There was a woman at the register who had zero customer service skills and caused me to not place any orders that day, but apparently she's no longer with the company and thankfully so...but yesterday everything was great, the guys were super friendly and helpful.
The pan pizza ring is delicious! I loved it. They have good, fast service, and the prices are reasonable. I like all the pizzas except the Italian one because it's very thin; when you order it to go, it gets soggy and unappetizing. I only recommend it for eating in. Everything else is great. Ciao!

The facilities are quite clean and well-maintained. There are enough tables for several people, although they are a bit close together, which is understandable given the small size of the place. The food is delicious overall; only the wings are too small. The service could be improved, as the cashiers often have a sour expression and are barely audible. Aside from that, it's a good place for dinner and a family outing.

It shares the space with Gorditas Doña Tota. They don't have a bathroom. The bathroom belongs to Gorditas Doña Tota, and it's dirty and has no lighting. As for the food, I love the $199 large pizza special, and the delivery time was quick.

The product was very good, but the service was terrible. I ordered delivery and they marked the order as shipped, but 30 minutes later it still hadn't arrived.
This is the fourth time I've come at different times on different days, and they NEVER have the type of dough I request. I'd understand if it were closing time, but at 5 or 6 pm? And they're not willing to make it.
Terrible service. I went to order at 9 and a girl treated me rudely. I wanted to eat there and only to find out that they were already open for takeout. When she says they close at 10, and here it says they close until 11, it's unfair. One comes happy to buy a pizza, and because of people like that, they lose customers. Just one star. And if I could, I wouldn't even give it a star.
I won't order again, I paid for several ingredients and 90% of them added jalapenos, seriously, how brave, I'll never buy again.
Terrible service, especially if it's home delivery, they take forever. They tell you an hour and then they change their minds if they don't have staff for the deliveries. I don't understand why they don't do anything to hire people and to top it off, they don't accept cash, of course, they want cards. Very bad.
I ordered my pizza online over two hours ago and paid by card, and as usual, it hasn't arrived and they never answer the phone. It's infuriating, terrible service.
Terrible service. They delivered a pizza wrapper to me only because of the correctional officer. The girl at the register got upset and everything was burned. Does anyone know where I can report this service?
