I been coming here for a few months and this place always impresses me, It is literally perfect. The people are very nice and chill, the orders r always correct and given out quickly, the vibe of the place is just cozy and relaxing. 100% recommend, best Starbucks I've ever been at.
I went there in the morning on 9/28/2025. THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY. There was a VILE HUMAN throwing a fit about his order. He was relentlessly loud and extremely rude. He even threw his food on the counter at the manager who was trying to correct his issue. I gave a 5 star rating because the staff kept their composure and handled this monster with grace and respect even though he didn't deserve it. KUDOS TO THE STAFF and hope this review reaches them. ❤️
I go here way more often than I’d like to admit, and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. Everyone I’ve encountered has always been kind, friendly and just absolutely wonderful. Brady, Nick, AJ, Floydd, Katherine and literally everyone else. I appreciate y’all. Thank you :)
This location is on my top 3 favorite Starbucks locations. My coffee ALWAYS comes out exactly the way as it should. Consistency is key! If you ever have an issue with your drink here, I would highly recommend having Kai, the Barista, make it. Overall, I am over happy customer. Keep up the great work baristas.
It's Starbucks. Nice location for me about a mile and a half from the pad. Plenty of seating. Cushy chairs and bar stools and tables. Today was a quiet day, which means minimal waiting for your beverage. Plenty of outdoor seating. Very nice employees. I love reading at this location. My new(old) fave is doppio espresso!! I've been coming here for a while now, the entire staff is very friendly. The managers Keli and Jess are great! All of the people that work here are some of the nicest people. It's like a family atmosphere here for me. I feel like I'm at home here and everyone that works here are part of my family. I enjoy coming here and reading. I get some great ideas for stories just experiencing people here. :-)
Consistency of drinks is lacking. The temperature of my cappuccino was WAY too hot. Their cold brews often taste spoiled so I quit buying them. I go to Starbucks because I know what I’m getting. Not for it being a stellar coffee but the quality control lacks so much, I no longer know what I’m getting at this location even when ordering the same drinks.
The cashier was nice, only thing is they were out of the topping for my drink ( chocolate mint) yet they didn't inform me of that when I ordered so I felt cheated out of what I expected. As a courtesy they should let customers know ahead of time when they are out of something so the customer to decide on something else.
The atmosphere is so loud and hypersensitizing. I toon a book and 10minutes later i goy my coffee and left feeling overwhelmed Most coffee shops are warm inviting and have a vibe that allows clients to enjoy a coffee calmly or with friends but this location gives off the vibe of please get your coffee and leave which perhaps that’s the brand identity? I’ll need to look it up great service tho 😊
Very dirty inside and there was only three customers including myself inside. It was hard to find a chair and table that did not need need to be wiped down. The music was way too loud when I first came in but someone must have realized this as they turned it down after a few minutes. Ordering a Trente iced coffee with heavy cream and stevia in it. My coffee was good and hit the spot on this blazing June afternoon. This Starbucks could be a really nice one with a little attention to detail, like cleaning and disinfecting the tables and chairs after customers depart.
The baristas decided to close the store 45 minutes early cause they felt like it, and were very rude shouting at multiple customers walking up to enter, the barista blocked and yelled from the doorway. Absolute worst way to go about this. How unprofessional. He worse glasses and had black curly hair, didn't get to see their name.
Never been to this particular location but was driving in that area so I stop for my usual. IT WAS HORRIBLE. It tasted liked someone put vodka in my coffee... which on a Saturday night might be perfect for some people but I dont drink. Its goes against my spiritual beliefs. I know starbucks doesn't sell alcohol so that couldn't be possible. I stirred it up trying to mix it better and took another drink....vodka coffee. So I went to another establishment and tried to explained to them the best I could. And explained that i didn't feel comfortable drinking it because of the strong taste of liquor. They were extremely helpful and remade it for me without hesitation. But also informed me that coffee does spoil and when it does it can have a liquor taste. So that made me feel a bit better that it was just spoiled coffee and not alcohol that I had put in my body but paying 10 dollars for spoiled coffee is not something I would expect from starbucks. And I will be calling corporate.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered an americano with heavy cream, but the employee at the window didn't confirm my order or inform me of the total. Upon arriving home 20 minutes away, I discovered that my drink contained vanilla sweet cream, a $1.25 up charge I did not request. When I contacted the store, I was told to return in person for any resolution. This was especially inconvenient since their order screen was reportedly malfunctioning, preventing me from correcting the error at the drive-thru. I ended up discarding the drink due to dietary restrictions. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received.
Colleen the front cashier possess very poor customer service skills. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet just “what can I get you?!”. Colleen if you’re reading this SMILE and be nice, it’s free to be polite!
Marissa or Margaret didnt have enough for a big bill, didnt want to go to the other registers to make the payment. She was lazy & didnt want to do her job for 4small items cayse she didnt want to recount the money. Didnt want to give us her name nor write it down. This is what I got from her. This was ridiculous that she didnt want to go to another registers & get money from there.
My coffee was gritty so I take it back. The coffee gets replaced but it was so cold and very watered down. I also ordered a white chocolate mocha & it was also very disgusting!!! Needless to say, it was very disappointing to pay for coffee & not get to enjoy it! By the looks of it this Starbucks has many bad reviews…
