This was my first time trying the breakfast taquito, and the egg, cheese & potato taquito I have nothing bad to say about at all, it was delicious 😋! The 4 small hash browns on the other hand, were not to my liking, they were obviously overcooked and tastes like nothing but oil 🤢. Please ask for fresh ones if you decide to order the breakfast. A side note. The lady who took my order may God bless your heart, I know it must be frustrating working there, but please try not to be rude to the customers, we're just hungry and do not want a side of attitude with our food, thank you!

I dont understand the purpose of food prep staff wearing gloves. I watched a cook come out to the soda dispenser in the dining area, get ice and put it in her mouth WITH THE GLOVES, spit the ice out into her hand to toss in the dispenser tray, wipe her mouth WITH THE GLOVES, shove her cup down into the trash touching the bag WITH THE SAME GLOVES, wipe those gloves on her pants, and go back to the kitchen. Gloves are only useful if they dont travel from the work area. Cross contamination is WORSE with gloves. Hand sanitizer on bare hands is more effective. So gross..

Went through the drive thru on our way through town. They forgot two things I ordered, and said they could not give me a refund or credit unless I brought the receipt back in to the store. I am not from this area and was already 30 minutes away when we realized they were missing so could not go back. I even double checked with the person who handed me the order to ask if everything was in the one bag, and he assured me it was. They are refusing to refund me over the phone despite me giving them the order #. So they basically stole $10 from me!!!!

This Whataburger has gotten my order wrong on 4 different occasions including tonight and that roads are too icy to go back up leaving me giving my food to my daughter so she can eat. These. The team does not care about customer service and poor management for not taking action against the team. Accountability is everything and if management does not hold their selves accountable and do not take disciplinary action then the staff will continue making mistakes. If this is happening to me, then how many more they are doing wrong to others who don't say anything. This matter need needs to be fixed

Every single employee here is so slow at every task. They are constantly jumping front task to task like they have no idea what is going on. You are working fast food. Do better! It’s not that hard.

Horrible food and service!! Onion rings and fries cold, drinks had no carbonation. Chicken tenders were super small. Didn't give the dipping sauces we ask for. No receipt. I called and they want me to drive back across town to get it remade. Would not give a credit. Horrible place!! Do not go there, you will be disappointed!!

Horrible customer service. We order two number 2s and a kids meal and a medium shake . One of number 2s was supposed to have mustard and mayo the forgot mayo and the forgot the medium shake . The fries tasted overcooked so I went up to counter and explained to the guy up there that it was overcooked he said I don’t know I just got here I assume there not I said well I just tasted them and they are and him and another employee was laughing about it they said they would remake it . Before we left we needed a too go bag so I went up to counter ask for one the same guy ingnore me and they had so many employees back there at least 8 or more and nobody was at register just watching not saying anything that I was waiting at counter a group of ppl came in then the employee turn around said huh then said o ok he had attuide the whole time. We want go back to this Whataburger . The burgers didn’t taste all way cook they need better cooks there and better service

Took 40 minutes just to get warm food not hot food. Was missing a fry and burger was inedible. Me and three people ate.not even 30 minutes after eating all of stomachs were hurting and bloated. I understand I work in fast food .yall were busy . There was a bunch of cars at 1 am. But plainly it was unacceptable. Slow service,horrible food, taquito smelled fishy.please clean your grills at least wipe them in between orders . Also $40 down the drain .food nor time was worth it

Night shift needs to get it together. We almost never leave with the fries or sauces we order. The food usually tastes okay, but half of my $14 meal is always missing! No I don’t want to drive all the way home, finally sit down with our food, and drive all the way back to get my fries so that the other half of my food can be cold!! 5th time IN A ROW.

Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, and a breakfast burger. And subbed the breakfast burger bun for the jalapeño biscuit, and 2 large fries. Everything was wrong and the fries were cold and nasty. The lady at the window was really nice and welcoming though.

Ok look! We come to Whataburger on Henderson every Sunday. Today was the absolutely worse. The next time we walk in and Leslie Susan isn't behind the counter we will NOT stay. Restaurant was filthy. Waited forever for our food. And the poor ppl that used the mobile ap had to wait as well. Hands down the worse. Oh and let's add, no toilet paper in the woman's restroom!

Was so excited to eat here while passing through Texas. Ordered three items and only got two of them. Also asked for some mayo and it is on the receipt but didn't get any. Called the store and the manager refunded my order. He was polite and that is why they got a two star versus a one star review.

You be the judge. W Henderson location that folds in the ends and rolls small to give a tiny taquito after a 20 min wait with a nasty dining room? Or N Main that gives your money's worth in 10 min in a clean atmosphere? Not a hard choice at nearly $4 ea.

I order two sandwich combos and wanted to try their new wings Buffalo flavor. I was highly disappointed when I got home and realized I was missing both my fries and the wings were in fact 9 pieces but half of them were the size of a penny. It sucks when you get home spending a good amount of money on food and then half of your order is missing.
