This might be the worst Burger King I’ve ever experienced. The staff seemed to be avoiding work, almost hiding in the back. I waited 10–15 minutes just for an ice cream (I was the only one who ordered), and even then it was prepared incorrectly. There was no one at the counter, around the area, or at the stations. Homeless people could easily walk inside and disturb customers while sitting there. It feels like Burger King skips this location during their general inspections. Both operational standards and customer satisfaction clearly need to be taken into account! I would never recommend this place.

I placed an order on Uber Eats. This establishment never delivered my order and is not answering the phone. Uber Eats refused to refund me on the grounds that, according to your policy, I must go directly through you for any refunds. The problem is that this restaurant is not answering the phone. Disappointing.

Worst experience ever! We ordered 3 hamburgers and they forgot to give us one hamburger so we tried to contact them and their phone does not work. One of the hamburgers was fully burnt....this is not acceptable!!!

Never eating at burger king again. Throwing up by just thinking about it. We did of course throw it away in the trash. Thank you for ruining our evening

Oh my god is this a bad burger king. Attention is sooo bad, they had two customers and they were going crazy in the kitchen, we waited so long for two burgers and after receiving them they were cold. We got a menu with ice creams, machine didn't work. (Didn't give us back our money for them). Every soda tasted so bad from the machine, tried coke, fuze tea and fanta, all tasted nothing like the actual soda. Bathrooms were disgusting.

This is the worst Burger King ever! If you appreciate your stomach NEVER EAT HERE, I eat Burger King constantly because I like it, and I know the flavor of it, but today I almost vomit from this burger, first of all the place said it opens its doors at 11:30 am and I had to wait until 12:30 pm just to waste my money, the meat in the burger was cold, not flavored the bacon wasn’t cooked properly, the bread hard, THE FRIES HORRIBLEEEE AS WELL it wasn’t cooked 🤮 I had to use the microwave to hot a burger that was supposed to come hot since its a MENU PARRILLA DOUBLE CHESSE BURGER €8.95 per 2. everything inside taste terrible and cold. GUYS AS I SAID THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT. No joke, appreciate your money and stomach to avoid a bad experience.

When you decide to go to a frenchise, it is mainly, because you know, it'll meet your expectations, you know what you get, even before you get in. We came in to grab two burgers, and what happened after, was one of the most bizarre experience in my life. My wife went to the toilet until I was busy with the kiosk, that didn't print out my order, it was stuck with a bunch of paper, like a recicle bin. No one took care about the cleaniness. She came back with a face like she's seen a ghost. She said it was dirtier than a toilett on the train. I waited for my order to collect, there was one man working behind the counter, it was getting ready rediciolusly slow. When it turned out that I didn't have my ticket, he helped me out quickly, he was friendly, he was not at fault about none the bad experiences. You could see the guy making the burgers at the back, putting it together with his bare hands, no glows, nothing. The burger looked like somebody had a long train ride, and forgot the burger in their pocket. The taste was nothing like a Burger King burger. It was the most bizarre experience in my entire life.

What a joke. 4 people behind the counter with absolutely no idea what’s going on. Ordered at 22:11, and now it’s 22:36 and we still haven’t received our Whopper Jnr. Edit: when the food came out finally it was completely cold. They even have a microwave to heat up the burgers 🤯
