They have their flaws when coming to service and food but overall they can be a great outcome!!

Rating: 3.2/5 [takeout] We ordered online around 10:45 PM on a Friday, and by the time we arrived, our food was ready. Since we chose carryout, we had to show our order confirmation to pick up our meal. Everything was neatly packaged and sealed. The portion sizes were still normal--not downsized like at some other fast-food places. I also appreciated that we could add extra condiments and toppings free of charge. Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, & Onion ($6.19): This was just okay. The chicken was a bit bland and not spicy at all. The pickles, however, added a nice pop of flavor and texture. Classic Chicken Sandwich with Ketchup, Mustard, & Onion ($6.19): I expected this to be the same as the spicy version, but surprisingly, it was much better. The chicken had more flavor, was crispier, and even seemed bigger. Son Baconator with Pickle, Tomato, Lettuce, Mustard, & Onion ($3): Wendy's had a promo for this sandwich, so we gave it a try. For $3, it was a steal! The sandwich was delicious, and the hamburger patties were juicy. This ended up being my favorite of the three. 10-Piece Spicy Garlic Parmesan Nuggets ($5.99): These nuggets were drenched in sauce, yet the breading stayed intact, which was impressive. The flavors were good, though a bit salty and intense--definitely something you'd want to eat with carbs or veggies.

At this location a 4-$4 is okay with me but, I had to get what I wanted so crispy panko encrusted chicken it is. The mgr made sure our order was correct and corrected. I love custom satisfaction.!

I was driving through Austin heading to Killeen to drop my daughter off, and I got hungry and decided to swing by Wendy's. But that experience turned out to be a bad mistake. The food was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I ordered a Biggie Bag Bacon Double Stack with mayo, lettuce, and tomato, but I received the complete opposite. There was no bacon, the cheese was cold and unmelted, and the meat was burnt and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were okay, but the nuggets were also cold.

Food was overpriced and not super fresh, the drive through attendant was very nice though.

Only Use The Drive Through! This place is perfectly fine if you don't go in, and don't mind longish lines in the drive thru. The food here is what you'd normally expect from Wendy's. No complaints at all with that. It's the inside that's the problem. It looks like the employees just gave up on cleaning it. Never seen such a poorly kept interior of a chain restaurant.

I love Wendy's, but this was one of the most underwhelming experiences I've had despite also just being what it is. I saw the bad rating but thought, it's Wendy's! It can't be that bad. I came from pickleball and petting a dog, so I wanted to wash my hands before I ate. I walked and there's no bathroom or place to sit. Ok. I order my food and they're out of diet coke. Ok. I'm asked if I want sauce and see them pouring buffalo sauce in a small container for me. Ok. Then I get my food, there's some guy eating his food in a nook right after the drive through, 2 feet in front of the the first car. Ok. I walk out and decide to eat sitting on the retaining wall like a homeless person. Ok. I look in my bag and see no ketchup. Ok. Go back for ketchup and then ate my food like a homeless person. I guess when I saw the location I got what I expected but still, just not enjoyable. Ok.

This seems to be the only out of date Wendy’s in town, this place needs to be remodeled and up to date. The parking lot is hard to get in/out of, the parking lot holds water, it’s needs new parking spaces striping lines. I forgot to add my picture of my food, but the breakfast was hot and fresh.

The math isn't mathing. On the drive thru menu, the 20 pc nuggets is $5.99 for the saucy nuggets. How in the world did I get charged almost $12?! I asked the question at the point of sale and basically got no explanation.

Went and ordered two sandwiches and a medium drink they gave me the medium drink with no ice and I asked them do they have any ice they ignored me they would not say a word to me maybe if they learn to speak a little bit of English in this place I mean for God's sake this is America and not Mexico the temperature was 107 outside !!!!

