So not only is this the BEST McDonald’s in town, it is the GREATEST McDonald’s ever. They are so fast & efficient with superb quality every time. Quincy was excellent & when I asked him to get a specific toy for my daughter he went to the back and opened the box to get it. This restaurant goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you so much staff! :)

Went through the drive through around 7pm and the service was GREAT. I had 4 screaming children all asking for different happy meals, arguing over drinks and smacking each other for absolutely no good reason and through it all - the employee who took my order was very understanding and patient. I know my time ordering effects the rating of the location but I truly appreciate the patience these employees had tonight! 10/10 food was hot and fresh, drinks were not flat and they were very clean and wearing proper PPE during this pandemic; which can be very important to a lot of people during these hard times. They also greeted me properly at the com and were very happy to serve us. Thank you, Mcdonlads employees!

We did a spur of the moment McDonald's run tonight and we're pleasantly surprised by the sweet woman who brought my family our food, Essence. She was cheerful and did not have a problem running (guys she literally ran) back to grab the kids some ketchup. Thank you Essence!

It's McDonald's, what can I say?! Everyone already knows what to expect from Mickey D's. Some locations are better than others. This is a good location. Fast, and I usually don't get nasty, inedible fries from this location. Keep up the good work

Hi Kayley I believe her name was she came and brought us our food to our table she deserves to truly be recognized for how she was so sweet we had service with a smile very kind, polite, professional and sweet.... just so outstanding with the way she serves her customers THEEE BESST Customer Service I ever had she was accommodating very professional she went above and beyond like my iced coffe was not right and as i let her know she was just amazing at how she was very kind and said would you like me to remake it for you i said can you please im sorry she said smiling ill remake it for you no problem and when she came back she says if you like to make sure its ok?! and she let me taste it i said it's good she said you sure if i need to remake it i can its fine and i smiled said no its good thank you... i know it sounds like it took long not being fast paced or attending to other customers as she was attentive and accommodating to all her customers from what I seen... but, by the explanation of this feed back it really wasnt at all but a few min, so i just wanted to give deep details on her professionalism this is what customer service is about and should be service with a smile we all shared a laugh as well she deserves recognition for this excellent service as we were not having a great day to begin with to be honest and this truly was a human being who just turned our day around i told her she was very sweet and thank you... so, please let her know we truly appreciate the service she provided she reminded me of me at my first job, burger king (27 yrs ago) But, this truly was great service please let her know the customer with the iced coffee Delfina says thank you keep doing what your doing and great things will come her way and all that she does, does not go unnoticed, as it is noticed and we thank her so much, it helped so much we were the ones that had 2 tables 2 seperate orders me, my husband, 2 daughters and 2yr old grandson just fyi and my daughter even went up to her and thanked her as well... 100 stars if I could :)

I always have a decent experience here. I've been coming to this spot since 2014 and have never had a bad experience here. They have gotten my order wrong before, but that is excusable. They are usually very nice and eager to please. Not alot of compliments from this spot. There are other McDonald's I've been to and got the complete run around or simply bad attitudes. But have never had an issue here. As far as McDonald's go, I'd recommend this one above most others. Just a good dining experience every time.

Ordered through the app and they forgot one of the fries ordered. Part of using the app was so I didn't have to get out of the vehicle. There should be an option to report something wrong or missing while you are still there. Also, the fries I did get were limp and cold.

Food has become flavorless and smaller patties. The cups do not hold in the cold drinks condensation due to humid areas make them water downed and from store to store, no consistency on vending flavor, ie. Carbonation to syrup ratio. Ordering by person in the drive instead of by the menu area, specials are not given or opportunity to see any extra items on the menu.

They get it wrong a lot but honestly they've gotten a lot better than they were a year ago. The people are super friendly and depending on how busy it is, the food is fresh. Being one of the few fast food places to eat in a small town, they are often bomb barded with customers

Nobody customerd were there when we got there. We stood for over 5 minutes at the counter. The man working the window saw us, didn't say anything to anyone, or even address us. I walked over to the opposite end of the store and saw a woman, who ended up ringing us up, playing on her phone and not watching the front end for customers. The people who came in after us tried to use the kiosks to order theirs seeing we were waiting and they ended up having to get in line as well.

