The food is good but the drive thru service needs some improvements or just return to how it used to be. Two lanes of cars no one is giving direction on your place in line. It may be possible that the young people they hired are not doing their job.

I visited this location while in town and I always order the Cobb salad with grilled filleted/shredded chicken when I’m home in Atlanta but when I asked if it came the same way and was told yes, then receive a whole chicken sandwich on my salad I was highly disappointed…. They would never in Atlanta smh

This is the Ensley McDonalds of Chick-fil-As in the city. By far the worst. The employees make it feel like you’re at an inner city chicken joint. This is the Bessemer city schools of Chick-fil-As. Imagine driving to mountain brook and realizing you’re actually in Wylam. That’s what it feels like to visit here.

Just purchased (3) three large chicken strips and they were by far the worst I have eaten at Chick-Fil-A. Customer service, as always, was stellar, but whoever was responsible for seasoning the chicken strips did not do a good job. Very disappointed...

I am here at Samford as a senior high school student to play in the Samford Honor Band this weekend. I have traveled from Hunstville, Alabama, and I’m staying at a hotel very close to campus with my father. I am a loyal Chick-fil-a customer and ex-employee. I’ve even achieved Signature status in years past. My friends and I had the idea to come to the Chick-fil-a within Samford’s campus (this location) to have a nice lunch together. We got into a relatively short and fast moving line, and then it was my turn to order. I did not have my wallet on me, however I had my card on my iPhone 14 with Apple Pay. I ordered my food (I had wanted a spicy sandwich and a cookie and menu items were not available with no visible signage or indication) so I got two regular sandwiches without pickles, a large coke, a large fry (I ended up getting a medium fry) and a brownie. I put my phone on the payment machine and it says accepted. They said that they didn’t see it on the screen, however I got the notification from my phone that money had been removed from my account. I try again and, again, money was removed from my account and my order wasn’t on the screen. After the fourth time, it finally worked, but not before the employees became unnecessarily angry with me as a customer and completely ruined my experience with this establishment.They ended up “giving me my food” with a snarky remark after the fourth time the payment had gone through when I had already rightfully paid four time previously. I have been to many Chick-fil-a’s in many different places around America and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Team members seemed as if they did not want to be working there, and did not care about their customers. Shall I also add that they never said “My pleasure”?

They bs over-here. Get some better staff. Why have people who hate their job give you such poor quality food. Is this really Chick-fil-A? I thought I was in a third world country for a sec. !?!

I’m from Georgia. Chick fil a is life. This is by far the poorest excuse for chick fil a customer service. The straw that broke the camels back is a Doordash order that the poor person has been waiting 40 minutes and counting?! They have zero urgency at the drive through are not pleasant at all and Truitt would be so upset.

My husband waited 30-40 minutes for a chicken noodle soup and small fry. They made him pull into a parking spot and then forgot about him. Definitely not what we’re used to at a Chick-fil-a.

If you respect yourself to actually be treated like a human do not go here, literally go anywhere else you can. This is not only the worst chick fil a service I've ever had but the single worst fast food store service ive ever had. I went here for a quick spicey chicken sandwhich before my exam. I ordered at 10:38 and did not receive my sandwhich until 10:58 the guy next to me had been waiting since 10:30! The workers seemed like they didnt care they were just laughing behind the counter not even taking new orders until the people in line actually voiced up! And when i got my food i asked why it took so long the girl behind the counter said it takes longer because it's spicey, you've only been waiting 10 minutes. I told her no i have not been waiting only 10 minutes my receipt says I've been here 20 and my friend 30 but can i please just have some chick fil a sauce so i can go. She got frustrated and just ran to the back of the store leaving me there to have to wait and ask the other cashier for my sauce! And making me later for my exam!!

Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, always spend 20 minutes in the drive thru which never happens at any other location. Also, none of the staff have the signature flair that's come to be expected. Not once have I heard a, "my pleasure". Truett is rolling over in his grave.
