My fiancée and I are regulars. We're never disappointed. The place and owners are incredibly welcoming. They offer a Piedmontese and Ligurian menu, excellent Recco-style focaccia, as well as traditional dishes, pizzas (without yeast), and desserts. The menu changes seasonally, and in the warmer months, you can dine on their terrace. Highly recommended, reservations recommended!

Dinner with friends on Saturday evening. A pleasant family welcome. Simple yet substantial dishes. I recommend trying their focaccia, tagliata, and, if possible, the fried mushrooms. The wine selection is extraordinary...a classic method sparkling Pinot Noir from producer Matteo Poggio. Everything was perfect!! Congratulations to the owner and family who run this excellent restaurant with dedication and passion!!

Birthday dinner with friends. A generous mixed antipasto for everyone, with high-quality dishes, including mixed cold cuts, fried, stuffed, and marinated anchovies, Recco-style focaccia, and fried bread. Excellent thin-crust pizzas with well-made toppings. The family-run restaurant is very charming inside, while the outdoor area is simpler, yet offers a panoramic view of the valley and cool summer evenings. The owners are very kind and friendly, and even stopped to chat at the end of the evening. It will definitely become one of my favorite places.

This is the best pizza, and focaccia di Recco you can find. Amazing staff, cozy atmosphere, and the food is just about the yummiest thing ever.

This is a must see restaurant especially if you want traditional pizza and fresh mushrooms from the region. We had a linguini local mushroom dish that was the tastiest dish i have experienced in many years. If you are staying around Aqui Terme you have to eat at Cittu Bai before leaving the area. We will return again one day.

Some of the best piemontese food, I have ever had! The "focaccia al formaggio" is really, really nice! Add the fantastic view over the valley, and you have a place that is worth a return trip or two. The service is also good and really helpful.

beautiful location. the view from the hill where it is located is absolutely stunning! food is amazing: freshly made and full of flavor. the “focaccia al formaggio” I had here is the best i’ve ever eaten. the staff is very kind. being here makes you feel as if you’re home. highly recommend!
