Situated at the end of playa de Palma it is close to some nice shops and bars. Not far from Palma Aquarium. After seeing the King Italiano advertised all over Palma I was happy to be walking by and finding this BK. The burger meal was great ( I had one at Palma airport that was not as nice). The staff were friendly and the restaurant was well maintained and cleaned to a great standard. The toilets were a bit of a stroll downstairs but again were clean and well maintained. As Burger King's go this was a very nice one with good staffing.

Buena la comida, aunque la última vez, la comida estaba algo seca, la carne y los chilibites y tardan demasiado en sacar los pedidos he estado en muchos y este ha sido de los más lentos, aún así es bueno

Staff nice but it could be cleaner - how many fingers press the self service menus and how often are they cleaned? The place looks tired - the screen that shows the number of the orders is not working & wasn't working on my last visit in Oct. as it's a tourist destination, they could do with shouting the numbers of the meal ready ticket in English or German if no one collects. As it is, you need to keep looking at what they are prepping to try and guess if it's your order,! Food is not hot either when served. Could do better!

2 estrellitas, porque mi queja es sólo del brownie que fué lo que compré, espectativa / vs realidad, en la app aparentemente es un buen trozo de brownie,tamaño cuadrado algo como para acompañar una taza de café,lo recibo en bolsa grande ,caja grande, pensé: oh es un buen trozo ,abro la caja y no😢😢😢😢decepcionante, un trocito de tamaño rectangular de 4 cms * 6 cms que no ocupaba ni la mitad de la caja donde venía! Pagué 4,95€ por este diminuto brownie y en un Burguer !

Hay un chico que se ve que es nuevo, no me ha gustado nada como lo trataban y además delante de los clientes. Una chica con un pelo "rojo", hablándole bastante mal y riéndose de él por las espaldas, le debería de dar vergüenza, se le olvida que ella también fué principiante. El chico con una cara de situación..no le deberían de hacer eso a nadie, y el encargado allí y no decía nada, pero la chica vaya sinverguenza.

Experiencia pésima Estuvimos en el local sobre las 21:00 y la experiencia fue terrible. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que nos atendieran, y al expresar nuestra molestia, el personal respondió con burlas en lugar de disculpas. El local estaba visiblemente sucio y, para empeorar las cosas, empezaron a salir bichos, lo cual obligó a cerrar las puertas para que no entrara nadie más. La situación fue tan desagradable que todos los clientes que estábamos dentro salimos corriendo. Sinceramente, ha sido el peor Burger King de toda Mallorca. Una total falta de higiene, organización y respeto al cliente. No lo recomiendo para nada. Terrible experience at Burger King Mallorca We were at the restaurant around 9:00 PM and the experience was awful. We had to wait over an hour to be served, and when we voiced our frustration, the staff mocked us instead of apologizing. The place was visibly dirty, and to make things worse, bugs started appearing, which forced the staff to close the doors so no one else could come in. The situation was so bad that everyone inside ran out. Honestly, this was the worst Burger King in all of Mallorca. A complete lack of hygiene, organization, and respect for customers. I do not recommend it at all.

Mal servicio de los empleados, desagradables y con pocas ganas de trabajar. Riéndose de los clientes y criticando lo que se piden para comer. Luego el lugar sucio con todas las mesas sucias. Mala calidad de comida, seca y cuando les pides una cosa te protestan o te dan algo completamente diferente. Tienes que gritar para poder hablar con la persona con la que vas.

Tengo que expresar mi profunda decepción con mi visita al Burger King ubicado en Can Pastilla del Arenal. Lamentablemente, el estado de limpieza en este restaurante dejó mucho que desear. Desde el momento en que ingresé, quedó claro que la higiene no era una prioridad. Las mesas estaban sucias y desordenadas, sin haber sido recogidas durante mucho tiempo. La falta de limpieza general en el lugar fue muy evidente. El suelo estaba sucio y había desperdicios en el suelo. Además, los baños también mostraban señales de falta de mantenimiento y limpieza adecuada. Como cliente, me siento frustrado y decepcionado por la falta de atención a la limpieza en este Burger King. La higiene es un factor crucial para disfrutar de una experiencia agradable en un restaurante de comida rápida. Esperaba un ambiente limpio y acogedor, pero desafortunadamente, me encontré con todo lo contrario. Espero sinceramente que la administración tome medidas inmediatas para abordar este problema y mejorar la calidad de limpieza en el restaurante. Creo firmemente que todos los clientes merecen una experiencia positiva, y esto incluye un ambiente limpio y aseado.

Servicio zero. "00" Sin sonrisa, sin servicio. Imposible comer en la terraza porque los empleados no quisieron limpiar una mesa afuera ya que había llovido. Nos dijeron que comiéramos adentro, pero ¡las mesas estaban sucias! ¡Mesas sucias en el interior también!

Pedimos comida a domicilio, tardaron 1 hora más de la hora que nos ponía y tuvimos que ir al burger a pedirlo, luego faltaban un menú y una bolsa de nuggets y los menús que pedimos los pedimos grandes y nos lo dieron pequeños. No le doy menos porque no se puede

Vergonzoso que me cobren casi cinco euros y no me pongan ni bacon, ni salsa queso y un pellizco de cebolla crujiente

Sorry, but absolutely crap. First time, they had closed before openingtime. Second time, there was no one at the counter. I waited 15 minutes and left. 3rd my only me friend bought, but he ended up throwing it away, it was so bad. Menus only in Spanish

Cold whopper burger, my onion rings were old and soft. When I asked for new ones they said yes but did not do new ones. After 15 minutes I asked again and they said that they will fix it. My family was already done by then with their food so I said no to this and left instead. I did not have the best experience there.

Bro stood there scratching his chin for 2 minutes trying to understand the order, and then still managed to make it wrong. Had to take my food back twice to have it made correctly because they messed up again the first time.

The staff doesn't speak English at all, their zest for life is 0! This also affects their pace. The spicy potatoes are cold, the meat is dry, there is almost no sauce in the sandwiches.

I placed an order at Burger King for 7 different meals, but I only received 4. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and my expectations. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent it from happening to others

It’s probably worth starting with the fact that the internet doesn’t work, the power outlets don’t function, and some employees don’t know what professionalism is! For example, today I ordered a vegetarian menu that includes French fries, nuggets, and cola, but the so-called professional apparently decided not to include the fries, and also didn’t provide a lid or straw for the cola cup. I asked why the hamburger was missing, and the professional responded that the menu doesn’t include a hamburger. Of course hamburger wasn't on the menu, but I didn't mention the potatoes).If this was unintentional, it’s not a big deal, as human error happens. But if it was intentional, then God will judge you, not me. Thanks for the service. All the best.

Potatoes, chicken wings were stale. Chicken wings were raw at the middle. I selected 5 (free) ketchups from the panel, but they only gave me one and it was not visible on the bill. Hamburger buns were not fresh. We had large and xlarge potatoes but xlarge only had 2 pieces extra. Terrible place and experience.

Don't eat here, this is the worst BK I've ever been to! We were four people ordering and all orders were almost uneatable. The fries were not done, the meat tasted like it had been reheated several times and was lukewarm, the cheese was not melted at all. This place doesn't deserve to be allowed to be open 🤮 Would give 0 stars if possible.

The staff here are so rude. Once again a visit is spoiled by bad tempered staff who cannot smile or act in a civil manner. They need training in customer service if they are going to work in a public facing role. They shout your order out in Spanish and then get stroppy when you don’t understand and cannot smile when asked a simple question.
