Someone took my food near closing. They remade it on the spot. Staff were very understanding and kind.

The Carnitas area hit or miss. Some days it's amazing, while others it's eating dry tough leather. Depending on the time of day, service speeds may varies.
We came for lunch after church. We got carne asada and chicken bowls, which were good. We liked the Berry and Mandarin Agua Frescas. It can get quite busy during lunch and dinner time. The tables could be wiped down a little faster for new customers looking for a seat.
The chicken and steak tacos are great. I love the chicken the most. They also have great chips and guacamole that you could literally eat as a whole meal. I try to come here about once a month. I love the Brea shopping mall and this Chipotle restaurant is really good.

Ordered a veggie and chicken bowl. Food was good but reason for my rating is; The counter employee didn't bother to say hello or welcome us, and he looked miserable. Most tables were filthy. As busy as Chipoltes are, keep yourvtables clean for the guests.

Basically told me "sorry, there was nothing they could do" with no offer on how to fix it for us. 1. Failure by IT guys on the app who were experiencing a bug and 2. Failure by the physical location to apply common sense and make our order to make it right.

I am Chipotle fan. I eat Chipotle all the time at wherever I am at. The portion in this store is extremely small. I have to ask multiple times even to get a little extra cheese. All other portions, especially the protein I get, are small compare to other Chipotle.
Did mobile pickup, they finished it 15 minutes late with no line, put practically no cheese on the quesadillas we ordered, there was a spill with a hazard sign and no one cleaning it up for the 20 minutes we were there.

I have been a loyal customer for over five years, dining at Chipotle twice a day, every day. Throughout this time, I’ve consistently requested extra rice with my order, and it has never been an issue—until today, when I was suddenly informed that I would have to pay extra for it. This change, presented without prior notice, was both surprising and frustrating. As someone who has supported your business for years—through price increases, long lines, and even a few disappointing moments (including receiving rotten food on more than one occasion, which I chose not to report out of respect for the kind and welcoming staff)—I feel this new charge reflects a shift in values that does not align with the customer experience I’ve come to appreciate at Chipotle. I understand the need for policy changes, but I also believe in transparency and consistency, especially for your most loyal patrons. Had I been informed in advance or seen clear signage, this might have felt more understandable. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden for a request that has always been part of my usual order. I hope Chipotle will reconsider how it communicates policy changes to regular customers and perhaps reevaluate whether charging for a scoop of rice is worth potentially alienating loyal guests. I need to write a review about my experience today. The store has become very dirty over the last three months (to the point where it's unappetizing to eat there). All the food being served is strewn around the vegetables and meats. The pickup service is lacking .. there’s never anyone around, and they are not friendly. they also forgot to include corn and other ingredients in my burrito. This will be the last time I purchase from there.
This is the worst run chipotle location. Staff does not want to be there, customer service is off the charts bad. I ordered the carne asada and was told it would be a 6 min wait and it was close to 18 mins. After the wait, I asked to just give me barbacoa instead, and all i got was attitude. Once at the cash register, there was nothing to the effect - "sorrry for the delay." My experience has been that they always run out of protein ( chicken, barbacoa, etc.) Seems like they do not plan for what they need to replenish.
On my recent visits, the store ran out of 'non' cilantro rice. When I complained how they seem to be out so often, the workers tried to tell me that the white rice IS the 'non cilantro' rice. While it is true that the white rice has less, it IS NOT without cilantro, and it only takes one speck of cilantro to ruin the taste for those who dislike cilantro's soapy taste.. They then tried to tell me to replace rice with lettuce, etc..., but all they had to say was, 'we're sorry, we will try better nxt time', instead of trying to change my taste! Why would it be so difficult to have extra plain rice? You can always put cilantro in when needed, but you can't take cilantro out! If you are not gonna cater to non cilantro lover, that's fine. Don't have it, period! But don't have it inconsistently!
The staff seems to be very rude and they don’t care. I had a online offer which I wanted to avail and I wanted to buy something which I ordered online. The staff never explained what would be the right way to order and in the process, I could not get what I wanted. The staff was rude enough to trash the food rather explaining and take care of the customer. This is after I making a purchase, it felt like a bait and switch process by chipotle . What I’m trying to get at is somebody has not done a good job of training these people on how to do the right customer service or make the right decision for the right moment. It just shows how miserable the staff is and also tells the manager is not handling the staff well. It’s not about just a free bag of chips. It’s about was the right thing to do, even though the cashier saw that I had the offer on my app. Went ahead trade the guacamole and chips .instead of understanding the confusion which led to it . Why would you trash food , when people in the world are going hungry . just feel sorry for the people working there and their frustrations.
Most disorganized Chipotle location. Times when it’s not even busy, they’re always running behind. Manager clearly needs to do a better job
WORST SERVICE CHIPOTLE EVER! I ordered a bowl and chips. The server tossed the bowl on the cashier counter and the lettuce spilled. What the attitude! After I paid, The big guy cashier just gave me the receipt then left the counter, didn’t give me the chips. I had stand there for couple of minutes, then he came back and ignored me, started to serve next customer. I asked him that he didn’t give me the chips. He impatiently handed me the chips, then smiled to the next customer. Why? Maybe I’m Asian, next person is white? Or the owner doesn’t even train their employees.
One of the worker's was disrespectful. I had ordered 2 bows, wanted some extras and immediately said "speak to my manager" in a disrespectful tone. Would not come here again, 0/10 would not recommend. They started charging anything over 3 scoops.
This used to be my preferred location. Recently there has been a decline in service. Before the location was relatively clean and the service was good. Now the dinning room is constantly messy with dirty tables and no where to sit. I enjoy the soda alternatives they offer however I’ve gone many times and the bubblers are empty. The day I went the same person doing the to go orders was also the cashier. It seems that management needs to do a better job scheduling or hire a few more people. The workers are stretched thin and it is affecting the restaurant.
This has to be the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. Ordered online ahead of time to give myself time to pick up and for them to make my food the correct way. Seems to me they are either disgruntled or impatient because this was rushed and minimally portioned they call this a quesadilla???? It’s tiny has, no cheese and stuck to the bottom of the cardboard carrier because of how burnt it is. Year later no response how unprofessional
I am fairly new to this place and been coming here for my son who fell in love. I never had any issues until yesterday New Years day. I worked so decided a quick dinner from here would be easier. The young lady that helped me was so sweet and friendly. I am not sure if her name is Cynthia because there was another lady that rang me up but the receipt said Host Cynthia. Anyway I got home share the food got into some comfy clothes and not long after my son came out same the rice sucks. Me thinking he was being dramatic decided to check and to my surprise he wasn't overacting. The rice was hard. Now coming from an island where rice is our base for a dish I know uncooked rice. I was so tired 😫 from the day I decided to try and cook the rice at home. He ended up not wanting the food. My husband on the other hand refused to eat it. Say I do not eat hard rice. It bothered me a lot because $40 don't come easily. Sorry for rambling.

I get there at 9:18 PM meaning there is still almost an hour until closing however, when I got there, they told me that whatever was left in the containers is the only food that they have and they will not make more. I get you guys wanna leave early but if you guys close at 10 you guys should have enough food till 10. there was not enough chicken and that is the only protein that i get meaning i wasted my time coming here.
