The absolute best staff. Everyone that works the window at the drive-thru are ALWAYS so pleasant and cheerful! Keep up the great work. Food is always hot and fresh as well .
Drove thru for a drink. Order taker was extremely kind and spoke slower when she realized I was hard of hearing and older. Very sweet!!

I needed help knowing what would be compatible as a flavored lemonade and it came out deliciously!! Diet lemonade with low sugar mango and diet cherry flavors. So good. (Waited on a young man, wished I mentioned his name. He was so patient and helpful.) I came back craving the same drink and drove through to order and a not so friendly young lady made it impossible to ask for the same thing. She did not have the same customer service. Her responses were short. I passed on it since I had to "pull teeth" using the same language used on a previous visit.
Food is delicious. The atmosphere is good. Service seems a little slower than most other locations, but accuracy is spot on.
You can order your food sitting in your car without getting out. Various options available. Good to have them in long highways. You have neat and clean restroom also available if you want to get out of the car and wash your face and get refreshed. They serve food nice and hot.
11-7-25 had ordered through DoorDash. Lady kept part of my order. Took items dasher gave me and went up to this location. Spoke to the manager, they remade the order part that the dasher kept and apologized. Thank you!!!
Had an orange ice cream shake. Was scrumptious! 😍 Had fries also that were really old tasting. Didn't eat them. Didn't wanna bother with returning them. 🙄 That's why I took off 2 stars for food. Good ol' Sonic food... Very satisfying. Delivered by Brittany, maybe. At least that is the name on my ticket. If so, she was very friendly and corrected my drink with a smile and speed. I ordered the number 5, grilled chicken wrap and added bacon, along with tots and a half lemonade, half sweet tea. That wrap was good lunch and the added bacon was definitely a plus. The tots were crispy and flavorful and the drink was mixed perfectly.
Good food with a good selection, friendly and polite employees and clean facilities. Only real complaint is that the food takes a little longer than other fast food places but that's because it's made fresh to order.

It's a typical Sonic that has its game together. I get the food I want and a decent amount of time delivered by people who are quite pleasant. Not out of this world over the top but definitely above average.
Usually pretty good fast food and service is good as well. This last time I ordered a patty melt and it had mustard on it. Didn't taste very good at all .

Quick service for the most part. They do get busy. Friendly staff. Food is good. Like going to their happy hour. Half price drinks. For some reason they shut down a lot of stalls. This location seems to be the best place for getting drinks right.
Ordered a corndogs. They were great but no mustard. My next order no napkins. This place needs better supervision and training Food is good . but the attention to detail is lacking Once i ordered a cherry limeade to find no cherries. I pay for food and service even tip the carhops. So i expect better service.
Today service was extremely slow. I was the only car in regular drive in spot ,one car in pick up. Saw several workers inside, but I had to wait extra time before anybody answered . Food was hot and it was brought out in a timely manner
Good food. Good specials. Had the chili cheese dogs - half price for National Hot Dog Day! Young lady waiting on me was courteous and friendly! She had on mask and gloves! Have always liked Sonic since I was a teenager; am now 70 y/I. They have a continuous good rep with me!
Very busy at times. If it takes time to get your order, it's because they are in the weeds,not to mention how some fast food places are undetstaffed because of its low pay. Working for min wage sucks. I've been here many times. Friendly staff, that helped with the specials. Ice cream is good Half price shakes after 8 , for a limited time is awesome for poor people, like me. Half price drinks 2-4 is another great reason to come. A small cup of ice cream $1.60 , nice portion. Plenty of options
No complaints. No issues. Food and service are good. Location is convenient. Lot is kept clean.
This place has great drinks, good soft-serve ice cream, and marginal fried food. It is a nice place to eat a sundae in your car with the windows down on a cool evening. Avoid the cooked food. You can make better tasting food in your microwave. For burgers, go to Whataburger instead. Carhop service is fun, but bring cash for a tip. They are underpaid, but the machine will not let you add a tip on your credit card.