We ordered our food through the app and received it quickly. We then ordered ice cream through the app. I waited and when it didn't get delivered I went to the counter to check on it. It took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though several employees kept looking my way. When I received my order finally, the mcflurry was not mixed at all, and the employee that gave me the 2 cones and mcflurry barely even acknowledged me. He didn't even apologize for the wait or inconvenience. Bad service all around.

I think were all familiar with McDonalds at this point. If they can get your order right and the food hasn't been sitting out all day its actually pretty good. BUT this isn't always the case coming here is basically a gamble. Will it be hot? Will your order be correct? Will something seem off? Is this the best drunk food known to man? I cant answer those questions but role the dice and get some chicken nuggets!

They almost always mess up my order. The manager even argued with me one day made me pay for something I was missing while he was making it I found my receipt to show him he was wrong and he finally admitted and or realized he was incorrect. At that point i literally just drove off

Went through the drive thru ordered two twenty piece nuggets (wasn't asked what dipping sauce), chicken sandwich original meal, quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup meal, two large fries. Received one 20 piece, no sauce, no ketchup, the quarter pounder was not the deluxe and missing one of the fries. The young kid who brought the order out apologized, I asked him to correct the quarter pounder and bring the sauces and fries please. He was patient and did very well correcting the error. I sent my grandson in to get more sauces because 3 isn't enough for a 20 piece. I eat 10 and everyone else has some and my husband can eat a 220 piece on his own. They all want sauces. Our food was so cold by the time it was corrected and we got home. The nuggets were old and not crunchy.

What's to say, it's always consistent food at mcD's, I like their breakfast. Staff, not so consistent, some locations are good, some not so good. If you want a receipt don't use the kiosk, they generally don't work and staff frequently don't know how to help with that.

So, who gets the blame? I pay stupid money to order through DoorDash. (Yeah, that's on me) BUT this location is awful about getting the order right. Today my Dasher said they gave away my order and it had to be re-made. Of course, it was wrong... again. I guess I can't complain too much because I've had a Dasher keep my order before. Time to go back to the old fashioned do it myself thing... like at home.

The food was ok, it was a little cold when we got it. They did not put the ranch in the happy meals so I went to the counter to get some. I had 3 different employees look straight at me and make eye contact but never said anything to me. Then another one walk right past me and look at me, again not saying a single word. They were not busy. They were having personal conversations. They tried to hand me someone else’s food still with never saying anything. I told them it’s not mine and asked for ranch. They handed it to me, and still never said a word to me. Even as people, not just customer service, that is terrible.

Always have to wait at the front of the building for food ..... employees have no manners . Instead of asking you to please pull to the front of the building, they now say "just go to the front and we'll bring it out when its done"! Had to wait for 20 minutes for them to bring 4 sausage egg Mcmuffins out. 5 cars behind me got their food before I did! Turns out they handed it out to the wrong person so in their minds my order was taken. And the employees have no manners. When I pull to the speaker they say things like " what can i get you?" "Take your order" "Hi" "Hey" When I worked there it was " Welcome to McDonald's how may I help you today?" Truly pathetic since the Family that owns this one took over!

This is the second time I have went to this MD and the receipt has a blank space on it so you can't complete the survey. Twice they have done this I guess so they don't have to give you free second item. I will use the McDonalds on Alsbury from now on and stop spending my money at this location. And forget trying to call them. They refuse to answer the phone.

