Came to Gaucho Grill in Buena Park to celebrate my friend’s birthday back in November and had an amazing experience. The portions were generous, the vibe was on point, and the drinks were excellent. My girlfriend and I ordered the Half Parrillada, and it was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Our server Celine did an outstanding job and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I told her I’d leave a great review and I didn’t forget! This place left a lasting impression, and we’ll definitely be coming back for years to come. Highly recommend!

The food is amazing. The service is always great. They have a lot of meats and also have wines and other foods you can buy. Sandwiches-De-miga which are fluffy and delicious. The have Yerba Mate, Alfajores, cookies, and other things to buy.

This is a great place to have a nice lunch or dinner. The food is so fresh and delicious. I love their glass kitchen where you can see them cook your steaks. I usually stop by to pick up fresh meats to take home and cook. I also love their chimichurri jars, desserts, and empanadas. Whenever you don't want to sit down and eat, you can shop for everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home. Great services, bar, and atmosphere.

Great Starbucks location in Buena Park! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make drinks just the way you like them. The place is clean, has a nice atmosphere, and is a comfortable spot to sit and relax or get some work done. Service is quick even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better Starbucks around.

Stopped by the Starbucks in Buena Park and tried their iced coffee—pretty sure it was the Horchata flavor—and wow, it was exactly what I needed! The drink was smooth, refreshing, and had just the right kick to energize my day. Best part? I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (he's 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I use to work at Starbucks so I know how hard they work.

As soon as I walked in I get "Good morning ", "Hello", "Hi." I could not tell how many employees I was getting greetings from. I was too busy saying hi back. I wasn't in a good mood until that moment. It made this Kiwi Starfruit that much sweeter! Thank you ladies.

Great atmosphere and staff. They definitely take care of you. Food was decent not over the top but delicious. Only negatives are drinks are very expensive and the Tiramisu was frozen and hard to eat.

Service was great and a nice clean location. Food was great with a few exceptions: one steak was over cooked, their veggie side was mostly potatoes (even though they have a potato side which is almost identical), and the flan tasted like Denny's scrambled eggs.

10/10/25 We came back because we loved our first experience. We chose the same night, Friday night. The only difference is we're coming about an hr or so later. Oh boy, later is a whole different experience. They asked us what we'd like to drink. I ordered the Madala reposado with a large ice cube. My man ordered an Elijah Craig neat. She walked away and spoke to the gentleman bartender. He began flipping through his book. He came over to us and asked my bf what he ordered. He repeated his order, then he asked me the same thing. I repeated my order. He walked away and looked up to all the whiskeys and couldn't seem to find it. My bf pointed out the bottle and said " it's right there on the corner. " So even though they found it, we didn't get served right away. It took about another 7-10 min before we received our first drinks. Food is always delicious, thank goodness. My bf chose the salmon again, which this time was a bit over cooked, but still tasted good. I chose the shrimp tortellini. That was very delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋. I will definitely order again. The atmosphere was alive. There were a lot of people this Friday night, as apposed to the first time around. Ok so it's time to pay... My bf paid with$200 dollar bills. We sat there for at least 10 min and the bar tender said I'll be right with you. We then asked a woman who came around asking everyone if all was ok. She took the money and said,"I'll have to see if we have change for $200 (bills). She went to the meat market section and never came back. 30 min later, I see that same woman handing out food to different tables. I said"hey we have to go, where's our change??!!" Then we see her with our money, going around to all the waitress and waiters asking then for change. We were so shocked that they didn't have change for $200 in the entire restaurant. 😱😱😱. We said all we need is $30 back and we're good. That all we need. You can figure the rest out later, but we gotta go. We love the food and the atmosphere, but we'll definitely go at an earlier hr. And we'll pay with a credit card for a better experience. 👍 ______________________________ We found this place by chance, but boy.... What a place!! Diamond in the rough for sure. Cool vibe. Everyone is professional and friendly. You can purchase your meat from the deli or sit and enjoy an elegant dinner. I had the Evita salad it was very 😋😋 but... I probably will be having the salmon on our next trip. My BF had that and it was very delicious. I had a shot of the Mandala Tequila Reposado and omgosh...silky smooth and delicious 😋🤤. The only negative things I can say is that half way through our dinner a man came in with his big dog and sat near us. Don't get me wrong I don't mind eating at pet friendly locations, however this location is pretty fancy and indoors. I prefer to keep the feel as elegant as possible. Just saying.... That was a womp womp moment that killed.... Killed the vibe. But ...... We will be back!

This restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the servers were really great as well. The food had its ups and downs unfortunately though. First the empanadas were great I would definitely recommend those every time you go and I also enjoys the drinks. I was not a very big fan of the side option they did not give that much variety and it was pretty much how do you want you potatoes to be or how do you want your veggies. Getting the tomahawk steak which I would say is the most popular item. I wouldn't say I was that greatly impressed fist steak we got was cook well and we asked for M-rare and second steak was pretty rare but we took that one. I did feel that the steak looks large but did have a good amount of fat which didn't give a lot of meat for a plate that is presented as a dinner for two. Once again great service they got us 2 free drinks for the mistake on steaks temp level. I would give this place 5 ⭐ if the menu improved some. Don't know if I would return, but a decent experience.

Have visited twice now and unfortunately haven’t had a great experience either time — but the second visit was especially disappointing. Our server never checked in on us, and it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than a guest. Basic things like water, napkins, a straw, and even salt and pepper were completely missing from the table. The first time we came, the food was excellent, which made the poor service easier to overlook. But on the second visit, not only was the service worse, but the food was also a letdown — dry and noticeably smaller portions. Really hoping this was just an off day, but we left feeling disappointed.