I am not a fan of the sonic food, but the treats and drinks are always good.
The staff was super friendly and sweet, the food was good except the popcorn chicken.. most of them were rock HARD and dry. Other than that, it's a great place for a quick good meal!
I don't understand why when ordering a chilli cheese Coney some stores put the mustard under the chilli some stores don't just put a big blog of mustard right on top and then the buns were crumbly and tasted stale would not recommend this location if that is what your ordering
Just order here earlier through the app and then I checked in through the drive though. (I get that they were super busy.) But just please double check your orders Sonic. I only got a drink and some cheese sticks. And unfortunately my cheese sticks were very undercooked. I used to work in food industry, so I understand that things get hectic but please next time check.
Service was kind of slow for as empty as they were. Food was not terrible but not great. Did not get my order hot or correct when I did get it. I just accepted it as I couldn't wait another 20 minutes for a new burger.
Seems as though the quality of food and the neatness of presenting has gone down it's like they just slap everything on your burger then slam it into the bag and the tater tots and fries here lately seem like they have been just re heated instead of freshly cooked. And the prices there aren't as bad as other places in town but still high for a smaller town.
They did okay and they were very polite but I should have been out of there in a minute flat for a bag of ice. I'm not sure if they forgot about me at the window or they just didn't care but there were no cars ahead of me and no cars behind me but it still somehow took them almost 4 minutes to even come to the window and then another couple minutes to get my bag of ice. I won't be going back.
Usually this location is great, but I was made to wait over 20 mins today (6/24) for an order of popcorn chicken, a small shake and a blast. When I asked if there was a problem with my order after 15 mins, all I receieved was a half-hearted "sorry, it was a madhouse in there" (referring to the kitchen). Not to mention that they are out of stock of the new Brownie Batter shake...😠.
Had half the menu by now. The hotdogs, good. The coffee, good. The parking drive ups too small. People are nice. But really 70% of the menu is the appetizer menu at an Applebee's
They were closed, but still accepting mobile orders that couldn't be filled one day. Another day it took forever for a few drinks! The staff is really nice though and I appreciate that, but the store seems like it is having some issues.
Drive through line for drinks was painfully slow. 2 cars ahead of us and instead of being asked to pull up or pull out of the way, we waited a good while and then our drinks were still not ready when we did get to the window. Makes very little sense to me.
Food isn't always true greatest. Service is slow whether you are the only one there or they have 10 other customers.
This was my first time trying out this location. I ordered two #3 combo meals, and I got a #3 and a #2. I was charged for the two #3s though. Food was good, would've been better if I actually got what I ordered... Update, food was very good and my order was actually correct...
The service is insanely slow. Almost every time I come here, it takes a ridiculously long amount of time that I have to get someone’s attention to actually get my food. It’s like they forget about their customers. 🙄
This is usually the better the two sonics and Cleburne except for today. Was in the U-Haul so I was unable to pull up under the awning so I parked right next to it and use the order menu right next to the U-Haul. I place my order I told them that I was right next to it in the U-Haul. Well I was waiting for my order to come out a truck pulled into the order menu where I had ordered and ordered something completely different than I did along with drinks which I did not. The CarHop came out I took my hand in the air and waved her and said that's mine she proceeded to go to the truck that it pulled into the menu board where I was when the customer told him that that was not their order she said go ahead and take it cuz I'd have to throw it away is the car I walked away I finally got her attention told me that was my order she said we'll have to remake it now I had already waited 15 minutes for the first order to come out and I waited 20 minutes for the second one to come out no I'm sorry no well let me give it to you have price or anything like that, so that was 35 minutes sitting there waiting on my order when I only had 20 minutes to spare. Terrible communication between employees terrible listening skills through employees. Gave you two stars for this visit because still you are better than the Sonic on main Street.
We sat at the stall for 10 minutes with no one taking our order. So we went through the drive thru were we had to repeat our order at least 3 times before they got it right. All we ordered were 3 drinks. We will not be going back.
