It brought back sweet memories of living in Doral, shopping with my kids, and indulging in delicious meals. I enjoyed the SkinnyLicious Pasta with Chicken while my guest had the Thai Chicken Salad, both delicious and fresh. The restaurant was packed (Sunday rush!), but the service was attentive, and the vibe was inviting. This location is beautiful and spacious. And yes….. I had my favorite Oreo cheesecake! From caramel to strawberry, I’ve loved them all, but Oreo always wins my heart. To my friends and clients who miss The Cheesecake Factory around the world, this one brought it all back. The Cheesecake Factory started in Beverly Hills in 1978 as a cheesecake shop. Since then it has grown into a multi-million dollar restaurant chain that has hundreds of locations across the USA. The food is always amazing and the atmosphere is a fun family environment mixed with fine dining. The Cheesecake Factory in Dolphin Mall is no different than the rest. The food was great and the service was just perfect. Definitely a place to visit

What a lovely experience, we usually sit inside but it was a longer wait time so we chose to be outdoors. The only request is for more fans, they have some but since we were sitting next to the exit we didn't feel it. We were with good company, being with our family and good food, we ate the cheeseburger spring rolls and the crab wontons with a milkshake. The heat was expected in Miami, and we even had a mini dance floor where our kids were enjoying the live music at the mall. Overall entertaining and delicious.

Menu has a wide variety of options to please everyone. You can’t go wrong with the avocado eggrolls and any pasta dish! Make sure to leave room for dessert. Our favorite is the Godiva chocolate cheesecake.

We decided to go to Cheesecake Factory in dolphin mall and I’m glad we did. We’ve gone before and have always had ok service but this time we have such great service, I had to share. For some reason the food was better than usual, we got the factory nachos 8/10, the crab dip was like a 5/10 I wouldn’t get it again, the chicken salad sandwich was really tasty. I’ve never ordered a sandwich here and this one was nice and light 7.5/10. It does have celery which I don’t like but overall it’s a good sandwich, and last we got the Korean BBQ chicken, these were a 9/10. They were not deep fried but seemed more pan fried which I’m glad they were. The sauce was so good a little sweet a little spicy, they had a slight crisp to them and they were not salty! I can’t wait to get it again. The kimchi was too spicy for me, I wouldn’t get that again but it wasn’t bad just way too spicy. Now our sever Jonathan, was great! He never forgot about us, would come and check on us every so often and not in an annoying way, made sure we got our food on time, got our kids refills idk how many times and never seemed annoyed. The best part was that we never had to chase him down and never felt like we were annoying him with our questions. When we go back, we are definitely requesting to sit on his section. If I can give him specifically 5 stars I definitely would!

This is always a great and safe option. We were lucky to get here on happy hour and there was a booth readily available. The service was excellent, as usual. The menu is long enough so everyone will find something suitable. All went well from start to finish.

My husband and I had a great experience at cheesecake factory. The prices were fair for the most part. The environment and decor was amazing and the music selection was also great. Sitting outside was so nice, I highly recommend it. The pasta DaVinci was very good choice and the bread was so so good. Our waitress was so kind and everything came out rather quick. will be coming back for sure !

As a tourist, it's hard not to use conversion rates when traveling. It hurt my heart to pay USD $8 for a Heineken when it costs half that at home. Our table was cozy, but the restaurant itself was busy. Jennifer, our waitress was friendly and efficient. Our bill was USD $65 and the food was okay. We had a cobb salad, a Cuban sandwich, a Heineken, and a Long Island Iced Tea.

We got to the front and I gave them my name and the hostess greeted me she was very friendly and she asked for to wait until called.The wait time was within 7 minutes and we were seated. Within a few minutes our server was greetings me and asking for our drink order. I got a beer and a strawberry Margarita a few minutes later I ordered a lettuce wrap and it is extremely tasty and delicious. For the main we got a smoke house bacon burger with fries and a grill salmon with mash potatoes very bite was a tasty and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal we will be back for seconds.

This Cheesecake Factory transports you back to the golden age of the 2000s my god the music was PERFECT the food came out so fast and sooo so good. The portions were insane. I got the lunch sized Shepard pie and still had a dinner portion left after i was done. Our server was an absolute sweetie pie and so nice and accommodating to us. The bread was warm. This is everything i want in a Cheesecake Factory and more. I even sent Cheesecake Factory a voice memo on instagram afterwards to tell them how stellar they are.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for enjoying a good meal in a modern and lively atmosphere. It's always packed with people, which gives it a lot of life and energy. The atmosphere is great, and the food, although average in portions, is quite good. One of the restaurant's great classics is their black bread, which is simply delicious. The cheesecakes are also truly tempting, with a variety that ensures there's always something new to try. The service is exceptional; during our visit, there was a minor issue with one dish, but they resolved it immediately, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Being located in a shopping center, there's a constant flow of people, which adds to the vibrancy of the place. In short, this is a restaurant we will always return to. Highly recommended!

