This location used to be a lot better in regards to customer service. They are really really slow. There will be two cars in the parking lot and you still wait a long time for your food / drinks. Service is just okay here. Today I went in for a drink right before 10 a.m. The two pictures I have posted show the cleanliness of the store or the lack thereof. There were maybe five cars in the parking lot. No reason for trash to be out like this.

I arrived at 12:04 and ordered in the drive thru. I work down the street and only have 30 minutes for lunch and I made the mistake of thinking they could make a chili cheese coney meal within my 30 minute time frame. I got my food at 12:32 and I get the awesome experience of throwing my fast food in my work fridge so when I clock out in 5 hours, I can re heat it and eat some version of a lunch. Just go to the gas station across the street if your in the area, dont have half an hour and/or want food of the same quality.

Where to start with this, hands down the worst experience at any sonic I’ve ever experienced on 9/5/25 at around 8:45pm. Took 30 minutes so I pushed the button again she said “she’s going with your order right now” another 15 minutes and I got down to knock on the door just for her to say “oh I think we forgot your order” so that’s 45 minutes and they didn’t even apologize like customers time is not valuable. After 55 minutes they brought out my order which was a small sonic blast, small slushy and large Dr Pepper, that’s it! I asked her if they had an explanation the nicest way possible after I was there for almost an hour. She just told me” I’m the only one bringing out orders THATS WHY I TOOK LONG”!with an attitude like everything that was happening was my fault and she walked away. Sonic you’ll need to do better!!! Disappointing.

I don’t know what made me order ice cream from #sonic to be delivered by #ubereats and expect it to still be frozen when I received it. How are we suppose to eat de-frosted, melted, warm ice cream? So husband and I came to get ice cream. Ordered through mobile app at 7:22pm. Been waiting in stall 14 for 35 minutes waiting for ICE CREAM!!!! Finally at 8:10pm we cancelled the order with Kyra and left.

I ordered 2 two master shakes and one sonic blast and the two master shakes did not have anything that I paid for extra, they forgot the strawberry and it barely had anything Oreo pieces, I also asked for caramel which it did not have, it pretty much was some vanilla icecream with whipped cream and a cherry on top. I even tipped them. SMH

Gotta love when you order a real fruit slush that should have cherries and limes in it and you request extra cherries and get charged for the extra but once you receive the slush there is 0 fruit. Slush wasn’t even slushy it was more liquid with little slush to seem like a slush.

Omg!! 35 mins for an order!!!! Listen to the bad reviews avoid this place. The employees are here just to get paid. They definitely do not care about the customers!!! Just go to a different fast food restaurant!

⭐ 1 star Terrible service and long wait times. I waited 35 minutes just for a footlong and a chicken sandwich with old lettuce. I had to call the store to remind them I was still waiting on my order. On top of that, I ordered a diet cherry limeade with extra strawberry and cranberry—which I paid for—but instead received a plain Diet Sprite. Very disappointed. Slow service, poor communication, and overcharging for items not delivered. I rather spend this money elsewhere

We’ve been longtime customers of this Sonic, but we’ve recently had two disappointing experiences. One order was made incorrectly by adding cheese when we specifically asked for none. In the other, a patty was completely missing from the burger. When we reached out to let them know about the issues, we were told that nothing could be done. It’s frustrating to feel like customer feedback doesn’t matter, especially after years of loyalty.

Food was Gross I asked for them to cook it to order and they gave me a hard, solid, dry rock patty. mind you I was on a lunch break and I waited 12 minutes for one cheeseburger. This is the fourth time that I came to this restaurant and they served me nasty food. I tried to give them one more chance because it’s the closest restaurant to my job and once again the same nasty food. Not only did I go Hungry, but they wasted my time and the only thing that they can offer me is to replace my cheeseburger as if I wanted it again or offer me a refund. One cheeseburger 20 minutes ridiculous I am so pissed off obviously they have management that don’t know what they doing because They don’t understand what it means to have fresh food and they need help because there’s one person trying to run 20 different lanes. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back there and I hope that they don’t make any kind of business with the crap that they’re serving.

Literally one person being the cook, cashier, advertising, taking orders, and then walking all of that food out to the car and back. That is too much for one person. I waited approximately 30 minutes for food. It's not the workers' fault. They dont have the tools to be successful here. They are only paying the girl $14 to do it all, too. Crazy. Won't be back.

This place use to be good but has just gone down and down over the past few months. I honestly will drive few more miles rather than deal with this one. It is closer to my house but not worth the headache to save miles. Took over 15 minutes of me arriving today for 2 drinks. Other people came and left before me but this was done before I even arrived. I'd leave 0 stars if possible

Quite honestly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Every time I come I get double cheese burgers plain with no bun I ask for them fresh and every time I get them old and cold. I finally complained one time because it tasted and looked terrible. They try to assure me that they were fresh and when I showed it to the manager she kind of understood where I was coming from. She took only one of them back and told me they would bring out a fresh one, but ended up bringing another out that was just as cold. There was one fresh one out of all of them that I was able to compare the others to so I definitely knew the others weren’t cooked fresh. I used to work at another sonic and can tell when something is fresh because I know how long things take to make. Don’t waste your time or money trying to eat here. You will just end up complaining and they will not care anyway.