I am always disappointed with this location. The last time I stopped by, I ordered 4 breakfast burritos and drinks and when the order came out, we had some short, skinny burritos as well big fat burritos even though they were all supposed to be the same exact burrito. And not a single napkin in the bag. Unless you order something super simple, your order will be wrong. And this location cannot make a limeade- instead of squeezing the heck out of the limes before putting them in Sprite, they just toss in a single lime wedge.... so don't waste your time here- the best limeades in town are at Braum's and DQ.
90% of the time that I come to this location their app doesn't work, their gift cards aren't accepted or there's some other major technological problem that prevents me from having a smooth transaction or getting what I want. At this point in time I have a bad feeling every time I pull in because I don't know if I actually be able to do what I came there for. Basic customer service is adequate, the employees are apologetic, but nobody ever makes it right. IN MY OPINION, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION. YOU'RE LIKELY TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
It took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there when I pulled up to the window to pay. Then they gave me the wrong size cheese tots and had to wait nearly 3 more minutes to get the correct one. Then when I got home the chili cheese wrap was very poorly put together. This Sonic has really gone downhill.
My burger wasn't made correctly, neither was my gfs. My fries where old and I asked for fresh fries, and was brought re fried fry back. The service was just poor.
Too busy for us. They've taken out half their park/order spots and drive thru went all the way around the building!!! We watched MANY cars circle several times. Too bad. Love Sonic, but this is a MESS!!

Every single time I make the mistake of ordering food here, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes and without fail everything they tell me "Oh its the grill, they just got backed up." It doesn't matter the time of day or what is actually ordered of if there's even more than one other car in the parking lot. The drinks are always good, but unless something changes don't order food here if you have anywhere to be in the next half hour.
While I love the 1/2 price drinks when using the app, today was the second time my tots tasted old, dry, and stale. I ordered a large and threw the whole thing away after eating one. Not only did I waste my money on the tots, my corn dog wasn't even the size of a normal hot dog. I will only order drinks from this location in the future.
This particular sonic never seems to get it right. My husband nor I have ever had a complete order that is correct. Chris particularly does not listen to what you are saying. I had to repeat the first order 3 times and he still didn’t get it right. Had to come to north main sonic. Gentlemen taking order seems to have it together. Let’s see if I get everything I ordered. Will post update.
Sonic I submitted a mobile order and paid through the app upon arrival at the location at 1709 W Henderson St., Cleburne, TX 76033. The screen finally showed that “Paigen” was on the way with my order. When my food was carried out, the young man told me that he was the cook tonight and did not have any chili for my foot long coney as he handed me a foot long hotdog with cheese, asking if that was ok. Absolutely not. How about using a little common sense and letting me know that chili was not available so I could order something else?! The manager was not able to void one item from my order so the complete order had to be cancelled and rang back up with the remaining items that I did receive and I had to pay with my debit card. The manager cowardly kept sending juveniles out to deal with me instead of walking out to apologize and help correct the situation. We always have issues at this location and something needs to change, possibly starting with stripping tonight’s manager at 1709 W Henderson St., Cleburne, TX of their title.
I have given every sonic on earth a chance between granbury and Fort worth. I only know of two that are acceptable.. Clifton and glen rose TX. Good luck with the rest.. the one on west Henderson in cleburne continues to amaze me.. I have given it 3 strikes.. it's dead to me.. for multiple reasons. Wrong orders.. waited in line for 23 minutes with one car in front of me. They get our orders wrong.. I can't believe that they are in business. Must sell a lot of drinks..
Went through the Drive thru and Got a Medium Oreo Cheesecake shake, when I took the lid off the shake smelled BAD and then I proceeded to try it and it was sour. I did call to talk to the manager and let them know that their ice cream was spoiled.
