I would give even 6 stars if possible. The Best pizza's I tried in Italy so far. Delicious. Also, there is a nice choice of beers too. Dolce or sweets also for recommendation.

The pizza is excellent; I recommend the half-meter pizza with a choice of three toppings. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, excellent sauce, everything is delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent pizza in the area. The staff is helpful, friendly, and smiling. The only downside is the seating, which is decidedly uncomfortable!

Central location in Alessandria. Delicious thin-crust pizza with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto (thickly sliced, to my personal taste). Rich spring salad with fresh, flavorful buffalo mozzarella, tuna fillets, and Taggiasca olives. Salad served with white pizza dough, drizzled with olive oil and oregano. Delicious brownie with two scoops of ice cream, cream, and fresh fruit. Absolutely reasonable price for the quality of the food and the speed of service.

The pizza was good, no doubt about it. I have some concerns about the bill, which I don't think matched what we should have paid, but unfortunately, the receipt showed the total and not the itemized price, so I couldn't compare the prices I saw on the menu. Another thing I didn't like was the waiter's attitude, which was rather annoyed and unfriendly. Two things that shouldn't be underestimated. I don't think I'll be back.

Cashier was extremely rude to me for no reason. He behaved like a child who did not get the toy he wanted, even though I smiled and greeted him and ordered in Italian. He did not say a word, although he was very chatty and smiling with other guests. Seems more oriented around ego than customer service. Food was fine; diavola pizza was mid and the calzone poured out hot water when I broke into it, and the prosciutto inside was low-grade. It seems all the good reviews are from locals who are starved for choice, or tourists at the adjacent hostel who are excited about eating pizza in Italy.

Intrigued by the many positive reviews, and passing through Alessandria, my wife and I decided to book this one. Unfortunately, our expectations were very disappointing: we both decided to order a pan pizza, especially considering the photos online, which show the pizza as smaller than a regular pizza but thicker. Instead, we were treated to a "baby" pizza that bore little resemblance to the photos on The Fork and other sites. It's a shame, because the pizza itself was good and crispy, with plenty of toppings, but after finishing it, we had to do something we rarely do after a pizza: order more. Considering that the pizzas were €12, I'd say we weren't exactly happy with that. We also ended up at a table near the front door, where, with 4 degrees outside and the constant coming and going of rude and uncouth people who left the door open, we were left cold throughout the dinner. On the other hand, the dessert and beer were good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I would definitely revisit the pizza dough, because that pizza was anything but pan-fried.

Except for the fact that they made us wait 15 minutes for a table even though we'd booked. Nothing to complain about the pizza, and the desserts weren't even worth the price. The worst part was the service from one annoyed waiter, who ignored us and took our pizzas to another table even though he was the one who had ordered them.
