nice chair's and it is a good place to chill on Saturday night. The food, The pizza is their main plate, And is a pleasure eating there. But yeah you will have to wait about 30 to 40min to get what you ask for. And there is a plus!! They have bathrooms, I Highly recommend this place!

The best pizza in Acatlan de Juarez, but they usually take longer than the stated delivery time. And the hours are wrong; you can't order after 10:00, not 11:00. Aside from that, honestly, it's the best in Acatlan; the only complaints are the delivery time and the hours.

Firstly, because you can't expect anything less, terrible, absolutely terrible. The service was slow, they were very attentive, and to top it all off, I was with a minor who needed to use the restroom. I stood up with him, and they demanded my ID so I wouldn't have to leave without paying. I told them I was going to the bathroom, with the child practically peeing, and they wouldn't let me leave until I paid, demanding a tip. A horrible experience! Never again....
Please hang up the phone properly so we can place our order, because it appears busy. It seems like you're paying more attention to that detail. My apologies.
Terrible experience ordering by phone, the person who took my order seemed annoyed to be helping me, and the worst part was when I asked them to confirm my order and they just hung up on me.
Terrible customer service, the lady who answers the phone is rude and inattentive, it doesn't seem like she wants to sell, you have to drag the words out of her mouth.