We thought he they closed at midnight. It was like 10:50 when we pulled up. We opened our app to order and realized they were closing soon, so hit button to order, it was 10:56. They NEVER did answer and say “sorry we’re closed”! The gal walked around and turned out lights and we knew what that meant, we gave her 6 minutes to answer. So we pulled out and she was laughing. Tacky. We live here and won’t be back.
Ordered three cheeseburger combos, got home and noticed there were no hamburger patties or cheese on them. There's the problem with this country you can't fix stupid. Sonic shut the doors on this pathetic location.
I’ve been coming here six months now. I get anywhere from 8-10 bags of ice a week. I have very bad teeth and chewing ice numbs them until I can get them removed. Now out of no where they have stopped selling bags of ice. I’ve never been in more pain in my life because now I can’t chew ice. Chicken express is also doing this, and Taco Casa doesn’t sell bags of ice so I am stuck in pain because out of no where they want to stop selling bags of ice
When you order the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast burrito it should contain eggs (literally two small pieces of egg) and not be the size a party burrito at Taco Bueno. This (PARENT) location should be ashamed of themselves.
Ordered online, waited for 45 minutes just to not be acknowledged when other people who got there after us were served. Broken app and couldn’t even call to cancel the order either.
I really like sonic but going to the one in Cleburne off Henderson had to be by far the worse one. If they forget to bring your food out, they will do nothing about it until you go complain. The manager seem not to care at all so Never Again going there!
This is now the second sonic I've been to where they have it right on the screen and yet somehow give me the wrong food. They must be understaffed like crazy if they can't even put the correct order in the bag. Drove twenty minutes for this food only to get home and it not he right.
Ordered onion rings and a cheeseburger with no pickles or tomatoes. Was told that were no onion rings. Ordered tots instead and a drink with very light ice. After waiting also ten minutes in the drive thru, I got tots that tasted like they had been fried in old onion ring oil, drink was mostly ice, and my no pickles no tomato cheeseburger turned out to be a very cold and very overcooked chicken sandwich with pickles and tomatoes.
Pulled up with wife to get a tea. Was told they couldn't take orders thier screens were down. Mean while 2 cars next to us ordered n received thier orders. Drive thru was also being used.
They consistently mess up my order. I have recieved frozen corndogs and disgusting drinks in the past. Waited 20 minutes last night for 2 orders of mozzarella sticks they forgot to bring out. I had to push the button 3 different times to remind them I was still waiting. I will not go back.
Possibly one of the slowest sonic locations ever! It's normal to wait for a small order for almost 20 minutes there. Twice I have gone and they have not delivered my food to my car because it didnt register where my car was. (Or that's what I was told) I usually give an establishment multiple chances to do well, but everytime I go back I regret it!
I ordered a large tea with blackberry in the app. When I got there, only 3-4 cars were in the stalls. I waited over 10 minutes to get one iced tea! A truck that arrived and went to the drive thru when I had already been there for 5 minutes left with their order, and I still had to wait another 5 minutes! They weren’t delivering any food to the stalls—just handling the drive thru which wasn’t that busy. The carhop never apologized for the wait or even said thank you—she barely said anything. Then, when I FINALLY had my order and was back on the road, I noticed it tasted funny—they’d put diced strawberries in my tea but no blackberry syrup. If you want a drink, keep driving—there’s plenty of other places in Cleburne where you can get the RIGHT drink in half the time…
We were very disappointed in our service. Carhop had no masks on we repeated our order to make sure what we wanted and not only did they screwed up that we wanted mustard and mine had been made wrong with may and pickles I didn't want either I wanted no pickles and wanted mustard our fries were very cold. So we won't be back.
Pulled in for a quick snack & drink. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to get my husband's order right. They forgot my sandwich, and the poor girl running the food kept having to come back & ask what he wanted. Very poor service on this day...
The staff could care less about properly preparing your food. I ordered a footlong CHILI CHEESE dog and there was basically no chili or cheese on it . Just a plain hot dog lol. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Skip this sonic and go somewhere else if you can .
