This place is my favorite I always get good food and great customer service Everyone is so nice they are great smile in they face They work hard to serve customer All day long

Literally the best Carl's Jr we have been to in a while. The fry oil was fresh and the service was excellent.

We stopped by for lunch today and the nice young lady at the counter made my day by offering to make me a breakfast burger even though it was way past the breakfast time. Thank you Rocio! You made my day 😊👍

Better than Bluewater Grill. You'll always get what you order here. I mean, it is Carls Jr. So the meat will be cooked and itll be served like the picture.

The people here are just so nice. It feels good to dine-in here. Also the restaurant has cool decorations

Best experience ever! Went to get a milkshake and accidentally spilled it on the floor. Not only did the sever James personally lick it off my fingers, but he gave me his own personal milkshake 💦.

Great staff! Cashier was very friendly and when we asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so we could share, they did it with a smile. Many places refuse and hand us a plastic knife, which doesn't cut it 🤣

Burger was delicious with fresh ingredients and large patties. Fries were good as well. Employees were excellent and friendly. Resturant was reasonably clean for amount of staff on hand. Biggest disappointment, not of just this establishment, but Carl's Jr. as a whole is their choice of color scheme just like a lot of establishments these days are what I call Clinical Grey. It's just not friendly and inviting. Go back to the old school decor and brighten the place up.

What can I say... my order was right the food teastes as it should and the drive thru line moved at a good pace. I'll come back.

It's a nice place, it has a rustic vibe and that brings a calm next to the read experience. The food is what you will expect from a Carl's Jr.

Wanted to eat here but decided not to because they're dining room remodel job has not been completed yet no indoor seating yet. Good to go if you want take out.

Had my milkshake drop after ordering and they remade for free. Which was cool. Doors were locked and because I have a car they allowed me to come In And order to go. I appreciate establishments that'll accommodate me, the customer, in ways that help me spend money there :)

Okay, so when did Carl get SO expensive. 😳 Update... Really nice staff but it took FOREVER to get our food.... It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Not the place to stop if you're in a hurry.

Ordered for delivery, there is no place to remove items, like onions or to add Ranch to the Fries. Otherwise, the food was delicious. Fix the ordering hick-ups and you're a 5 🌟.

Clean, big place never crowded. Not sure if every carls jr is like this but they accept ebt as well. So yeah they get at least 4 stars.

Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful... But the inside of the restaurant is a wreck! Ceiling tiles falling down, light fixtures askew, bathroom door had rusty remnants of a handle that looked like poop stuck on it, etc.

Western Bacon Cheeseburger can't be beat. But smallish, one-size-fits-all shake doesn't cut it. For a really large, thick ice cream shake I'll go to Jack-In-The-Box and for a large, sweet shake I'll go to McDonald's.

I've eaten here many times, and just ate there again. The young man who took my order today was very well mannered & helpful. They always make good lettuce wrapped burgers or chicken sandwiches at this location.

Good food, definitely a bit pricey for fast food.

This place has no biscuits. The thing that Carls Jr does best, and no biscuits here. Also pretty slow in the AM for breakfast.

The property is old and dingy. It needs remodeling badly. The manager was very attentive and friendly and the food preparation was fair to food.

Busy and kinda dirty. Person taking order kept talking to cash register verses the person in line. This slowed the line as the person had to keep asking them to repeat what they said

Decent location. The dining area and bathrooms are run down and not kept that clean, however.

The French toast dips were perfect. Coffee was ok. The bad part was the restroom, it was horrible and needed serious attention.

The Famous Star I had was overcooked, likely due to being reheated over and over again until I finally bought it. What can you expect from fast food though. The order took surprisingly long to fill (around 10 minutes for a burger and nuggets) which leads me to believe that they are likely understaffed.

Very slow drive thru service, no cashier window and the girl at the food pickup window had to leave the booth each time to make change. And she gave me $20 too much change and barely acknowledged that I gave it back rather than keeping the $20 extra. My shake had small pieces of plastic or paper in it and my chicken tenders were strange

I hate when fast food places make you park the car so we don't run up their drive through time. Obviously y'all aren't fast if you park 2 or 3 cars at a time. Our food was ok. Too expensive for what we got. Fries were lukewarm.

Truly disgusting. I’ve ordered ones from this restaurant and I found pubic hair in my chicken strips. They should be reported to the health department. And I will never go to another Carl’s Jr. ever.

Found a little bit of money so thought I'd use it for my favorite The western bacon Cheeseburger, WHICH I been craving for months so I rode my scooter 4 miles to this location which was all locked up bc of COVID19 so I went through the drive thru and asked the girl can I place a order and she said NO You have to be IN A CAR. It was noon I planned to take my lunch to the beach and eat it that NO just ruined my whole day 😢 I rode the 4 miles back home hungry and still with my craving come on get with it Carl's Jr we are in a pademic not everyone has a car!

