Heather is a great employee! She has a smile for every customer. I watched demonstrate great patience with a difficult customer. Also I don't know the older woman, shorter white hair but she's also wonderful. Really have a great crew at this location.
I moved and I have to come to this McDonald's, my daughter says that the potatoes here are the best, that everything tastes better, and near my house I have one and it makes me come here, but if it is true here it tastes better 👏👏👏
Did curbside pickup at around 1pm today and Mariah was quick and so nice!! They always forget ketchup except for today and she was so sweet & kind, definitely made my day :)) Food was cheap and yummy as always. Even though they were pretty busy, I still got everything I needed in under 3-5 mins after parking, thank u to Mariah!!!
The speakers near the drive thru menus, need to be a little louder, for those thats hard of hearing, maybe figure out a way to bluetooth the speakers theu our cellphones, The cashiers at the drive thru windows were friendly , My order was correct, the food was hot, and the line moved quickly.
I thought the service was very fast and friendly. Fries came out hot fresh and crispy. The big mac was pretty disappointing, just didn't seem super fresh or juicy- but then again, this is McDonald's.
This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there's two cash registers upfront. When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn't want to mess with us. Anyway, there's only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her. Being that word from out of town, if we're back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald's.
So close to the UTA. Serves the best food at a pocket price. Mc chicken and thick shakes are my favs. Have a great seating area, all good and clean. Serves you the order within minutes. Ice creams are soft and goes on a sweeter side. So, if you don't have a sweet tooth, it's a bit tougher to complete a sweet item.

I usually have a great experience at this location but today was anything but. Ordered lunch in the drive thru, upsized my fries and drink to large and was charged accordingly. When I get back to work I open the bag and see a large fry container MAYBE filled halfway. On a short lunch break I didn't have time to go back so i called and called and was finally able to speak to a manager. After listening briefly she interrupted me to ask me what it was I wanted her to do about it. I told her nothing other than I thought she should know to which she replied "if you didn't check your order before leaving there nothing I can do to help you".
I order 10 mcnugets, 2 bigmac combos, and 1/4 pounder, when asked for bbq was told they were out and then give some to a next costumer, I wanted to play the monopoly and asked for everything that has the ticket to participate but some that should have the tickets to play are not being given as they are using old boxes
Bring back the breakfast crew please! The old breakfast crew was so great but that has changed on the last few weeks. They were fast, friendly, efficient and my order was correct. This new crew can’t even get oatmeal right. OATMEAL in which you just add hot water. They either don’t add enough and it’s dry or they add way to much and super watery to the point you can’t eat it. It’s so annoying as that use to be my go to headed into work. I have tried several weeks in a row at least one day out of the week and it’s trash everytime. I miss the old crew, they were rockstars.
Just not a fan of McDonald's food. I only go there a few times a year when craving a double cheeseburger and anytime I step outside of that I'm left disappointed. Wanted to give the new cajun chicken sandwich a try but not good. I don't know if the chicken I got served was reheated but something about it seemed off and it just tasted bland and the cajun sauce is greatly lacking as well. Tried to wait and get home to eat the meal all at once but as usual if you don't eat the fries in the car on the way home then you might as well forget it. Barely warm and hard 15min later at home.

whoever took my order today at 10:26 pm and had a bad attitude, no professional service ! on top of that she got my order wrong ! on 4th of july ? and having a bad attitude, unacceptable.
0 STAR. The staff is very rude. I had 5 orders and they did not have night window pickup. And they can said they can only take 2 orders at a time on drive thru. I requested her that if she can give all at a time. It was just 5 fries. They have me go drive thru 3 times to pick my orders. The MANAGER is ridiculous.
I want to express my great dissatisfaction with the service received during an Uber Eats delivery on December 28th, 2025. The employee named Justin showed a very unprofessional attitude, pulling the bag from my hand multiple times to confirm the order, and even causing my account to be reported. I appreciate that Uber has resolved the issue, but the treatment was really bad.