Ordered a combo and added cheese sticks. They brought the order out and they left. As I looked through my bag to give my son his food I noticed no cheese sticks in the bag so I press the red button again. I told the guy who answered about my missing cheese sticks he said sorry will be right out. I'm waiting cars come and go I'm still waiting so more than 20 minutes go by I press the red button yet again same guy answers I said I'm still waiting on the cheese sticks he then said we are bagging them I said how long does it take to do that he never replied but minutes later came with order said sorry here's your food and some coupons and ran back inside. A fast food run for food turned into a more than 30 minute wait cause he forgot about me twice. Will never be back to this location again...!
Just ordered 2 drinks and sat at the window for 5 minuntes. Had to open the window from my car to get served. This was at there good hour. Service delivered to wrong car. Then never brought to me or given to them to drive away with. Food burnt or prepared wrong or cold.
Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break in line at this location, mind you i only work like a block away. couldn’t even get an order in before I had to go back to work. It’s not like the drive through was wrapped around, there were 4 cars in line, so much for fast food. Will not be coming to this location anymore, I’ll turn 40 before I get my food.
We ordered 60 dollars worth of food they took it to another car and let them dig through it before realizing it was the wrong food. Then tried to bring it over to me. So I refused it. Then they brought out the wrong food twice... Acted like it was my fault they couldn't get it together. 👎👎👎👎
Tried for 15 minutes to order 3 drinks. The poor gal or gals couldn't get it right. I really dont understand how hard a large coke and 2 medium lemon slushies can be?! So ultimately we left and went to somewhere else.
I am usually not someone who would review a place at all, but I ordered a Diet Coke from this Sonic today and found this weird flower shaped (but DEFINITELY not a flower) brown item that was maybe a fourth of an inch big in my drink. No clue what it is. If someone happens to know, feel free to comment. Either way, it is not welcome in a drink that (I expect) to have ice and drink only.
Great food. Great employees. Fun atmosphere. But what really pisses me off is when i come in you are out of onion rings. Not once but always here lately. That is the best thing on your menu. You would think yall would keep more on hand.
Pulled up, placed my order. My order was read back to me, it was correct. Get home and realize I’m missing half my order. Yes, I should have checked but it still baffles me that one of the easiest jobs on the planet can’t be completed correctly 🤷♀️ Gaaaawd.
Went last night through the drive through and there was a sign posted on the menu saying one of the menus was taken out by the strong winds we had the night before, not a problem since I just wanted a large Coke. I sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order and no one ever said anything. There wasn't anyone in front of me and no one at the window waiting so I pulled up thinking maybe they didn't know I was there. They see me pull up and they just look at me, out of the 5 people working not one came to the window to see if they could help me. They just ignored me and I know I sat there a good 5 minutes or more. Horrible service, or should I say no customer service what so ever and they are never friendly or say hello or thank you. I was never helped and ended up driving to McDonald's for a Coke. Management needs to make some HUGE CHANGES!!!
The food was the worst I have ever had there. And the Cheeseburger was free with purchase. It had hardly any lettuce no tomatoes no mayo and had a bad flavor. But the sonic on W. Henderson is rarely good. I keep coming backing back hoping it will taste better or made right. I know they were shorthanded so I understand that. I live within 5 minutes of the Sonic and once in great while it tastes good. I hate giving bad reviews, because I know the sonic could be better. It's not like this in Whitney Texas. There it is hot and made right and never tastes bad. The only good thing, it only cost me $1.50 for my drink. I should have taken a pic, but I wasn't thinking. I literally am hoping I do not get sick.
TERRIBLE service!!! I’ve worked for sonic before and it is NOT that complicated to get someone’s order right! We said our order 5 times and they still got it wrong!!
