I always stop by here to get some caramel frap and go to the restroom. On my way L.A. Sometimes its a long wait for your order but that's understandable they are always busy. and also the restroom can be a long wait. Overall my experience in this Starbucks is fine.

I was taking a long drive and needed a something to help with the drive. I am glad I stopped at this location. The staff was real nice the drink was great and the service was fast. It's always a pleasure when you can find something positive throughout the day and this Starbucks was one of them, thank you.

Nice coffee shop, quite busy store as it’s on the I-5 exists, many people come here to stop by traveling on the freeway. They also have drive thru. Inside the store I would say well maintained even they have rest rooms which are in good condition, guess it’s as per the standards of Starbucks outlet. They have real quick service as they always have sufficient staff, staff are very helpful and friendly. They also have outdoor seating which is quite good, nice cold breeze as it’s next to mountains good view. Over all it’s a very good store and worth to stop by if you are traveling in I-5.

Love all the staff here, I’m a twice a day regular here. But today some girl Jen was working and yuck her vibe was not enjoyable. As I’m at the window she’s talking down to staff and being condescending. Did not appreciate how she was treating her co workers.

Not sure why but it was not a good day for the ladie that help me in the drive thru. I order an ice coffee and it was more ice and air than coffee 😂🤣

Staff was friendly. Super short staffed but the three guys were moving. I ordered a caramel macchiato. The first one was super strong, almost like they forgot to add milk. I asked and they remade my drink. The second one tasted nothing like a macchiato and more like flavored milk. It was a loss-loss for me.

Seems like every time I come order my coffee they always make it super sweet. It’s supposed to be an espresso and it tastes super sweet.

Normally we love this as a favorite road trip stop with friendly and help staff, warm Stu and great drinks. Tonight we stopped in at 8:27pm in desperate need of a great coffee and safe restroom stop. Closed! The website says 9pm , the doors say 9pm , I called and no answer but staff were inside cleaning. Several other potential customers had to walk away in disappointment. Wendy’s got our business and maybe they will be our new road trip stop instead of Starbucks!

Really rude workers. I started ordering and my husband was going to the restroom. I asked for the code and didn’t hear her and she repeated it with such attitude. Super slow and condescending. Then the second worker gave me my drink with a brown smudge on the lid right where my mouth goes. I nicely asked if I can get another lid. She gave me attitude and said it’s not like it’s dirt or anything it’s just coffee. Soo rude. Be nice ladies! You never know what others are going through !

After two visits with the new lids I won't be back to this Starbucks. Not enjoyable to drink from at all. Not sure if it's because of the lids or they're just cutting corners, but they also seem to underfill drink cups even more than most other locations. And I echo the feedback from others that this place is unusually pushy about bathrooms and ordering. A few weeks ago I came in to pick up a mobile order, saw it wasn't ready, and asked for the bathroom code. I was immediately asked, and not politely, if I planned to order anything. Yikes.

Well as soon as I entered and this is on freeway I wanted to use the restroom and asked can I get the code...and then 2 employees saw each other and then one said to other ask her if she gonna get a purchase? And she literally first asked me and then I got the code and I purchased a coffee. We'll never ever happened this before ...so please this location is my regular and please be nice..don't judge just I am not wearing brands or appear rich... I hope u follow the policies of SB and not forget u are employees and represent Starbucks...very disappointed... one was with glasses and other was short hairs with cap on it...
