First off I went there because of my greedy brother raving about their sticky wings. So on our last day the kids and I went to Dallas BBQ to get his wings before heading to Maryland. My daughter's greedy side took over after looking at the menu. Don't ask me why I trusted her to order!?! 🤦🏽‍♀️Sticky wings, sticky ribs, a frozen drink with a shooter (my daughter's drink btw) and 2 half rack ribs... Anyways the bill was just around $100 bucks. Just for our portion of things. My brother's was under $40 bucks. Was it worth it yes!! Should you go definitely!! Enjoy!!!

Seen this place on TikTok and it decided to try it out. What i had was pretty good the shrimp and cod. But most people go for the sticky wings. But the star of the show was the drinks. I had a pineapple crush and added wild berries. This drink was excellent. Drinks were so good came back for seconds. If you looking for a good drink come here. It's right in time square.

Taking my dad to Dallas BBQ Times Square was an experience for the out of town New Yorker visit. The restaurant was very spacious. We dined on the 2nd floor up the massive escalator. We were seated close to the window over looking Times Square, what a wonderful view. I ordered the Combo meal for both of us which consisted of small bowls of chicken soup, salad, half rotisserie chicken, french fries, rice or baked potato for the win. And the price $17 for our entire table was the classic price for a NYC meal for two. My dad being a retired restaurant cook he gave good praise to his 1st meal off the Greyhound bus as he came to visit me in NYC. Almost forgot the cornbread is classic, I wanted to put it my pocket and take it home.

Keepsake Memories

We were skeptical but were greatly surprised at how good the food was. The wings were our favorite. Get the "sticky wings" and make sure to order at least 10. They are crispy, and that sauce is a chefs kiss. If you like sweet Carolina BBQ flavor, you'll love them. The service was fantastic, photos were fun and overall it was a great experience.

We had the pleasure of dining at Dallas BBQ three times during our stay in New York. Twice in the restaurant and once with takeout, and every experience was fantastic! The food is absolutely delicious, with generous portions that are perfect for sharing or satisfying a big appetite. I especially enjoyed the Frozen Margaritas, which were consistently excellent whether enjoyed in the restaurant or taken to go. Our kids ordered the hot dogs twice and were always pleasantly surprised by their impressive size and taste. The salads were another highlight, large, fresh, and full of flavor, making them a great option for a lighter yet satisfying meal. Overall, Dallas BBQ delivered a consistently great experience with tasty food, fun drinks, and generous portions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lively and satisfying meal in NYC!

NYC yeahhhhh Neighboorhood: active, rich, diverse, always something to do at any hour ... broadway shows, parties/clubs/ bars/ restaurants... Atmosphere at DBBQs - quiet (week day), but as usual, I brought the crowd 🙂 - sat close to the entrance and by the servers (one kept steering didn't like that... she was annoying) Service: excellent; he was attentive but not overbearing; kept busy Food: delish, but always room for improvement....wings could use soaking in some lemons or vinegar before cooking. Visited as a couple, the place was really busy but we go seated straight away, order took promptly and food arrive quick, really nice food I had the combo meal and the portions were huge, price is really great for being in the centre of NYC. Would 100% recommend if your a meat lover!!!

We went to Dallas BBQ in NYC around Thanksgiving, and overall it was a pretty good experience. The place was packed, like, really packed, but they still found a table for us almost right away, which was impressive. The restaurant is huge and lively, and despite the crowd, the service was quick and friendly. 👍 I ordered the Smokehouse Special with an extra beef rib, and the portions were absolutely massive: • Cornbread was honestly amazing. Soft, warm, and one of the best parts of the meal. 🌽 • The meat itself was good, but the sauce was way too salty, and it kind of took over the whole plate. A bit disappointing because you could tell the meat was well-cooked, but the sauce just overshadowed everything. • The fries were solid, but I really missed something fresh on the plate. Even a little salad or some veggies would’ve helped balance things out. For a dish that’s around $30–40, it would’ve been nice to have something green on the side. 🥗 Portions are huge, so you definitely get a lot of food for the price. Despite the salty sauce, Dallas BBQ is still a good spot if you’re craving big BBQ plates in a fun, busy atmosphere.

