I went thru the drive thru to try breakfast at Taco Bell in 5points west area across the street from the old fairgrounds and it was amazing 👏. If you haven't already tried the 5$ breakfast box what are you waiting for ? It's possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. I had the vanilla coffee with a bacon 🥓 egg n cheese Quesadilla with the cream cheese bites. I recommend going I think 🤔 it was a 10 . I'll definitely be going back to eat along with the service was good and fast. Make sure if u are a sauce person ask for Xtra..

The staff was very friendly and I received my order quickly. My order was correct and my food was hot and as ordered. The dining room and restroom was clean. I had to take a star away due to there being no paper towels in the restroom. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I asked for certain food literally easy. Two tacos. Plain Jane. SMH They refused to give me a receipt. I took a bite and there’s sour cream. So on my way for an epi pen. It’s like they smeared it off and said here you go. I asked if I could give her a dollar for more sauce and she told me to drive around. It’s not like you really care about your drive thru times. Y’all are rude and nasty. And what’s up with a soggy taco! You should see the oil dripping off the paper.

I ordered 2 steak quesadeas. The steak was not hot. The cheese wasn't even melted in it. It was not good. Do better.

TLDR; You lost a customer over $.27 Order #389 here. Placed my order in drive thru but it didn't show on the screen. Little weird, but okay. Got up to the window, paid, and glanced at the receipt to see they rounded up the charge by $.27 as a "donation" for schools or whatever. Man, how deceptive. Look, I've got that rolling around in the couch so it really ain't about the quarter it's about the underhanded straight up theft that is apparently being encouraged at this store. I'm super disappointed because this was one of the best ones around my area but after this I don't think I'll be back.

The employee at 029135 named Monique is extremely rude and unprofessional toward both customers and staff. Today, I personally witnessed her yelling at staff members in front of customers. On a previous visit, I overheard her speak very disrespectfully to a customer who was still placing her order. Monique told the customer that her food was already made and that she was not going to remake it, even though the customer explained she was still ordering. When the customer questioned how the food could already be done, Monique responded by saying the customer “better know what she wants next time she comes to the speaker.” As a result of Monique’s refusal to correct the order, the food had to be thrown away, even though the customer was spending at least $50. The only change requested was soft tacos instead of hard tacos, which are not even the default for the combo. This situation could have easily been resolved, but instead it escalated due to Monique’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Her behavior reflects poorly on the business, and she should not be working in a customer-facing role without additional training or anger management.

Pulled up to the drive through window at night and I was told they're only doing Doordash orders. I told them I had a mobile order and they replied the system down. I worked in Fast food and I know mobile orders and Doordash come through the same system. That's was their excuse because the was to sorry to work. I'm not surprised because people just want the check without having to work. This has to been the worst location in Birmingham and I wouldn't lose any sleep if they got shut down and all of them lost their jobs.

Every time I go here there is a problem. I’m either waiting too long. My food is cold or they don’t give me the right food tonight. I went to the location and five points with I ordered two discovery Luxe boxes and one regular box. My food came in bags Not a box and I asked her why because I didn’t know what went with which box and she said they just didn’t put it in one and told me she’ll give me the boxes and I could just put it in there myself. All of my food Did not come with my order we were missing two tacos
