I thought I'd already seen the worst Starbucks service in Mexico City, but this one in Monterrey takes the cake. 1. Bad attitude: They don't even respond to "good morning," "thank you," nothing. 2. Slow: I've seen ISSSTE employees move faster and with a better attitude. I was served relatively quickly; there was only one person ahead of me. 3. Grumpy: When I asked a question, the staff member gave me a dirty look. 4. Taste: It wasn't terrible, but it lacked coffee. It tastes the same as the bottled coffee you can buy at Oxxo. They're simply taking advantage of the brand, in addition to a prime location. It's a guaranteed sale; they know they'll make a sale no matter how bad the service is. If you have the chance, don't buy there. There's an Oxxo a few meters away, and it has a small coffee shop. Although they are also very slow and grumpy... come to think of it, it must be the privileged position and guaranteed sales that make the workers provide such bad service.

Not a Starbucks. It’s a restaurant that serves Starbucks’ coffee. Very disappointing as I don’t asked to this expo Center that has nothing else in it from the park to get a drink but they have very limited options.

Fake Starbucks, they only use the logo and cups. They tell you they don't have any other types of milk, but when you turn around, there are a bunch of unopened cartons. The woman gives you whatever she wants and doesn't seem to care. Bad service, they lie to you, and the coffee is pretty bad (burnt).

Terrible service. The lady there serves you reluctantly and tells you to hurry because she has to leave. She might as well just say there's no service anymore. She didn't even give me what I wanted; it was just half a drink with ice and coffee. Absolutely terrible service. 11/23/25. Don't waste your money there. The two ladies working there should be fired.

It's a lie that it closes at 9:30 pm. Google maps has that schedule and it's a lie.