I went through the drive-through in order a big Mac meal and an extra big Mac. Upon arriving home, I had the mail with no extra big Mac, but was certainly charged for it. Highly recommend you check your order before driving away. I lost roughly 5 dollars on this trip to McDonald’s. Lesson learned

Went this morning trying to get breakfast bc it’s really the only option in the area, sat in line for literally 20 minutes and never even got to pay before I had to pull out of line to go to work. On 11/23/2025 I opted to use the drive thru this evening. It being a little of a large order they parked me which is not an issue. After a short wait they brought me my food. After a short look over of the food I realized we were missing portions of our order. I walked inside to have the mistake fixed. Talked with one store employee and let them know what was missing from my order. Without a word he just disappeared to the back. I assumed he went to correct the order, but after waiting 20min with no response and a line forming in the lobby someone from the line had to speak up and ask if they even had anyone running the frong register as not a single employee made any attempt to address the long line at the register. The individual didnt answer, but disappeared to the back again and 5 sec later came back with my missing items, handed them to me, and disappeared again into the back without helping the line at the register. I left after that so I am unsure if they were attended to or not. Not to mention the place looked as if it hasn't had a pick up in a little bit and workers just throwing waste product onto the ground.

I was disappointed in that the app shows this location opens at 4:30 but the store didn't open until 5. Then today it didn't open until 5:10 with computer problems. This location has never opened on time. Coffee is really strong and not indicative of the quality and flavor I'm accustomed to.

Would you like to play fast food roulette? Then this is the place for you! If you love opening your food bag to find different items then you asked for, this is definitely your McDonald's. Want Nuggets? Nope! You got a Quarter pounder! Want apple pie? They think you'll prefer blueberry instead! Hot or ice cold fries? It's a 50/50 chance! And you'll never know the wait time because even if you get just a coke they'll ask you to pull forward and bring your sprite out to you when they feel it's right! Love games of chance! This is definitely the place for you!

This place sucks. If you want decent (not great, but decent) service, go somewhere else. If you want what you ordered to be correct, go somewhere else. If you like getting your food shoved at you in the drive thru and your drink to spill all over you because the employee didn't secure the lid, this is the place for you.

I am not one to leave a bad review. I came through the line behind other cars at 11:20p.m. The ones in front was served. I was hanging out at your speaker for a good 10 minutes with other cars behind me. I decided to drive up to the window and seen a guy and he said closed behind the window. I understand if your tired and close early. But you can at least turn your lights off so then we can go somewhere else. You need to change your hours on your website to… Close when we want too instead of 12:00p.m.

Placed my order at the drive thru, had to correct employee twice, screen finally showed order correct so I pulled around. Verbally confirmed my order before I paid then paid. Got to 2nd window and my HOT McCafe Mocha was made COLD. Employee at window was upset I wouldn't take the wrong drink and leave. In a pissy mood they went to remake my drink and make it hot and promptly at least a third of the steamed milk missed the cup. I asked them to remake it correctly employee said okay then handed me the the incorrectly made drink after laughing about screwing up an easy drink order a 2nd time. At that point I asked for a manager who looked very stressed but clearly didn't care and I finally just asked for a refund. Never wasting my time here again. Lazy and incompetent.

Place is ridiculous. Ordered 4 water to get the kids started for the meal. I got charged 45. For a sauce packet, I asked why and she said because management said so. I don’t really care because it’s 45 cents it just doesn’t make any sense.

Honestly… I know McDonald’s isn’t the place to go for quality but at the very least you could count on the $2 mc-chickens and a very carbonated sprite! No longer. Several times now when I go JUST for those two things. The sandwhich is now almost $4 (inflation. Fine) but the drinks are over syrup-ed and NOT carbonated at all. And the large drink was $1 no long ago. Not anymore. Paid more than $4 for two drinks that were truly terrible. 😡

Almost always messes up the order, either by not giving you what you order or only for you to get your order that’s missing something, idk how many times I’ve order a med caramel frappe with extra caramel only to get it and it be a small with no extra caramel, but they still charged me. Or get home to eat only for the fries to be missing. But it’s every time you order from here. And this time the double 1/4 pounder was almost inedible. Just about threw up after eating it. It sucks because there’s two McDonald’s in Burleson and this is the one that usually is good but I guess nowadays they both have gone completely horrible

It doesn't matter which fast food place you hit up the food sucks, no one is happy there. Inconsistent quality of the food, definitely not fast food. You always get the "do you mind pulling forward for me" phrase, meaning it's going to take awhile. McDonald's use to be good like 15 years ago.