This was on Friday 5/31. They gave us the wrong kind of burger but since we were hungry and already drove home we just accepted it. Halfway into the burger my girlfriend noticed the bottom was completely moldy. I gave her my chicken nuggets instead. There was a piece of bone inside one of them and she broke a crown biting into it. Not only did she get sick the next morning, she needed to see a dentist on Tuesday. In terms of Wendys’ response so far, I was told from their corporate contact number that someone would reach out to me. So far a Regional manager in San Antonio called to apologize and ask about he could do to make this right. It has been several days and we’ve yet to receive any further contact or our money back. When i call the location, I can never get a hold of a manger. Thanks Wendy’s. Update as of 3 weeks later: there is no update. We never got our money back. I was left a voicemail from a number that’s ‘Out Of Service’ when you call back, and I’ve had to resort to a petty twitter rant just to get our refund. Visit this location at your own risk.

I have been here maybe 6 times now and every morning I ask for an egg and cheese sandwich and get this. Every single time. I specifically say no meat because the young lady at the window doesn’t comprehend English well and I still lose. Also, a lot of homeless reside in this area, therefore they walk to your window while you’re getting your food. Just a heads up.

I went here around 2 am on 08/03/25. The service and food were terrible. The staff there didn’t have my order right and no ice for the drinks. I work in customer service and know how service should be and this isn’t it. They were playing around and when I asked did they have ice she was like no. I feel that’s something the guest should know before ordering. The food was cold and drink was flat. I want be back to this location ever.

This restaurant is unable to provide basics such as fries and cannot offer any alternatives. Thus, they will cancel all orders after customers waiting hours of waiting on orders. If they cannot fulfill orders, then they should not accept orders if not also to shut down.

Can't rate the food as the place was so dirty I didn't even eat. The location is in a very crime ridden area. Homeless and drug addicts everywhere. Didn't even feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot for fear it wouod get broken into. Found the manager to be disrespectful as well.

A woman, or man im not completely sure, was very rude to my family when we used the bathroom, she yelled at us claiming it was her bathroom and we weren't to touch it. We apologized time after time and she continued yelling. This was very very unprofessional and rude on her/his part.

A man, or woman im not sure, was super rude when i was ordering. Gave me a lot of attitude, and assumed i couldnt pay because of my Hispanic feautures and my tan brown skin. Then my family and i were using the bathroom. I got out and she began yelling, claiming we were using her/his bathroom. We quickly apologized and let her/him know we asked to use the bathroom and saw the door was open and began using it. She/he slammed the door and said we werent allowed, it was her bathroom that she spent 30k to fix it and we would just ruin it. We apologized countless times, and she/he kept yelling at us telling us we still had no right to touch HER/HIS bathroom, they made it very clear it was theirs, and then continued to say how the public bathroom was already ruined. Basically insinuating it was us, mind you we didnt touch that bathroom. My mom tried to explain how we didnt know it was the employee bathroom since it didnt have a sign, but she ignored her and continued yelling at us to not touch it. I understand we shouldnt have used the bathroom, but in our defense we had to clue it was the employee bathroom, but even so, i doing think that is an appropriate and professional way to handle such situation.

DISCUSTING AND RUDE! Horrible customer service. My husband has cancer, as well as kidney failure, and he had to go to the bathroom, and there were no working bathrooms. We were going to grab a bite to eat, but due to the conditions and rudeness, we decided to take our business across the street to McDonald's. This location should be shut down, and the Department of Health and Wendy's corporate should be called. Zero stars are what they deserve!

Ordered through mobile app, came inside to use restroom and dine in, was told bathroom out of order, okay cool. Proceed to get my order that I ordered with no bacon and got bacon, even tho it was on the receipt, on top of wrong drinks, and then proceed to see an employee go into the bathroom. I could understand if I was dirty or a non paying customer however we ordered and ate inside. Stood for 10 mins waiting for our order that was sitting on the back counter as the male at the counter proceeded to just use his phone and ignore us after denying my bathroom use… would give zero stars if I could. Never again. I don’t expect much from fast food however this is just doing too much.

May 7, 2025 one of the first customers of the day and my food was still absolutely cold. I ordered an egg biscuit and their potatoes for breakfast. It took them about 10 minutes to prepare the food as if they were cooking it to order. Well that was not the case because once I received my food and drove 2 blocks away and reached into the bag, I realized this was a bad decision. I even attempted to call twice to voice my frustration and received no answer at 6:15 AM. I wouldn’t even give the food One Star. It’s NO STARS as far as I am concerned. Drive Thru.
