Came through the drive-through to order food. Waited in line for the cars in front of me ordered my food. Got my total waited to reach the window. Had my money ready to go. Get to the window and I get told oh yeah we don’t make chili cheese burritos anymore. Why the hell did somebody not tell me that when I was sitting at the speaker ordering my food getting my total I could’ve said oh OK order something different instead I waited. Got up there and left without anything and I couldn’t order something at the window because I had multiple cars behind me. I don’t expect a lot of professionalism from Taco Bell. That’s like going to Taco Bell and expecting a four star dinner. I was picking up food for people up here at work so now I show up empty-handed so myself and four other people now get to go without lunch because Taco Bell sucks

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a Taco Bell. Corporate should pull this franchisee and not allow them to continue running this location. I paid $10 for a quesadilla with double every thing. Not only did this place not give me my entire order but they also tried to justify how my under standard weight food was in fact double. I will say they definitely added more when I made them make it the second time but even the second time it was still not double everything and absolutely not worth $10. They even brought a scale out to show how it was double the weight of a normal quesadilla which it still was not double. Then I was shown how a normal quesadilla is 6. Whatever and my “double” quesadilla was 9. Whatever the math still doesn’t math very well! Last I knew double of 6 is 12 if that’s how you’re going to try and “show” it is in fact double. Corporate needs involved in this franchise as they’re legitimately robbing people. The management running this location is a joke and further explains the horrible ratings it already has!

Usually have mediocre service. However, tonight I made an online order, I got home and noticed two items were missing. I went back and they refused to give me one item and said that they would give me the burrito. I was not in the mood for arguing so I just said Just get it made so I can get home and eat what I do have to eat. We also ordered a quesadilla with extra everything which ends up being over $9.00. My husband went to eat it and there was absolutely not everything extra on it. $9.00 dollars for a half made quesadilla is absolutely crazy at the price they charge for extra everything. I understand they are busy, however when paying extra or missing items, this should be rectified

Every time I go to this taco bell, a 14min wait is on the lower end of wait times and my food is sub par even for taco bell. Manager thinks quoting the procedure is acceptable for ridiculously offensive under weight food preparation. Best manager Taco Bell has ever had, worst manager for good product and customer satisfaction. Go to the raymore Taco Bell or the Blue springs Taco Bell, they are truly an amazing group!

This place has been very disappointing for the last few months. We ordered 4 of the crispy chicken tacos and every one of them contained a single chicken nugget! Not even tender which is ridiculous for 3 dollars a piece. It took forever for 6 items to be made. We will definitely take the time to drive to the Kansas one from now on.

Honestly, this Taco Bell always has really good food and it’s always hot… They tend to forget things but when they get it right, they get it right. However, last week and today I went through the drive-through and got the same guy and every single time I feel like he is throwing my food at me and being impatient and last week I almost dropped my food and today I almost dropped my food. He’s super rude and would not recommend him for a job anywhere

The food here is fine, but if you go here just make sure to prepare for the fact that they will 100% leave food out of your order. You will either have to go back through the line and wait for them to give you the food that they should have included to begin with, or you have to go in and they will give you attitude. I’ve been to this specific location several times and they do this every single time.

The manager at this store refused to remake the order I placed online simply because he claimed my emailed receipt would not be accepted, only a receipt which the girl working the drive thru window FAILED to provide me. The tacos, Crunchwrap Supreme were LESS than a quarter (1/4) inch thick having a few strands of shedded cheese and each only contained 6-8 pieces of a diced tomato, and the burrito was 80% refried beans regardless of request for EZ beans, and NO plastic forks to eat the two orders of Cheezy Fiesta potatoes -- so we had NO way to consume the potatoes as we were NOT at home to use our own eating utensils. This manager seriously needs to wake up and get up to speed and accept the fact that the world is quickly going paperless. ***DO NOT PULL OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING EVERY ITEM THIS TACO BELL HANDS YOU---DO NOT ALLOW THIS MANAGER TO RIP YOU OFF BY SELLING HALF THE CONTENTS OF EVERY SINGLE ITEM YOU ORDER*** BAD BUSINESS ETIQUETTE HERE FOLKS

This place is HORRIBLE. Doesn't matter if you place an online or drive thru order they never fail to mess it up. Ordered online 15 mins before I arrived and food was not ready. The women making the order were more concerned about clocking out than my actual meal. On top of all this this place is FILTHY. This place is ZERO stars.

Taco bell, what the hell is this? Pulled through taco bell drive through because my kids wanted cheese rollups, these things are freezing cold in spots, cheese is barely melted, went through the drive through again and asked them to fix them, then got asked what we wanted them to do about it, they ended up remaking them, still freezing cold in spots and cheese still not fully melted. Please do better before you make people sick by not fully cooking food.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Are usually avoid going to the Belton Taco Bell and travel all the way to Grandview because they never put any meat on there items. Tonight I decided to give them a try and ordered a Chalupa cravings meal since they never put enough meat. I ordered extra beef on all three items not one of them had extra beef. They charge me a dollar extra for each item and still never put any meat on the items. It’s unbelievable that this place is even in business still! I tried to call the store to complain, and someone kept hanging up on me, but I will call tomorrow or even go up there to speak to a manager. I can’t believe there’s not more people complaining about lack of meat put on their items at this Taco Bell. See pictures below.

I Ordered doordash at the belton Taco Bell. On my fiesta potatoes I ordered extra sour cream and extra nacho cheese and there was less than even the normal amount put on them. And on the loaded taco fries the nacho fries had little to no seasoning on them, hardly and nacho cheese or spicy ranch. Most of it was beef. Unfortunately it was my dinner so I forced myself to eat it but it was terrible. I come to Taco Bell almost everyday and the food is normally great. But anytime I DoorDash it’s awful.