I asked them for a cup of Mac sauce, said they would give me it, charged me for it, and didn’t even give me one, they gave me my drinks and McFlurry then made me pull to the front of the store and I had to wait for about 20 minutes so my drinks were extremely watered down and my tea was warm, my McFlurry was also melted and the lid would not stay on. Terrible service, you really shouldn’t charge people for things and not give it to them after you say you will.

Had to use cashews machine. No one at register. Order very simple, but took about 20 minutes. Others walked in after and got a cashier and received order. Saw help putting hands, with out gloves, on everything. Highly recommend you stay away if you want quality, a unified, food/service.

Worst restaurant in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to the Alsbury location. At least you’ll get the order you paid for and a polite manager. We spend at least $100 a week at this location on Wilshire and seven out of 10 of our orders are wrong. The general manager Mike is a complete jerk and will only replace one order that’s incorrect. He acts like he owns the franchise. I’m sorry sir but if I ordered 20 times this week and 15 of them were wrong you could at least replace four. We let the small mishaps go, but When it’s a larger order and we complain he fuses to fix it, because he’s already fixed one before. They don’t get the orders right, they don’t put the right food in the bag, they don’t answer the phone, they take it off the hook, and let it ring, or give you a dialtone, they park everyone to keep their times low, and whenever you complain, they won’t help or fix it. I wish someone would build a breakfast restaurant right here by Walmart because we only have 5 to 10 minutes in the mornings so unfortunately for us we can’t drive to alsbury. This restaurant is going to be nonexistent if they don’t get a new general manager in the next year. half the staff is unprofessional, and I’m pretty sure they learned it from him. Jokes on me. So save yourself some money in order anywhere else.

Ordered through DoorDash, ordered a 10 piece nugget only got 6, the box says 10 count thought. Ordered 2 cheese burgers with no onions, got 2 burgers with no pickles, loaded with onions. For how much they get paid, you’d think reading would be part of the job but clearly they lack in this department.

I used to work at a mcdonald’s so i understand how crazy it gets and stressful but every single time we come here there is always something wrong or the workers are always rude we got two mcchickens with extra mayo a 6 piece nuggets and fries our mcchickens were completely wrong we had to wait for them to re make it and the chicken nuggets looked white like a ghost like they just let them dethaw out and served then and the fries were so hard we could not even bite into it. Somthing needs to change with this mcdonald’s

Came through drive thru and one long wait. That I can however handle we are in a pandemic where also no one wants to work anymore. However when I get not just one but two of my order of fries cold cold. Then asked for a new one as I’m stating I’m sorry to be that person but really they truly were cold not even warm. Then after making ONE not remaking both fries we hand them the small fries simply because we won’t eat them that cold and they say “oh we can only do one” first off I wasn’t asking and two if I was I paid for a hot meal not cold French fires. And only reason I went as far as to even make this review was that once I drove off and and opens my cheeseburger it too was cold. Only warm theming we got were the fries we asked to be made. … so here it is they made me become a Karen not cool. McDonald’s can do better customer service than that!

Shitty customer service and serving skills i was the only customer in the drive threw they had me pull around the building to wait for my food during that time (about 15-20 minutes) i watched 4-5 other customers do the same thing but they got their food about 1 minute after pulling up behind me. Finally get my food and i have items missing from my order and all of my food is cold.. unacceptable. First of all the drive threw serving window is where your customers wait not the otherside of the building. Like its always been and is how every drive threw fast food place does. Second if i have to wait on my food theres no excuse for it being cold it should be hot and fresh. Total b.s.

How hard is it to get EXTRA PICKLES!!!? Seriously every time I come here I ask for extra pickles on my burger because they only put one or two slices as it is. Anytime I come to this McDonald's, I tell them please put EXTRA EXTRA pickles on the burger. They never do, so today I decided to ask for a side of pickles and extra pickles on the burger and this is what they gave me :/ i know it seems dumb to make a bad review about pickles, but come on people! I am paying for this lol...this is why I am so thankful Whataburger is back! Won't be coming to the McDonald's ever again...stingy pickle people.

