Shout out to the staff working this evening. The soft taco I got slapped. Lots of cheese, good beef, didn’t make a mess and the lettuce was crisp. I didn’t get much, ya know, 4th meal. But each item left me with no regret. The gal at the window was kind. The type of person you might want to sit on a porch with til the cows come home.

The employee are supper nice and friendly and respectful they always get my order right and have never messed it up and the food is always hot and fresh super good service and they are very respectful and nice I give them a 10 out of 10 best Taco Bell I’ve ever Ben too and there super clean

I had an awesome experience at Taco Bell! From the moment I walked in, the place felt welcoming — clean tables, stocked sauce station, and the smell of fresh tortillas in the air. The staff greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and even double-checked it before handing it over. My food came out hot and fresh in just a few minutes. The burritos were generously filled, and everything tasted freshly made, not like it had been sitting around. I also appreciate that they didn’t skimp on the sauces and toppings — every bite had flavor. The price is always affordable, and for the quality and portion sizes, it’s a great value. Stopped in for just a couple of quick cold drinks on the way home Texas heat is brutal. A couple of freezers and make it all better. Brittany made sure that we were well taken care of hooked us up and we were in and out and under three minutes. Three minutes total from the time I started talking to the box to driving out of the parking lot!Thank you, Brittany. Tell your boss I approved a raise.

I’m the kind of customer who will absolutely come back more frequently if the people behind the counter are friendly. I can’t say I’ve eaten Taco Bell this often in YEARS but ever since the girl at the drive thru started working there I tend to come for a late lunch at least twice a week if not more 😬😅 she is super sweet always smiling and always asks about my son. There are a couple fast food restaurants up on 380 that I specifically will not go to because of awful service, however it is the opposite for this Taco Bell location. Today I went later than usual and thought to myself “I hope she’s still there!” Because it truly makes my day a little brighter having that brief interaction with her! I’ve never caught her name, but thank you for being you!

I went by there to swoop up some dinner around 5-6ish on the 26th and for the first in about 3-4 years I felt like I actually GOT the portions I paid for & they aligned with my expectations for "these times." I also got some truths from an employee, that in probably 30 years no employee had ever gavin me. SO GRATEFUL. I have always ordered Taco Supremes w/no sour cream & in ALL THOSE years not one person had told me to just order a Taco with tomatoes & that it would actually cheaper. I never paid no mind, if I am to be honest. But I do with heart & integrity. For the truths, integrity, burritos that looked 80% like they once did, same with the Mexican Pizza and did I mention the kindness & simply truth/integrity given to me, I WILL GO TO ONLY THIS TACO BELL as long as I live here & as long as they remain SO VERY GOOD TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

To be perfectly honest this Taco Bell is not bad. 99% of the time my order is correct hot and fresh and ordering online it's typically ready as soon as I pull up to the window so I'm in and out quickly and don't waste any time on my lunch break.

Drive thru: Twice in a row that the order is incorrect. Taco shells on crispy tacos all broken because the food bag was overpacked. Did not get jalapenos with the nachos. No beef at all on burrito supreme? The older lady working the window is super polite and nice. Nice change from prior employees.

Taco Bell is definitely consistent in their food. My problem with this location is they never, ever give me napkins and about half of the time do I get the sauce I ask for. Every. Single. Time. So before I leave I always have to check my bag and ask for sauce and napkins. Pretty basic things to forget consistently.

Extremely disappointing. I go to Taco Bell often and the ones in denton are better which says a lot. Only good thing was counter lady was nice - but I got 3 things, 2 cantina chicken tacos and 1 spicy potato soft taco. First off there is literally not even 1 bite worth of meat in them, and what pieces were there were gross and usually this chicken is consistently good. The potatoes in spicy potato were the small crunchy pieces that literally weren’t even edible didn’t even have potato… at all. All three items were not good, I usually never leave bad reviews but after seeing the rest of them it’s clearly a consistent problem here. Don’t waste your time going here

Menu sign was not lit up, so we had to ask a few questions. The lady taking our order was very nice, but our order was incorrect although it was correct on the screen. The guy that handed us our order was impatient and walked away while I was asking him for napkins. We drive off and out of our $35 order, only the nachos, 1 burrito, and the 2 drinks were correct. I didn't even want to go back to get our order corrected. It was a disappointing experience.

Very little meat all lettuce cheese sour cream. Drive through people seem to be confused. Tried again today wow this place just sucks. Check out the cut on this quesadilla. There is 0 fs givin at this place!

Went through the drive through and half of my food was missing when I got it and i told them what all I was missing and they told me I would have to go back around the building and get back in line and by the time I got to the window again it would be ready for me. Then when I got home 2 of my tacos was just lettus and cheese in them and they were supposed to be chicken in them and I still got charged the full amount of them on my tickets. Worst taco bell I've ever been to by far.

It was horrible. I love taco bell but this location was awful. All staff were on their phones at all time and seating in the dining area talking loud. The food took almost 10 minutes to cook. Only 1 drink was available, they were about of ALL sodas. The place was hot, like the a/c was not working. I am NOT recommending this pla e at all.