Family dinner over the weekend. The place was busy but the waiting time was reasonable. Service was good, atmosphere is modern but the lighting was too dim for our liking. Food was good overall. Nice experience.

Located inside a mall, so it’s always busy, especially on weekend nights. The servers are usually young and inexperienced but they’re also fast. The food is delicious, great-sized portions. Both take out and dine in are recommended. For take out, make sure you order ahead of time or you’ll be impatient waiting.

Very good staff service, very busy but good atmosphere and clean. I would recommend cleaning the restrooms more frequently when busy. The arrived fast, hot and tasty. The restaurant is adjacent to a very nice large mall with all types of outlets, other shopping, entertainment and other restaurants.

Most people may think this is a place for cheesecake only and this is not completely true. For many years I have lived in Miami and never thought about eating here until my daughter insisted. In fact, I follow a keto diet, buy yes the place is completely fine. They are plenty of choices. You may want to have a coffee time with friends, dinner with family, or simply a birthday celebration. All these options are available. I had an awesome family time while enjoyed a glass of wine, a rib-eye steak, mashed potato, green beans, and a delicious salad. I kind of disappointed since I reject the server recommendation for a special salad to ask for the only one saying mixed-greens and they brought me Romaine, not my favorite, but still good. The dressing was amazing, peanut butter. I had never tried before, but definitely great. The prices was a little too high considering some other good restaurants in the area. Overall I had a good experience.

Nice place with the BEST cheesecakes variety I have ever seen. Very complete menu with lot of different options. The portions are huge so it is recommended to share. The staff is very kind but sometimes you need to wait so long to be served.

Good food and drinks after walking around shopping. We had fried zucchini, salad, steak and fries. And a peach bellini.

A fun, relaxed place to grab a tasty bite. The Dolphin Mall location is quite busy even at 2pm when we visited. We were seated promptly and the wait staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. It is a busy establishment do there can be a bit of a wait time but everything we ordered was tasty and well presented. The servings were large and appealing. The menu is extensive and there is truly something for everyone. I will say they also listed calorie counts and have a lunch menu and a skinny menu which was quite helpful. A nice dining experience. Definitely would recommend as an experience to have.

This is another great store for this very popular franchise with soooo many delicious sounding choices! We had the Chicken Pot Stickers and two Skinnylicious entrees, the Chicken Pasta and Sesame Ginger Chicken. Both were huge portions but could've used a little more protein (chicken). There's an option to order extra meat on your entrees, which is what I'd recommend. Maybe specify to your server to bring out the entree individually as soon as each one is prepared( or mention it to the food runner) or your entree may not come out hot, especially if they're busy (which they often are as this is a high volume restaurant). I can appreciate how challenging the timing is of getting so many entrees out on time for each table. I admire their ability to do this. That being said, there may be a long wait time to get your order. Food taste/quality/presentation is a great value for the price paid, and the vibe here is elegant, romantic, yet fun as most Cheesecake Factory locations are. Mojito was one of the best I've had recently. Our server, Gaby, was a sweetie and very helpful. Definitely recommend it. Just be prepared for possible long wait times, especially on busy nights.

I met a friend here for lunch. We were quickly greeted when we arrived and seated right away. Our waiter, Juan was quick to take our drink order and kept checking on us and gave us all the time we needed to look over the many menu choices. The inside was big and open with a lot of comfortable booth seating. The atmosphere was comfortable, and music was not loud so it was easy for conversation. They had a large selection of food choices and they had a lunch menu; we ordered the chicken piccata, shepherds pie and we had a chocolate tuxedo cream cheesecake. The food was good and the cheesecake was amazing. Lunch I thought was expensive, but it was a good experience and a great place to meet a friend for lunch. The restaurant is located in the front of the mall. We came in the afternoon during the week, so Parking for us was easy. But most of the time you will probably will have to park and walk a distance because it is a very large and busy mall.

I personally recommend trying appetizers such as New Orleans-style shrimp, ricotta bruschetta, and avocado bruschetta instead of focusing solely on the cheesecakes, which are noted for high calorie content (1500 cal for one US portion, but so generous that with one portion you can share amongst 4 European to say the least). Food made from scratch, and consistent quality. Food is good and filling without being exceptional. The location is at the Dolphin Mall, convenient for shopping or waiting near Miami International Airport. The restaurant operates daily with extended hours on weekends (typically 10:00 AM to 10:00/11:00 PM). Excellent pick-up point for Uber. Good and reliable.

The hamburger and sandwich were really delicious. But waiting in line for 15 minutes and then 55 minutes for the food to be prepared was really frustrating. 😳

The brocolli was too big. How is brocolli bigger than the steak. The steak needed a sauce but it was good. I was surprised there were only buffalo wings as an option for wings but again still good. Loved the truffle fries and the garlic dip

The food didn’t have salt and the service at night time on 5/5 wasn’t great either. I had to walk up to the bar to ask for my drinks that were just sitting there for a while. All of the food kept taking forever and we had to keep asking the waiter for drinks. You would think it’s because of how busy they were, but it wasn’t packed or anything. Hopefully they do better next time because I did go a few months ago and the service was a lot better.