One of the only places left with a play place... yet this will be the last time I come here. I've been bringing my kids here after church for 3 years straight. The last 3 months it has taken over an hour to get my food... that's ridiculous for a McDonald's. Over an hour?!?!?

#1 Fix your drive-thru order menu. All of us don't have your item numbers memorized. The blacked out board isn't very helpful. #2 Please train your employees better. Or at least monitor and evaluate their job performance and move them to a position they can successfully function in. Eight plus minutes at the speaker to order two steak, egg, cheese bagel meals one with black coffee and one with orange juice, and a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal with orange juice, is ridiculous. The female order taker kept repeating the wrong items, and when corrected, she kept adding the additional correct items to the order along with the wrong items she had already put on it. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt explaining that their menu was blacked out, and we couldn't just give her the meal number because we didn't know them. She got argumentative and said, "I know the menu numbers." Which is great and all, but doesn't help with the ease of ordering on the customer's side. It took six times of back and forth, repeating the order for her to finally get it correct. Understanding that order taker's jobs can be frustrating at times, we do everything we can to cut out ambient noise in our vehicle, even shutting off the engine at the speaker so we don't have to struggle to communicate with the employees. So we try to be accommodating on our end. There was no salvaging this circus today. For the love of God, please take her off the speaker and put her on cup restocking duty or something simplistic. This, by far, was the worst ordering experience we have had at any McDonalds. Your store needs to duplicate or clone your employee Brian or give him an extra wage to train your new order taking employees. He has his job down and always has a smile and a friendly word to say.

This location is always very poor. Cold food, slow service ect. But today was enough to make me not want to come back. I watch the lady in front of me get handed her food in the drive through. As she’s munching away on fried looking through her bag she realizes it’s not her food and hands the bag and drink back to the window. I pull up and get a crinkled bag with a 1/2 empty fry container. On top of this the fries were ice cold and when I was about to pull off the they say “just a heads up we are out of straws” lol I can’t even make this up. The location on 35/Alsbury is soo much better!

Just left this location due to the horrible attitude i experienced from one of the ladies working the window. I left and didn’t even bother to wait on the food. I will not give my service to a company who gives horrible customer service. I did call the manager Mandy and let her know that happened she her self didn’t have a good attitude. I won’t be going back to this location.

My nuggets were cold and hard, my fries were cold and hard, I found multiple hairs on my food. The coke was flat and watered down. The workers act so inconvenienced if you speak to them at all. No one's wearing a hair net, an employee didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom, overall disgusting experience. Do not come here, atleast go to the taco bell next door (they don't have hygiene practices either).

I am a door dash driver. They left out a kids meal in a order and the manager blamed me. They would not make it right with the customer. Thuse bags are sealed I can not check the contents.

Awful experience, they messed up every part of our order. They took over 20 min to get out two burgers. They forgot our fries which took another 10 min. And they forgot our sodas. One of the burgers was just thrown in the bag not even fully wrapped up so it was spilling out in the bag. No apology or help they just dismissed and ignored. Honestly the computer kiosk are better to work with than the people.

This restaurant can't get a simple order right. How do you mess up an egg biscuit? The last 3 times ordered it has cheese. The slip is right for the order.

I got a DoorDash order with a burger, two medium fries, two drinks and nuggets with some barbecue sauce. My driver made sure to ask the employees did you put everything from the order in this bag and the McDonald’s employee said yes when the food arrived The french fries and sauce were missing. I’m so disappointed. The fries were going to be my lunch before I go to work and now I have no time to eat.

You need to be careful with this McDonald’s employees are pissed off. I ordered some food and they didn’t give me half of what I ordered telling me that I’m lying. I’m right at the counter front of their face looking at my items then they come to me with my item missing items, they pretended to put it in the bag and they didn’t after me complaining got home and I still had one of my items missing. I called the manager. They don’t care so I had to send an email to corporate. Just letting y’all know, keep an eye on your items. today on zero 712 2025 at 2:44 PM.