This review and rating is due to the service we received at the restaurant. Had Christina as our server. The first 20 minutes started off well. She was attentive to our needs and was present. Then something happened. For the last 3/4 of our dinner, our server was nowhere to be found. Two different times I had to wave down a busboy in order to get service. We sat for 30 minutes with empty plates and empty drinks and didn't see her. We ordered an additional side, which she forgot and I had to flag down a busboy to remind and then suddenly our side was served. To top it all off when I ask for the check and put my card down, she stood there over me as I put in the tip. As if that was going to intimidate me into giving her more than she deserved. Honestly, I would have given her zero. But I did a 10% tip instead of my normal 20 to 25% because I know more than likely she shares the tips with the attendant busboys and cooks.. For the record, in our previous experiences at this restaurant we have generally gotten good service. This time was the exception and it was quite disappointing because I really like this restaurant.

Prices are too high. In the past, all the non vegie items were visible through the glass case. But now it is blocked by steel sheet. One may not know how good the stuff is going on the sandwich, especially tuna.

I work at Starbucks and I know that its not an easy job, but Im not sure why something always goes wrong when I go here. The first time I ever went to this location, I ordered at the drive-thru. I got a DCCF with no whip yes drizzle a VBF frappuccino no whip and 2 cake pops. They gave me a dccf with extra whip and no drizzle, my VBF frappuccino was okay but they completely forgot my cake pops. So I went inside to get them and they were asking me for my receipt, when the employee never gave me one after me requesting it. So some guy looked at me, made a face and said "I think I took her order at the drive thru, just give them to her". The second time I went was to get points for a Star Dash. I went inside for this transaction. I needed to buy a protein box, because we don't have those at my store, or else I would just get them there, when the employee asked if I wanted anything else and I said no, she started giving me attitude because I refused to purchase a drink.. Last night, I went to get 2 breakfast sandwhiches($3.75 each) a venti White Tea (2.95) and a lemon loaf ($2.95) at the drive-thru, she asks if I want my receipt, I say yes, and she disposed of it, I paid $16 and the employee didnt want to give me the loaf, and she started taking another order when I hadnt left the window yet and then she looks at me and I tell her she didnt give me my loaf and she goes into the front to talk to another employee for like 3 minutes and then she says nothing and gives me the loaf. Today was my 4th time there and the employee was nice and everything went smoothly, but there was something floating in my tea :( I got it out and it was a rubbery rocky substance.. the tea was still good though so it wasnt that bad

Barista who took my order was very nice and welcoming but the barista who was making the drinks and handing them threw a straw on the counter when I asked for one. He almost knocked over the tablet and I’m assuming who was annoyed or frustrated but the manner in which he “handed” the straw to me was uncalled for. Absolutely terrible… this is $165 wagyu tomahawk and they messed up. Ordered medium rare but I got cold meat. Also ordered prime picanha. One piece was medium rare and the other piece was well-done. Don’t waste your money here

I order my coffee from here everyday because it’s closest to work. It’s been weekly that they mess up my order at least twice a week. I always order ahead because I need to get to work. I have arrived and someone else has taken my coffee or the order is wrong. When I let the employees know they get upset and make my coffee with an attitude. I will no longer be coming to this location after today. I rather drive a bit out of my way to order from a different location

Absolutely, terrible customer service. On May 8, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., I ordered hazelnut shaken expresso, and the male who was at the window kept saying I ordered regular. I didn't even know regular exists for me to even mention it. Both the hispanic male and hispanic female took back the drink once I had tasted the drink and found out it had zero hazelnut and heavy ice. They both broke starbucks' policy for them to take back a drink that we had already tasted. I will contact a lawyer about this. * In addition, the hispanic male acted a bit nicer than the hispanic female by remaking the drink. However, the hispanic female wanted to charge us for their mistake. She said, " You have to give us back the drink, or we are going to charge you for that." She doesn't know I am actually sick 🤧 and she took back the drink. What happened to the good employers just a few years ago???

Very rude people who work here. No greetings. No acknowledging the customer properly. It's shocking to see the lack of effort here at this Starbucks. The owner should be more careful who they hire here. I'll never come here again! The simplest of things is to greet and be polite, but not here. It looked like their mad and not happy to be there. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my mom received at this Starbucks location. My mom does not speak fluent English, and unfortunately, she left the store unaware of the blatant act of racial ridicule directed at her. The barista printed “Daiso” as her name on the cup. Her real name is in no way similar to Daiso, which is clearly an “Asian” company name. This act was not a simple mistake but rather a clear mockery of her ethnicity, and it is completely unacceptable. Starbucks is supposed to stand for inclusion and respect, but this experience was the exact opposite. I hope Starbucks takes immediate steps to train its staff on cultural sensitivity to ensure no one else has to experience this kind of disrespect. This behavior is far below the standard I expect from such a reputable company.

I waited a long time and its normal i get it. But not when my order was confused with a different one and i almost got charged 3xs more. And to know my order was not pushed thru… ? (One simple Iced lavender cream matcha). After waiting soo long, I wanted a straw, no straw . And the lid on the cup cheap..and flimsy it came off after my second sip spilled all over my shirt.. starbucks are messing up…. Not going there anymore…

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel and extra whip, but instead I got a plain caramel frappe which had very less caramel and very light sweetness. This was the second time I ordered it and got the same caramel frappe. I did not like it.
