It hurts me to say this . Cause I’ve always came to this Popeyes however today 07/19/20 I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with fries & a strawberry beverage . My food was fresh however the service sucks . Waited forever like always no biggie . But need to teach workers better customer service. also my food was just thrown together all in one bag with no care . I hope you guys start too treat your customers more better .

Every time I go to this Popeyes is somebody here with a terrible attitude or my food is burnt . I decided to take my kids to Popeyes today and my son went into Popeyes to order some food and he said He couldn’t even order his food because of a rude cashier *light skinned girl with green eyes … so I went in to order food for my kids, and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me BEING a front counter cashier, You shouldn’t have a problem with anyone you should be working on trying to become a manager or getting A better job position instead, you choose to work in a restaurant where you have a nasty attitude with people and deal with people food. This is the nastiest location Popeyes that I have ever been to and they need to do better. I stay down the street from them and I always come to this Popeyes is no reason why I should be coming to Popeye spending over $50 And I don’t get excellent service.👌🏾👌🏾⏰

Great food, rude, bad attitudes from employees. They don’t want to be here and it obvious. I never have seen the napkins, salt and pepper condiments stocked at the counters. It’s like a third world country. Note to the bad attitude employees - quite, I’m paying you, you’re not paying me to order.

It pains me to say this, I bought a 5 pieces combo only to get 3 and the fries is cold and I called and called no one answered. It’s a disgrace and a shame since i have been craving Popeyes. Sadly I won’t go back there anymore.

Google, please add a "0" star and thanks. There's a saying BS over and over, the joke's on you. It's on me. This is absolutely the worse location. Dont bother to click their link as it is a scam. When you call, no apology, no replacement. But today was the nastiest the food has been. Pictures are worth a thousand word. The leg was smaller than the wing. The wing was so old it was black throughout. The slaw was spoiled. See for yourself!

They find it funny everytime I place an order through door dash to make sure something is missing. The previous time I ordered they didn’t include my $5 coleslaw I paid for and I let it slide. This time order 3 meals and and receive sides for only 2 of the meals. I asked for sauces and utensils didn’t get those and not even a napkin I got in that bag. I don’t see why they have to treat delivery orders as if we aren’t customers! just because we are not face to face doesn’t mean it’s okay to just throw what you feel like throwing in the bag and leaving out what was paid for.

The Jamaican female night shift manager has a terrible attitude. We overheard her cursing and yelling at the other workers. Then when we came inside a girl at the register named “Jasmine” said “is Popeyes really that important”. The workers here have terrible attitudes and don’t want to work. They make many inappropriate comments in front of customers.

They messed up my girlfriend order which was supposed to be a 6 pc lemon pepper wings and instead they gave her 6 pc ghost pepper and when we tried to switch it out they told us they had no more chicken and as I’m eating my food my Mac cheese not even cheesy half way done and instead giving me my large Mac in a large container like they supposed to they put it in 3 small biscuit containers and the dr pepper was very watered down I had to throw it out the window yall need new employees asap

I placed my order on the app, and I would call and say, "Can I get my food fresh?" But when I got it , it was cold , everything in the bag , then it was no fork for me to used , and no sauce neither , then the meat dont even look done , the heath inspector needs to come and check that place , no customer service, have a business , that cant even be run properly

Went to pick up an order but did not receive the food that is clearly packed and ready to go! Was told the store is closed (they didn’t want to open the door to give me the customers order). I feel like they make the orders and take them home at a certain time…..This is not the first time!

The quality if Popeyes who once provided a great option for a good fried chicken at a fast food chain. Beside the messed up order we ordered 4 pieces and got 3 the size looked as if it was fried pigeons....tiney....tiny.... coated....dry and tasteless. Such a disappointment. Als9 called the store 7 times till they took phone off the hook and never took our call. Stay away from this location Americans are already forced to accept bad customer service and have to tip for it the least we can is make a stand on the poor quality of food !!! BTW in the pic the piece I am holding is supposed to be a WING !!! A wing from what creature????