I was really disappointed by my recent visit. The young girl working the window appeared to be underage and had visible hickeys on her neck, which is gross and unprofessional. On top of that, the customer service was nonexistent. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged; I was simply handed my order with a flat “here.” It’s sad to see how far customer service has declined. Like bro lock in.

The manager is rude ash ,food was under cooked they also took the food touch on it and try to give it back 🤢 they refused to give us a remake and had a attitude cause we wanted a refund.

10/21/25 @ 5:50pm...Got a four piece nugget and one was missing so I only got three and they were cold, not warm at all. And also got a small French fry that were limp and not warm also. Which I am kind of shocked because we usually chose this location and normally they are ok.

Food was fine, but the staff were very rude. Ordered in the app, and went to the drive through to pick it up. Lady at the first window was actually very nice, sent me on to the second. But then they handed me a bag with a single fry order and said have a good day and closed the window. Looked at the receipt and it was someone else’s order. Mistakes happen, so I just waited and politely let them know when they opened the window again. The lady kinda glared at me and made a face like I’d done something wrong, and asked me to pull around. I do and pretty quickly this young guy comes out and asks what I had ordered, so I let him know. After a short wait he comes back out with a bag with our food, but no drinks. So as he’s walking away I ask about it and he says he thought they were given to us at the drive-thru and he gets upset at me. I explain that we weren’t given the drinks at the drive-thru, and that we were handed the wrong order, and then he asks me what the drinks were (is there no communication between the employees? are they not able to see what was on my order?). I let him know and he goes back in and brings out the drinks. I’m still not bothered or upset at this point because I’ve worked in food service, I get mistakes happen and there’s no point getting upset with one of these workers doing their best over a small issue. But when I’m handed the drinks I politely thank him despite the issues, and he just silently hands me the drinks and walks off. Bit rude but whatever. I look and there’s also none of the sauces we ordered. So I go in to ask for them and the same guy is at the counter. I ask very nicely and make sure it’s clear I’m not upset. But he once again silently places the sauces on the counter with his face and mannerisms coming off very grumpy about it. I say thanks again and he just walks off. Like, again, I really don’t mind mistakes. But being rude and grumpy with me over your mistake?? Also the “sweet tea” definitely wasn’t, just as a cherry on top.

This Mc Donald’s is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The staff here is extremely rude and acts like they hate their jobs and life, they try to rush you through ordering in the drive through. Wanted to give me attitude about my order and then couldn’t even package the order correctly. They talk to customers is a very condescending way, just horrible customer service altogether.

The general manager Alex Mckight is doing an extremely poor job training his employees. I have been going to this place for almost five years and there is usually something that needs to be fixed. I always get the box of fries half filled and it is a large, my drink is never filled to the top or the line it shows, burger looks like a order a salad, and apple pies are cold. From the summer of 1999-2001 I worked at McDonald’s and became a swing manager, leadership definitely makes a difference. If they barely care about their job, imagine what that does to their subordinates. All they want is to move fast without properly doing their job correctly. Owners need to change how they train their employees. 09/22/2024 They are still at it on the night shift. The person making the fries must think they are doing McDonald's a favor. Nothing has changed. 12/12/2025 Well what do you know? Over a year later and this place continues to do that same thing. I placed an app order and they seasonal pies are not on the app, so I waited until I got to the FIRST window to order them. I ask the employee if they had the Holiday Pies and he said “yes.” But he did not check he just said yes and stood there and rolled his eyes at me when I asked, well do you actuate any ready? “Oh you want me to ask?” I already did ask you, twice. “They are not answering me so pull-up to window 2 and order them there!” The rudeness. So I move forward, I get my soda handed to me and like ALWAYS because they do not know how to run things they are me to move forward because they do not have my food ready. But they really do that just to show on their time that the line is “actually” moving forward they way it shod, even though it is not. So I asked the lady that handed me my soda about the pies, so she checked, the managers she asked (Stephanie) she said, “tell me go around and order them at the speaker.” I said ma’am the employee at window said order them here because no one wears answering on the microphone. “It does not matter go around!” So, I put my car on park and I said OK I will wait for my food right here, did not know what to say, so the lady who handed me my drink slammed the window closed. They open the window and hand me a bad, only then do they ask me for what I had ordered. So I give them my mine, and what do you know? Allan was going to be pissed because they would have given me his order. So now they are even more pissed, and ask “No what did you actually order because we do not see it.” Like I am supposed to be able to help that they cannot see it. I said it was an app order and gave my name. A third lady comes to the window and ask em what I order, so I showed her my phone and then asked me to move forward like getting me out of the way. I said no, I will wait for my order right here. She storms off! Out of nowhere here is my food basically tossing it at me. I know that jobs are stressful, but when I was a TEENAGER, I somehow found it fun, or made it fun and took a bit of pride to serve people. Working drive thread my jam! Their employees need more training, and 100% new management. ABSOLUTELY DISHOW THIS PEOPLE ACTED TODAY!! Mind you this are all different time I have gone to this place. One fry and my ticket go together. And look at the difference in timeline.