Took 20 minutes for 3 drinks I ordered ahead. They marked it on the screen as delivered to our car to stop the clock but never brought my order until I pushed the button. Not the first time. This happens quite often. Just the first time I've had to wait over 20 minutes 🙄
My review used to be 4 stars. Why the drop? This place needs to go out of business. All the stalls except 1/4 of them are broken. Half the menu isn’t available. They no longer serve soda every other time I visit? They don’t do refunds for cancelled mobile app orders. They don’t do mobile app orders or honor the discounts from the app. They don’t take split payments. Payment in cash, or payments by gift card. Server chews dip and spits it on the ground in front of customers. Server had an attitude because I wanted change. Said they don’t do change here, then complained that I shouldn’t order if I’m not going to pay. I said I was happy to pay but I wanted change. So she asked for my bag back “to throw it away” so I tossed it into the trash bin beside us for her. “Wtf I was gonna eat that?!” Was her response. If you’re not gonna take money, and give food. What’s the point of being open? Sonic has really gone down hill big time
Very disappointed with this location. We were in a hurry this morning so we went through the drive thru Three vehicles ahead of us. Twenty minutes waiting in line. Then when we opened the bag (down the road) not only wasn't it our order, but the food was cold! If this was a one off i could understand. But everytime we stop at this location there is some kind of issue with our order, even drink orders! Now no matter how much of a hurry we are in we'll go to the Main street location.
My husband just went up there to get a late night dinner because I worked late today. Whoever is working tonight 3/22 8:30 pm NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! not ok how she spoke to my husband.
The last 3 times I've been here I've gotten a breakfast burrito and every single time without fail it taste like cleaner. You can literally smell the cleaner smell coming off of it.
I have to give this one a 1 star. I mobile ordered 2 drinks. Pulled into the stall, and waited 20 minutes. I see cars that pull in after me leave (several) so I pushed the red button, just to make sure my order wasn't lost. Very frustrated car hop (to be fair, I was frustrated to) neither one of us was speaking overly rude, we were both frustrated. The two drinks finally arrived (another car hop brought them) and my drink wasn't right. Something was off in the drink, so I threw it away after 1 sip. 20 minutes of waiting on a simple call in order for an order I couldn't drink. I know Sonic can do better.
Sad. We ordered our food and our food was wrong. We didn't realize that the burgers were not the two patties that we ordered so I called. The line was super glitchy and we had to drive all the way back. Once I arrived they asked who I spoke to and were annoyed to deal with me even though I was friendly. A man came out soon after and grabbed my food and our receipt and went back in.... 30 min later they fixed part of our order...no receipt given back. I can't see them making our food but it made me nervous to ask about the rest to be fixed. We just gave up and left. I don't think we will be returning. Sad.
Decided to splurge and have a big burger (minus the bun) as my main meal. Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon,no lettuce, made with mustard, well done tots and a coke zero. Person taking order called back order correctly. Screen read correctly.Ticket was correct so I did not take the time to inspect. Halfway home took a sip of drink. Not the Coke Zero I'd ordered but a full sugar coke I cannot have. Get into my place open bag. Tots well done but cold. Unwrap lukewarm burger to find made with mayo, full of lettuce no cheese no bacon. Also waited almost 10 mins for this. I rarely give bad reviews or complain to the restaurant but I called to tell. Was offered a "refund next time you're here" but I won't be back. Not worth it
I order from here a lot…. I’m done though it’s crazy how they can just keep messing my order up almost like it’s on purpose it’s getting on my nerves this time my burger was messed up not a double meat but a single meat with double cheese that seriously tells me you knew what you were doing then chili cheese tots with no fork to eat with so I guess you forgot that too with my patty…. Last week my burger was messed up and no forks either my order is probably the easiest double with no vegetables ketchup only this has been going on for about 2 weeks and I have slacked off on my orders but now forget it I’ll take my business somewhere else also they will mess up a burger patty then just smash it all together on a burger anyway they like this place has seriously gone down hill it used to be good….