Absolutely diabolical, the fries tasted old like wax and plastic and too many chemicals. And the chicken nuggets were wet and soggy, and my Burger was flatter than a pancake. And my drink was very flat. I’m never eating here again
this place is ridiculous. They are so slow. I do doordash in my free time and I have literally been here for over 20 minutes and they don't have my pickup even though they said it would be ready in just a minute. he brought out 3 other orders that were after mine. crazy
This morning I went in to order breakfast and when I got there I ordered on the app and the American elderly lady looked and me and said sir what order are you waiting on in the rudest way like saying what are you doing here I didn't feel welcomed I know a lot of homeless people go in to warm up but I was only there to eat breakfast not stay all day and man she gives everyone the dirtiest looks like they don't belong there and she tosses your change in your hand it makes you not even want to go there not every worker is like that the rest of them are chill y'all please talk to that lady about the bad attitude I don't know her name I just know she's the only American lady in the morning
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from KM Motor at 322 W Division St, Arlington, TX on September 27, 2025. From the very beginning, the vehicle had serious issues — loud engine noises, warning lights on the dashboard, tire pressure problems, and eventually the car would not even start. The entire experience at this dealership was extremely unprofessional. On the day of purchase: • They rushed us to sign paperwork and claimed they had to close, without properly explaining my rights. • They gave me the wrong floor mats. • The staff, including Ana, seemed unprepared and unprofessional — they didn’t know their jobs and were just going through the motions. • The shop is small, dirty, and disorganized. The owner, Johnny, was very rude and unhelpful. He has a noticeable anger issue — I even heard him cursing at another customer when they asked to see a car. When I reached out for help about the car’s problems, he refused to assist, threatened to call his attorney, and told me not to come to the shop. At one point, he even threatened to call the police on me if I returned. I personally felt I was treated differently because I am Black, and the way they dismissed and spoke to me made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. I regret purchasing from KM Motor. The experience has been stressful, unfair, and extremely frustrating. If I had done proper research before coming, I would not have purchased from them, and I’m sharing this to save others the same experience. They do not even care that they review are this low because if I was the owner I would be concerned that I have a very low review in all platform that’s tells a lot. Avoid KM Motor. My experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling scammed.

Been here to this location a couple times and every single time it has been horrible. On both occasions my fires were not fresh at all and very greasy. Definitely not what you expect given how popular the food chain is. Not sure if given that it’s mostly younger kids that work there or not but definitely poor service when it’s comes to the food and service. Definitely avoid it if you can.
TONIA is the worst custom service person I have ever in my life had to deal with. I didn’t get a receipt and paid cash new the exact amount and exactly what we ordered. Not only to she ask me what we ordered and what we got 4 times and chuckled to herself each time. Then she looked at me and said I can’t help you without a receipt. I only say NO RECEIPT to help the cost of your business. That will never happen again at your store with her running it. All the workers look like they are all scared to death of her. She is horrible. I said I was here not even 8 minutes i live right down Abrams from your store and we have been going to this facility since the late 70s and have never been treated so horrible. I finally had waited on her to decide or find my receipt in the thrash for 15 minutes. I was done. I walked to my car got my purse and said I want nothing from you I want my two items and I will pay for them. She said good for you and walked off laughing. You have a very disturbed employee working at a great place. She needs some training and manners. She laughed like a witch and walked off laughing yelling bye bye lady yeah bye bye… look at your cameras I was humiliated by your employee. My total was under 5.00 and I told her you are in the wring business because you are horrible she threw up her hand and held her head back and just laughed like the witch she was. I know my son goes every morning to your store and orders a large ICED COFFEE but I promise it will not happen again.
This morning I went to McDonald’s for breakfast with my husband, expecting to start the day in a clean and comfortable place. Instead, the restaurant was full of homeless people hanging around inside. Some were asking for food, leaving their belongings all over, and even using the bathrooms to wash themselves. This is not acceptable for paying customers who come to enjoy a meal. I truly feel for their situation, but McDonald’s should not allow this to turn into a shelter. Customers deserve a safe and hygienic environment, and management needs to take responsibility for maintaining proper standards.
Horrible portion size & quality compared to how the ice cream cone looks on the app for almost $2. When I requested a replacement the non-English speaking supervisor had someone to translate what I stated about the condition of the ice cream cone. She just apologized and refused to remake it. She said that's the $1 cone but I ordered a cone that was $1. 79 plus tax.
Kiosk wasn't working properly so I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting for Staff that was too preoccupied to notice me and come take my order; I seemed invisible until the gentleman pictured here came and asked were they coming to the front to take our orders as we both stood there for some time; All that to only to be given cold, over-salted food.... Gotta exercise situational awareness and serve hot food. Was not a pleasant experience for me at all....