Well, that was a bad experience. 😓 First of all, there were so many cars in line for breakfast, and there were 3 different rows and only one drive-thru window, so everybody was cutting in front of each other trying to get in line first. Somewhere down that line, I’m pretty sure orders for mixed up, because they gave me an order that wasn't mine, I had ordered a number 2 with a coffee, and they just gave me a coffee and then proceeded to look at me like a grew a 3rd head when I didn’t move my car. They awkwardly opened the window back up and said “ummm can we help you with something else?” And I was like “umm yea I am still waiting on my food” and the person at the drive thru said “you only got charged for a coffee.” I said I had ordered a number 2, which was a sausage and egg McMuffin with a hashbrown on rhe side. They told me to pull up and wait on the side because apparently it was somehow my fault I was holding up the line. Over 10 minutes later, they finally came out, charge me again for my food, then gave me my food bag. By this point, I was just upset that I was still there, so I left. I parked ans opened the bag. No egg in my McMuffin and no hashbrown. Thanks, McDonald’s. Sarcasm intended. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Trash, they always forget an item that was ordered. They bag everything like it's garbage. This McDonald's is dog water. The food isn't even fresh. But they don't have it ready as you go through the drive thru. The location in Crowley is way better. Everyone should go there instead.

we ordered on the app, they gave my wife our drinks (one was a mocha frappe) she waited 30 minutes food the food that never came, she went to the door to tell them she had been waiting, mocha frappe was melted at that point. and we continued to wait. *update, wife waited a hour before pulling back up to the window, they proceeded to call her a liar and say they couldnt find our order. gave them the time i ordered on the app and the amount of the order and they said they couldnt find it even though we had screenshots and everything.

First time at this location and I will probably never be back. I know we get busy at our jobs, but that’s also a level of attention to detail. And no circumstances of people should get uncooked cold and sloppy food.

This is the second time that something in our order has been missing. We don't eat here often, we consider it a treat, and it's been disappointing to find that a simple order for two people can't be properly filled. We have had this happen at both locations in Burleson and I even contacted the corporate office, since it has happened several times in the past. We're are done with McDonald's for now. We'll be looking elsewhere for our treat nights.

Went through the drive through, the guy is really nice so no problem there. I went to bite and I see black mold on the inside of the bagel , I get breakfast here every morning before work since I can’t leave mid shift so I’m unable to go ask for a replacement. Terrible. Won’t buy here again.

This is the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life. I don’t understand how every order I’ve gotten ended up with cold stale chicken nuggets and fries. I don’t expect premium everything because it’s McDonalds, but why does the food taste like it’s been sitting out for months lol. Do better, because at this point I’m convinced they make their nuggies and fries years in advance for efficiency (something which they’re terrible at as well). 🤦‍♀️