It says they’re open until 11pm, so I pulled up to the drive through at 10:38pm, waited around for over 10 minutes and didn’t hear anything. Not sure if this is a real business.

It would be nice to tell you if your coupon didn't go through. Across the street there's a better place.

Went early this morning when it wasn’t busy drive-thru, and I was still asked to park in front. It’s like are kidding me. It’s not even busy and yet having to park and wait. So to top it off you get my order wrong, wow really.

Food was good but the service sucked. The tall slim girl in there was working the drive threw. She didn't ask any questions just took my card and then gave it back with my food. Before I could ask for some dip sauce she slammed the window and walked away all quick. On top of that she gave me the wrong drink. Just cuz your booty big don't mean you need to have an attitude.

They've got a nice little scam going right now. I got an email saying you can get free tickets to the Jurassic park movie if you order certain things through the app. We get there, the app not only doesn't have the promo, but also you can only order delivery. What? Why? How in 2022 is this app that useless? Lastly, you're supposed to get a free Western burger for joining the rewards program. Didn't get that OR any points for my overpriced order.

The door says open till 11 p.m. But the door is locked. It is around 10 p.m. The lights were on and people were working inside. Knocked, no reaction, maybe they can't hear us. We tried the window and then the loud speaker, nothing. So we called they picked up! They were incredibly rude and they knew we were outside! Messed up, they could have just politely let us know. I don't know how they make any money.

How terrible is it that you need to own a car just to eat here. Classism at it’s best. I want to order their Beyond Burger meal but I live walking distance. I’ll be damned if I have to get in my car just to appease Carl He’s desire to force people Into a drive thru culture. We should be moving away from this as a society to encourage walkability and less reliance on fossil fuels. They may have tried to greenwash their menu with Beyond Meat options but the fact that they won’t open their doors to walk-in customers is disgusting.

I dont even know where to o start. Every one of the empty table were dirty. Then lets not talk about the restroom. No toilet paper, the smell abd the floor would do the rest to get you out of there. On top of that i waited 15 min for a simple burger with fries. Never again.

Ordered the MEATLESS beyond burger with no cheese. Got a bbq bacon burger. Didn’t notice until I got to the bacon. Only get the beyond burger because I literally can’t eat meat. Hope it doesn’t mess me up too much.

Of my last 3 visits in as many months I was ignored for several minutes when walking in. One order was completely lost and waited 20 minutes before getting my food. And the other 2 orders took 15 minutes to be delivered. All of these experiences were walk ins and not busy. I walked out before ordering in my most recent (4th) visit. I'll go to other Carl's Jr but not this one.

The food was warm..that's the only positive. The lady that took our order had no clue what to do...I asked for no onion..I saw the screen and it said extra onion. We went to use the ketchup and there is fruit flies surrounding it...about 10 of them. I looked at the floor and there is literally on the floor with footprints everywhere. Every single table is dirty...I went to use the salt and there is black finger prints all over it...out tray came dirty with a tiny paper mat on it...I'm staring at the back of the ketchup container and its covered in dirty greasy fingerprints. When we went to wash our hands the toilet had pee and ashes in it...pee on the floor..sink is nasty...and no paper towels to dry hands or to open door with. I hope the manager or the regional manager see this review and take it serious and fix the issue. Yes it's fast food but you would think in Carlsbad California in the heart of the infamous village that these issues wouldn't be present. I haven't been to a nastier restaurant than this in a very long time....Clean the whole restaurant Manager!

Won't let you walk in the dining room to order food. Don't have a car and employee suggests I walk through the drive thru. Wpuldve appreciated a sign at the door stating they don't serve walk ups.

Carl and Donald Karcher must be spinning in their graves to see what has happened to their once proud establishments. Indifferent service, the parking lot looked like a war zone on a slow and quiet Sunday, slow (it really takes 15 minutes to make a burger?) slow, slow. Go if you like: To wait. And wait. Also if you like soggy onion rings. Best thing about this place is leaving it.

I ordered the fish fillet sandwich (deal buy one get another one). She fried the fillets separately because I had found out that she refried an older, leftover fish fillet and one frozen one which was very hot and good. The other one was rubbery and over fried you could tell it had been fried twice.

I ordered a Double EL Diablo large combo. When I got my order because I dine in it was a single patty Guacamole Bacon burger. I told one of the worker but I was about to get denied till the other co-worker admit wrong doing. When I got the right burger I checked the patty is was just 1 so I complained. Finally I received what I ordered but for some reason my burger was extra extra spicy. I order before at other places and it wasn't that hot. I don't recommend this place. Worst service ever.

The lady told me to pull away from the window and park. I waited and waited and waited for my food and it never came. I had to go back to the drive thru to ask what happened with my order.
