My experiences with this place have been good, but the flavor isn't consistent; it depends on the person preparing it. Maybe they need to be a little less mechanical when it comes to putting things on the bread, because I've had a blob of mayonnaise on one side of the sandwich and almost none on the other, or some ingredient is so concentrated in the center of the bread that I think it's missing because I don't taste it in the first few bites. When ordering through delivery apps, they offer a very nice presentation; the subs arrive well protected and in order. They also put their seals of approval on them, which is always appreciated.

The sub was squashed (the bread), I think they grabbed it too tightly to roll it. I ordered the $99 combo of the day and they repeated my order to the cashier, but she only wanted to charge me for the sub. I had to repeat that it was the $99 combo before she offered me the drink and side.
The food was delicious as always, but it was a real shame that the bartenders were more focused on their conversation than on customer service. I placed a simple order, and they preferred to chat rather than take it properly. And they didn't give me a receipt. I was short on time because it was my lunch break at work, and I didn't ask for one to avoid wasting any more time.

Terrible service. Two people were laughing instead of helping us, claiming they were understaffed. Three people have refused us service in the waiting room. Awful.
Don't buy from this Subway. They charge extra for ingredients they don't even put in it. They ask if you want a specific type of bread and then give you whatever they feel like. They ask if you want it toasted or warm and then give it to you cold. Don't order from DiDi. The service and food are awful. Poorly made, poorly wrapped, terrible service. I ordered extra guacamole and bacon. The bread was oregano and parmesan, toasted. And without cheese, which is the BASE. Look...
Terrible service. This is the second time my Uber Eats order has been delivered incomplete. I call, and the person who answers pretends not to hear me and hangs up. I hope management does something about the awful service they provide. I will never order food from this place again. I'd much rather support local businesses than waste money on a product that, besides not tasting great, is delivered incomplete and with a bad attitude, as if they weren't even paying for it.
Slow, they're so incompetent they can't even make a sandwich when you order it ingredient by ingredient. You call for clarification and some joker pretends not to hear, dialing from different numbers.
I had been to a Subway before, and the price of 109 pesos was honored. I arrived here to eat with my family, and the menu price was approximately between 110 and 130 pesos. When they prepared our food, it turned out that all the ingredients were counted as "extra." We assumed this was because NO ONE at the establishment told us that the bread and ham alone cost 110 pesos. Based on the menu price, we thought the total would be around 450 pesos for 3 Subways and 3 sodas. When they told us the total, it was almost double, nearly 800 pesos. The worst part is that nowhere does it explain or specify how they handle their menu, and the employees certainly don't tell you. It felt like an outrageous rip-off. For 800 pesos, I'd rather eat somewhere else that's actually worth it and doesn't get ripped off.
Terrible service. I ordered a 12-inch Italian steak, it's the worst Subway I've ever had. I'd ordered that flavor before at the same place, and they always prepared it well, but this time the service was terrible. It was obvious the guy didn't know anything. I think it was his first day because he didn't know how to prepare Subway, and I kept asking his coworker. He forgot the sauce, he toasted it poorly, the paper stuck to the bread and it came out wet. It was all disgusting, but I had to eat it because I was really hungry. I'll never come back here again!
🤬😡😡😡😠😤NOT POSSIBLE!!! On Monday, July 10th, I went at 8:40 p.m., and the guy serving (heavyset, maybe 25 years old) no longer wants to serve you, even though the sign says they close at 9 p.m. He very rudely answers that they no longer serve food after 8:30 p.m., even though the sandwiches are still served in molds. I asked him why if their hours said they closed at 9 p.m. And he said in a less than friendly tone that the place closed at that time, but that he couldn't sell me anything after 8:30 p.m. They should fire him because he drives people away because he's too lazy to work making a sandwich.
Bacterial stomach infection. As I mentioned at another place, all or most of the food at the gastronomic restaurant is unhygienic. Personally, for safety reasons, I've stopped eating at all of those places; sometimes I even see cockroaches wandering around. At another place, I saw a piñalim, haha, what's up?
Bad experience, 7:00 PM and they were still cleaning! They don't have service until the young people finish cleaning. What a lack of common sense!
