More then 20 types of omelette 🥚(tortilla). We had “tortilla normal”, “bacalao (cod)” and “morcilla” - delicious 😋 each. Breakfast “tortilla + cafe/tea” 2,9€. Cafe ☕️ was not very good, but omelette tasty! Attentive waiters 👩🏻‍🍳

If you want to eat the best tortillas in Burgos, you have to come to this place; the tortillas are spectacular. You can also order them in advance or just have a pincho (small portion). We tried the chicken tortilla with aioli (my favorite), the cured beef tortilla, and the "paisana," which is made with vegetables. Photos attached.

A wonderful place with new management, serving the best and most varied tortillas in Burgos. Don't miss the cod, squid in its ink, ham and tomato, or chicken with aioli tortillas—a truly wonderful world! A tapa and coffee are €2.50, and the portion is very generous. You have to go! It's a must-visit for potato tortilla lovers!

Cafetería en Gamonal. Tiene unas tortillas buenísimas y variadas. El local suele estar abarrotado por lo que es complicado encontrar mesa y las camareras están muy ocupadas. Sin duda la comida es buena pero no es un sitio tranquilo. Recomendable igualmente.

I quite liked the stuffed tortillas at this place; I loved that they were slightly runny, something I miss at another well-known stuffed tortilla shop in the area. However, they were a bit underfilled, and the fillings lacked flavor. For example, the cured beef tortilla had a subtle hint of cured beef, but it lacked intensity. You can order them to go.

This is a bar in the Gamonal neighborhood specializing in potato omelettes. Their cured meat omelette with goat cheese is on par with the best omelettes made in our country. Its price of €1.70 per serving is wonderful for those of us who love potato omelettes. If you like this typical Spanish dish, you have to visit this place in Burgos, even though it's a bit far from the center.

The tortillas were good, but the service was a bit poor. There was a queue to ask for because there was only one girl serving, and when we got to the bar, she told us she couldn't serve us because there were other people ahead of us who had just arrived. I'm sorry to say that the service in Burgos leaves much to be desired, and this is a perfect example. I don't recommend it!

I'm a regular customer and I give this rating with knowledge, not because I'm swayed by a whim or because the staff had a bad day. I go there a lot because the tortillas are delicious, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, not in terms of speed but in terms of customer service. I've almost always been served by a girl with colored hair, and I haven't gotten a smile from her in all this time. You don't know me, but I'm a polite and patient person. I understand they're always busy, but that doesn't excuse their manners. I don't understand why, after ordering a full breakfast, she gives you a dirty look for asking for a glass of water, or when you ask for your tortilla to be heated, she "reluctantly" leaves the bread that you'll later eat elsewhere, and glares at you. It's a shame that, despite liking the product so much, she's going to stop going. For me, that's a no.