Went thru the drive thru and got 4crunchy tacos and 3 soft tacos. There was hardly any meat. I mean a very small amount that was only in the center. I tried to call and they did not answer the phone. I put In a complaint to the corporation so we will see. Worst taco bell anywhere! Also you have to ask if you want taco sauce and they don't give napkins. Also ordered bean and cheese burritos with sauce. There was no cheese at all and no sauce. Only a dried up tortilla and cold beans

Very rude and the order was incorrect. I couldn’t even tell them my order was incorrect though because they basically handed me my food with the box open and walked off without saying a word. Had to go inside and ask them to fix my order. Even then they handed me the new drink 2/3 full lol. I’d recommended passing this Taco Bell and going to the next one where the workers dealing with customers actually care enough to make sure the customers are taken care of. Cooks in the back did a great job though.

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been too. Gave me empty cups knowing the ice machine wasn't working, then the carbonation element wasn't working either , tried the lemonade, then the tea, both tasted like water with a little color. Asked to get my beverage filled behind the counter and the employee was well aware that the machine in the dining area did not work. They threw the tacos and burritos together, had a terrible attitude and when I asked for the manager the was actually one of the ones help prep. She looked at me and didn't even come to the counter or say a word to me. She just kept working. HORRIBLE custom service. I will never go back. When I called to ask who owned that franchise or who was over the manager the guy told me he didn't know. I said " you work there and you don't know who you work for?" What a cluster! I only gave it 1 star because I had too.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered at. They turned us away tonight trying to get dinner because “they were out of beef, and not taking anymore orders because they already had 5 pages of orders” well okay then. It’s strange bc anytime we order here, you have to wait at least 10 mins, they make you park around into the parking lot and half the time the soda they serve tastes horrible, food is cold, items left out. We won’t be back ever again it’s so disgusting.

All three soft tacos I ordered were cold. Not room temperature from the drive home, straight up cold as in they were pre-made, refrigerated and then sold to me after a quick and insufficient zap in the microwave. One of which had liquid that poured out of the wrapper when I opened it. Lettuce in all items was so mushy and old it had turned translucent. I don't expect much when ordering from Taco Bell but this was beyond unappetizing.

Food has got cheap very small portions and higher prices service is always great just nothing hardly in the shell or tortilla anymore

This location has really gone downhill. The past few months service has been declining, with frequent errors on orders, and increased wait times. However, this time I needed to write a review in hopes management can address the changes needed at this location. Our order of 3 tacos, 3 burritos, 1 fry, and 1 cheesy potatoes took 42 minutes! We were the only ones there and no cars at the drive through. Once we got the order, they forgot the cheesy potatoes and the taco shells were stale. I used to rate at 5 stars, but this place really needs improvement.

Left the office super late at night and was starving because I didn’t get a chance to eat dinner. I live over an hour away from my office, and looked on Google maps to see if anything was still open. Fortunately, this Taco Bell was. However, when I pulled in with 30 minutes left until they close, I was told “our systems are currently down so we’re not taking orders”. Sounds more to me like you just have lazy workers who want to pack up and clock out right at 12, versus serving their customers until 12. From one business owner to another, if you say you’re open till midnight, stay open till midnight. If you want your staff to start closing down and stop taking orders by 11:30pm, make 11:30pm the new closing time. It’s as simple as that.

This is the last time I will be going to this taco bell. The last time I went I ordered online and went through the drive through, I said my name and they told me to wait 10 minutes until it comes through on their screen. And I know it does not take 10 minutes to come through on their screen when I ordered at my house and it takes me 15 plus to get their. This time I went they completely messed up my order. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and it's just a fat bean burrito. Their is barely any meat in the burrito. Theirs barely any sour cream, and their is absolutely no cheese. I also had to pay with cash. So after I ordered on the little kiosk thing, I went up to the front to pay for my order. It took them 15 minutes to come to me. And there were 3 of them there which 2 of them weren't even doing anything. And one of them looked me straight in the eyes and just turned around, didn't say anything and just stood there, and didn't even come to the counter so I could pay. Ridiculous.

I ordered the 12 soft tacos no lettuce. The tacos only had meat and cheese on half the taco and they were cold. Having to pull to the side and wait when there were no other customers… I feel like my order should have been done right!!

I went there this morning to get breakfast. only to find out this location doesnt serve breakfast? im confused because they open up at 9am so how can you not serve breakfast? on top of that the lady was rude about it in the drive through stating “how could you not know we dont serve breakfast?” its not posted on any of the signs and ive never been to a taco bell that opens this early that doesnt serve it. i just wanted a bavon crunchwrap.

Just wanted a quick snack before going back to work in the area. Ordered two chalupa’s and a drink. I got charged $15 and change when the menu shows $12 for the combo that comes with another taco. I asked the cashier if it was correct, says it was then hands me the bag and closes the door. I go to grab one and the chalupa’s are all spilled open and just thrown in the bag. Never again

As I drove to the speaker, an employee said they are having technical difficulties and can’t take my order …. I stayed in the drive through to cancel my order. Then the employee said we’re closed , either way, Terrible experience, I’ve had issues with this location almost every time …. They were not closed. Disappointing.

I just want to say the Hispanic female who worked on Oct 17 you were rude as hell just because you had to do your job 🤦🏻‍♀️ out of beef? You close at 1 and was being awful to customers at 10 honestly you need a new job if you can NOT handle a rush you look to old to be acting like that 😂

The result is I am done with the establishment as a whole. They won't get another chance.
