Went and got a chicken sandwich and a soft drink. The service was great. Bathrooms were nice and clean and I was in and out within 6 minutes.

This Chick-fil-A is good and they usually always get my large order correct. This has been my favorite for many years, always consistent hot and great tasting food. There have been mistakes here and there but very seldom, when I do mention it to them they always make it right. Always fast and friendly! Long line? No problem... the fastest fast food in town. I don’t even worry about it when I see a long line at the drive thru. I like to call this place a gourmet fast food restaurant. They serve is lighting fast and the staff go beyond expectations when communicating with their customers. You will occasionally hear "It's a pleasure to serve you" from them. The food is fresh and hot. It taste as if only high quality ingredients were used. The dining area is clean. Overall, they really a few steps above other fast food establishments.

Kind employee asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks during our meal. We were taken aback as we have never had that kind of service in a fast food restaurant. Another female employee came around not too long after that to make sure everything was good. I wish I caught their names but the service was the best I’ve experienced.

Always great here. Food is fresh and always made right. The service is fast and friendly. It can be crowded sometimes but the wait is still short. It's always clean even when it's lots of people coming and going. If I had a suggestion it would be too put a salt and pepper pack in the to go bags at driver through. I had a order for four people and it took less than 3 minutes to have it ready for takeout. Very friendly and extremely fast service. Exceptionally clean restroom... Many visits since my first review here. But on one very recent visit a server named "Bailey" (no relation) was wonderful and very patient with my children. I arrived at the drive thru and was greeted very quickly to take my order. It was nice to see 3 lanes, but as I was ordering for my grandmother and myself I was feeling rushed as she was trying to articulate what she wanted. I know it’s to keep the line going quickly especially during a lunch rush, but feeling rushed I forgot part of our order and to ask salt, pepper, and utensils. Not the end of the world at all. The food taste as good as any locations. I would still go back.

I almost always go through the drive-thru at any fast food restaurant, even though it's not always the fastest route. But, I can say this for Chick-fil-A , 9 out of 10 times they're right on the dot. I usually never have to ask twice for something, return food because they didn't get it right, and they tend to get your food out to you in a timely manner (considering how busy they usually are) and the food is always, mm-mm-mm, delicious and not a bad price either. I would always recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone over almost any other fast food restaurant.

Quick service and friendly order taking. This was first time at the pick up window I have not had a great experience. The girls said "take your bags" never greeted me. I was told to "go around the car in front of you" after I took my bags. I have been given kinder instruction from a traffic officer. The food was still tasty. I still had a wonderful day.

Chick-fil-A is always perfect . Never have I ever had a problem. However my only complaint is the fries aren't salty enough . Sometimes they seem super bland. The spicy sandwich patty has been huge lately which is excellent. They really need to do spicy nuggets , that is my final complaint.

It was raining during our visit through the drive thru. We asked for cheese and no pickles on one of our chicken sandwiches. The sandwich had pickles and no cheese. We were not charged for the cheese. We were given condiments we didn't ask for. The hand held card reader wasn't working. The young lady was very professional and kind. Maybe the rain coming from the drain and hitting the roof of the cars then, bouncing towards the young lady as she took orders caused her to miskey the order. Just something to take into consideration when the employees are standing outside in heavy rain gear. Food was great. Fast service. Convenient location just off the highway. Heavy traffic area.

Food is always good at Chick-fil-a. Service this time is questionable. Went through the drive thru, orders taken by the staff, I offered my app to be scanned, but payment doesn't get charged till you get to the pick up point. It is very inefficient since the food would have been ready if they charged off the bat. The system could be streamlined to make for faster service. Surprisingly, this is the first branch where I encountered this.

The food was great but the inside was dirty. Our sandwiches, fries, and shakes were on point. Although our food was good the inside was really gross. All the tables and chairs were pretty greasy and had food on them. They just seemed liked they hadn't been wiped down in several hours.

Too much salt on my chicken egg biscuit. I wouldn't recommend for a person with high blood pressure.

This is a very nice but slow Chick-fil-A. No matter if you are the only one in li e you will always be pulled up to wait on your food. The wait time is completely horrible. The staff is nice and the food is great but they need a lot of work on getting their orders out. I have complained to the managers numerous of times and keep getting told they are working on it. I hardly go to this location anymore because they are entirely too slow.

Let start with the broken speaker on the outside drive through. Manager said it’s broken . Why still use it ? . Barely heard the worker. I ordered 2 egg white sandwiches, an iced coffee and a large sweet tea. What I got is in the picture below.

By FAR, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick Fil A! Got there and had ordered before 1010. Was asked to pull forward to wait because of the chicken strips I ordered. Then proceeded to sit for over 10 minutes and watch car after car receive their food and drive off. I finally gave up and pulled around, parked, then went inside and my order was sitting there, ready. I had to ask for my drinks, which were all over-filled and spilling everywhere, and was again told that the wait was because of my chicken strips. How long do chicken strips take to make at a restaurant that almost exclusively sells fried chicken products??? I always come at that time to get lunch for my kids to bring to school during their lunch week and have never had this issue. They always have come out fresh and in a reasonable amount of time. We also did not get any straws with our order OR any of the sauces we requested. Honestly, the condescending smiling, 'sorry about that', and 'have a nice day' responses were less than desirable and did NOTHING to diffuse the situation. I'm sure they could care less, but I will just take our business to other Chick Fil As that continue to provide excellent service.

Will not be back to this location. Lack of management in the drive thru line. I pulled in line at the drive thruband immediately I was motioned to move. I told the young man that I was okay. Within a minute another employee is directing me to move. For some reason they did not like me being in that line. Lol I told them that I would just leave the property and pulled around and there is no exit unless you go thru the drive thru or cross over a curb of the neighboring business. So I jumped the curb and left. I work all over the USA and I will say that the 3 Chick-fil-A that I have been to in this area do not meet expectations. I guess either Chick-fil-A is relaxing their standards or there is regional issue with keeping those standards.

App is horrible. This is the second time I have ordered through the app and my order disappears and its asks me to pay again, but when I check my account it's been charged. Call support and they state there is nothing they can do because its not showing a transaction on their end. The only thing i can do is wait and hope the money is put back in my account. Well since nobody will answer the phone and I can't get anybody on the phone over there I will post it on here. Whoever was driving the 56 car came out of College Street Chick-fil-A like a bat out of hell. Today they were jumping from Lane to Lane driving totally crazy they knew I was trying to get behind them so I can get a picture of their car so they kept speeding up on College. Your drivers need to get it together. Because if he would have hit me we would have a problem right now. I definitely don't appreciate the way this person was driving jumping Lane to Lane just because he knew I was trying to call in on his ass. Driving the car with a 56 on it today right now out of the college location whoever that was does it need to be delivering.