The place has a fun atmosphere, especially with all the Halloween decorations. The food and service were both okay — just as expected from a busy Times Square restaurant. Fried chicken, steak, and burgers were decent and portions were generous. A solid spot if you’re in the area and want a casual meal in a lively setting.

We haven't gone to this place in decades but they still serve a lot of food for your money. It is not fine dinning, but it's a good place to eat when you visiting Times Square with your family. The cornbread is still good and according to the kids the burgers are awesome. The servers are very attentive. The lighting is still a little too dim for me seeing it is a family place. The bathrooms are clean and well kept.

The sticky chicken wings were delicious, but the rice was bland and the cornbread was overcooked. My son had their ribs and raved about how tender and good they were. The steak was overcooked, and dry. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t exceptional either.

Very big portions, tasty food. Ended up disappointed right after they dropped the check because we asked for the smaller beer and they charged us the expensive one Experience and food was great until we realized that lil detail.

Food was great and came out in less than 5 minutes. Our mixed drinks did not taste good at all, as they were not anything close to what was portrayed on menu. Service however was very good and enjoyable. Not a fan of the small tables, and forced gratituity to the bill. Im not tipping more when im being unchanged $14 already. Has the potential to be 5 stars but not there yet.

I visited recently on a date. The atmosphere was just okay. You can sense staff just trying to get you in and out. Service was a bit lack luster that day. Was hard to get the attention of the staff but food was good. I’d go back because I used to frequent here and had pleasant experiences in the past. Love the fact that you can just get takeout if you choose.

The food came and it was confusing because they sent my rice in paper fries create. My ribs was kind of cold. You know you cook something and then reheat it and some parts are still cold. So I did not enjoy it. My beef ribs with bbq sauce had no flavor or seasoning. The rice same some hot and some cold. The Manger was nice and took it off my tab. And they sent two cake balls again the best part was the powder sugar. I won’t be coming back. Oh I don’t want to talk about the hard corn bread

한국인분들, 다른 곳을 고려하심이 어떠실까요. 뉴욕에서 저렴하게 외식하기 좋은 곳이지만 더 좋은 기억을 남기는 것도 중요하니까요. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in NYC, but unfortunately it’s no longer on my list. The food was just okay this time (Steak was cold and dry/ Ribs were dry too but ok), but the service was really disappointing. I asked for a glass of water and it took about 10 minutes to arrive. The server didn’t check in on our table at all to see if everything was okay. (I saw She checked in other tables) There were no sauces on the table, and I had to ask for them—something that also went unnoticed until I spoke up. What made the experience worse was that a 15% gratuity was automatically added to the bill despite the poor service. That felt unfair and left a bad impression overall. I was really disappointed, as I had great memories of this place, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The food and service were both trash. I take that back. My macaroni was decent but they didnt put the cornbread crumbs on it and my orange fanta was amazing. The cornbread was brick hard. The vegetable medley seemed like it was from a bag and no flavor at all. The chicken was an entire wing and my sisters said it was okay. The server was terrible. He made us feel stupid when asking questions about the menu. There was someone walking around taking pictures. I thought we would enjoy our time as when we arrived the staff was on it. The restaurant was cute. They dont offer dessert and the sauces are $1 extra. My onions had no flavor at all other than tasting like dirty grease. Oh, and the server said he couldn't split our bill.

We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and, unfortunately, had one of the worst dining experiences ever. Our waiter was cold, antisocial, and kept forgetting about our table. We constantly had to remind him about our drinks and orders. One of my friends had two drinks, and when we asked for another, the waiter told us there was a “limit of two drinks per person.” I’ve never heard of that in any restaurant, but we agreed and didn’t argue. What made it worse was seeing other tables being served multiple drinks with no issue. It felt unfair and discriminatory. When we asked if we could say hello to a friend who works there (a former coworker of ours), the situation went from bad to unbelievable. The manager, Carlos, came to our table with an extremely rude, disrespectful, and almost disgusting attitude. Instead of handling the request professionally, he was condescending and dismissive, telling us our friend was “too busy” to greet us — in the most unpleasant tone imaginable. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff seemed kind and attentive to their tables. But our experience with this waiter and manager ruined what was supposed to be a nice celebration. I would absolutely not recommend this place and will never come back after being treated this way.