Arrived for a quick bite with my family. Received wrong temperature in my order and my well done burger was literally pink raw inside. Served was extremely caring and fast paced however kitchen might need some re training on how well done burger are done. I was charged full amount and no one but the server apologized. Again thank you server Pablo M for being so wonderful, it’s unfortunate the rest of the team is not up to par. my wife food was cold by the time they made my other burger and I rushed eating leading to not enjoying it from how much I wanted to leave after having the poor experience we had.

I ordered two orders of garlic shrimp pasta for Valentines Day. They did not put any of the garlic sauce on the order, so it was dry pasta and dry shrimp and tasteless. I'm very disappointed. I've always loved their garlic sauce. That's why I order this meal without the sauce It's just not good at all.

We love The Cheesecake Factory, but at this location, we found an indeterminate piece of chicken—was it skin? Eating something delicious and then suddenly tasting this is unpleasant. They should be more careful; it seems they have a problem with their chicken. We also ordered spaghetti with shrimp and chicken, even though we only ordered shrimp, but you can't choose; you have to order it with chicken. And the chicken pieces weren't as well-cooked as usual. They should have seafood options on the menu instead of always forcing them to be paired with chicken.

Our starter was good, but the main dish was too sweet. The cocktail was decent, but nothing special. Service definitely needed improvement, even though the restaurant was not busy. Our server was mostly absent, and we had to wait a long time for both our drinks (around 20 minutes) and the food.

We usually enjoy Cheesecake Factory, but this visit was a bit underwhelming. I ordered the carbonara pasta, and honestly, it didn’t taste like a true carbonara at all. The flavor was kind of flat, and there wasn’t much bacon — which should be a key part of the dish. Service-wise, our server was polite and friendly, but we barely saw them during the meal. We had to flag them down just to get the bill, and overall it felt like we were being overlooked, even though the place wasn’t overly crowded. Still a decent spot for variety and big portions, but this visit just didn’t hit the mark for us.

Unfortunately either this Cheesecake Factory is an exception or chain has sunk really low. Almost empty restaurant and service was sooo slow. Food was otherwise just ok, but burger was burned, really burned. Waiter told that’s how it is supposed to be. Those are just grill marks. Funny how in my years of grilling I have never managed to get such marks and food had been fully cooked. And every time before the burger had been good, not burned. After a little bit of arguing they made another that was not burned. I really hope Cheesecake Factory can do better than this.

Very poor experience. We waited over an hour for our food and it never came. After such a long wait, we had no choice but to cancel our order. We were dining with small children who were starving and crying nonstop due to the excessive delay. To make matters worse, we brought our concern to the manager and not only was nothing done, but there wasn’t even an apology, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. A very disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

I cannot give zero stars. The food was the worst I have ever eaten at the mall. I came here because I haven’t been here in years as I told the waiter. Ordered the pasta scampi and the Fettuccine Alfredo was horrible. I didn’t want to return it because it’s a no do ever at a restaurant. For the price that they charged me , I didn’t complain because the waiter was so overworked. How can people still eat here ? We left hungry and leaving this review. Stay away from this place for the love of FOOD!!! I have a video, but can’t post it :(

Our waitress was very nice and attentive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. We started with the fried cheese, which barely had any breading, and what was there was soggy. We then ordered the Chicken Bellagio to share, but the pasta had no salt at all, and the chicken also lacked seasoning. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, and we won’t be returning.

The reason for the one-star review has nothing to do with the service the server was amazing the food was okay atmosphere nice. My problem is you guys are figuring out the tip after taxes why should I pay gratuity on taxes you're supposed to figure it out before taxes. Cheesecake Factory corporate you should be ashamed of yourself you guys are Cheesecake Factory you're not some rinky-dink little business that's dying and you have to rip off customers to make ends meet. That is just not right. Misleading the public or misleading your customers thousands of customers at that. Figure out your suggested gratuity before taxes are added simple as that you know what you're doing. And it's very very wrong

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I went with friends for lunch, I had a cauliflower bowl because I’m vegetarian and gluten free. I asked the sever for a box to pack it because I was feeling bad and couldn’t eat and didn’t wanna bring it back. Now I’m trying to eat it and I find rest of somebody else’s food. STEAK. CHICKEN AND PASTA ON MY FOOD. Not even my friends at my table were having any of that. Very disappointed

I expected more from here considering the reviews weren’t bad... Seems like they might just be removing low star reviews. I would not come to this location again the hostess were ok.. I had to wait a few extra then I should have , considering they sat people who got there after before they even sat me . The server seemed uncomfortable and tired everytime i’d ask for something which was not obnoxiously often. The pasta was absolutely horrible after a few bites I felt like i had to throw up and gag not that it didnt taste good but it made me feel ill it made my boyfriend and I have an upset stomach the moment we left. I received better at the Dadeland Mall Location . Definitely won’t come here again.
