Excelente lugar para desayunar y pasar un buen rato. Me encantó la variedad de salsas (¡tienen 7 opciones!), el café de olla está delicioso y el jugo de frutas del día siempre es un gran plus. La media porción de chilaquiles es de mis favoritas, la recomiendo muchísimo con cualquier proteína, porque quedas súper bien y el sabor está increíble. Los waffles también están muy ricos. Algo que destaca muchísimo es que mientras esperas te dan cortesías, y eso definitivamente es un ultra plus que no en muchos lugares encuentras. Además, el ambiente está súper a gusto, la plaza es muy linda y todo se siente tranquilo y agradable. En precios, honestamente no hay comparación con otros negocios de la zona: por todo lo que ofrecen, es un súper precio. También es un excelente lugar para quedarse a trabajar después de desayunar, porque está cómodo, tranquilo y se presta perfecto para eso.😌

Great seasoning; I feel like they used to put more salsa on the chilaquiles, but they're still very good. They're the "crispy" kind of chilaquiles, and they have the option of healthier tortilla chips. It's pet-friendly, and the servers are very kind. They brought water for my dogs, and we were very comfortable.

I love them! The chilaquiles are delicious, and the portions are large. I think they should perhaps be better equipped to handle large groups. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. When we've had breakfast in the outdoor area, the sun is very strong, and we have to keep moving the umbrella every five minutes, which we don't always enjoy. They have food for children, like chilaquiles without chili and waffles, and they love both. Highly recommended for breakfast. They are open on weekend evenings.

It's a nice place. They have "packages" where for $30 pesos more you get coffee (pot or Americano) and two mini waffles (they were delicious). I was disappointed because there was no cochinita or huitlacoche (which was exactly what I wanted to order). I think it's really important to mention what's missing (preferably always available) from the moment the diner arrives. The coffee was a bit flavorless, and the chilaquiles sauce was actually really good. I thought it was more for locals who live nearby than for those who come from far away to try it (there are places worth it, but not this one), but if you live nearby or are passing through, go try them. I might give it a try with what wasn't available ☹️and definitely the waffles 🫶at least the mini ones were delicious. Another thing I didn't like so much was the flies 😖 there were a lot of them, but I think there's an infestation right now in Aguascalientes.

Nice place, however, the service has been slipping lately. There are always items missing from the menu. Today, for example, molletes and antojitos, the waitress failed to provide service (this isn't the first or second time we've been there). It used to be one of our favorite places :(