I consistently order drinks thru the app with extra real cherries. Consistently, I max get 2 cherries, maybe? Today I ordered a Dr pepper with extra real cherries and an extra syrup for my French toast sticks. No syrup and no cherries at all. It's ridiculous
Every time I come in to this place. The drinks are always flat… I love sonic food.. but something seems to always be wrong.. flat drinks, no sausage In breakfast burritos.. I keep coming to see if it’ll change but management doesn’t seem to notice that this has been a problem for a while now. When I think of sonic I think of the fresh drinks but not here. Please fix this
I'm going to be honest, I love Sonic. It's a great place to grab food and eat in my truck. What I hated about this visit was the Sonic Blast. Half of it with the chocolate syrup I asked for. The other half was vanilla ice cream that I wanted to avoid. The Midlothian location has a history of making Blasts poorly. I will still go back, still get a Blast, still be disappointed, still think to myself that I should take it back and get it made correctly or get a refund. But we all know, I will end up eating the vanilla and move on with my day.
Hit the button. To get 18. French toast and a drink before work. They wasn't to many people there . Saw 5 people working. No one took my order other people getting stuff no answer after 15 minutes 😒 had to leave bad for business
I didn’t think any sonic could be worse then the sonic in Keene but congratulations the one in Cleburne off Henderson takes the cake. I asked for light cheese on my chili cheese tots, there was way more cheese then chili, then the so called cook brought them out to me and as he walked off he made an ugly comment under his breath which I heard, so they are definitely disrespectful here. The food was cold as hell and the drinks taste like dirty bath water. I think I’ll stick with Keene sonic from now on.
Total failure on what I paid for. We waited for 30 minutes for a burger that was supposed to have cheese on it but looked like cheese was smeared on it. Like a spoon full and a burger patty. No where near what a $3 patty melt should be made. If Gordon Ramsey seen this burger. He would have exploded on the cooks. Probably would have said would you eat this. No!! Then why would you expect people to pay for this. And tossed it across the room. Hahaha 🤣😂. Not happy with the food or a 30 minutes wait for a failure of a Patty melt.
Ordered a Oreo cheesecake blast, extra cheesecake. I got a singular scoop of cheesecake, a few sprinkles of Oreo on the top layer; from the few Oreos on top to the bottom of the cup I had absolutely no Oreos… pure vanilla. I have worked in the industry in the past, and have NEVER in my life been served such a petty excuse of a blast. I want no refund, nor a remake, I’m just extremely disappointed in this food product. I will no longer be giving this Sonic location my business furthermore, and my car hop did not show the Sonic friendliness that is in the paperwork every employee signs the first day.
Sonic sure has gone downhill. Had difficulty taking my order, was told after I ordered that they were out of certain foods, then my order comes with basically everything wrong and it like warm at best. Check out how much ice was in RT 44....not any room for the cherry limeade I ordered. Hard pass in the future. Update: tried again on 6-11-23 - still no good. After waiting for almost half an hour for less than a $20 order, our food was cold/old to the point of being inedible and our drinks were wrong. Giving up at this point. Management apparently doesn't read these comments.
I ordered a large limeade and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks. The limes in my drink were old brown and it tasted disgusting. I called and talked to Ethan, he was nice and told me I could get another. So I went back and the limes in my new drink were worse then the first ones. The young man that brought me the new drink said I cut those fresh right now. 100% a lie. Limes were old and dried out & don't turn brown on the edges when they are fresh cut. Very disgusting and disappointing.
Main Points: -Wrong burger -Small chicken patty for chicken sandwich -Cold meal -If I could leave zero stars I would I really try to give fast food employees the benefit of the doubt when they make mistakes. However, this is an actual joke. I order the number two and the number 10 for 19.03. I did not get the number two, instead I was given the number 1 with a cold patty. Then for the number ten, the chicken patty was crazy small for the chicken sandwich. There was barely any mayo in both sandwiches, the lettuce was clearly old, and my chicken patty was freaking small. I've never been ripped off like this before and this is just upsetting. I honestly think isn't a coincidence, for both burgers to done wrong.
