Pizza Hut actually catered my wedding in Bryan with over 170 people. I could not have asked for a better caterer. They were so amazing from the very beginning! I asked to do a tasting (which is a request they probably don't get too often) and they went above and beyond to set up a tasting in store while we were in town. They provided us with pizza and pasta to taste and set it up in nice dishes and made it looks so cute, put little signs up, gave us flowers and everything. Andrea was so great at communicating through email since we live out of town. She was able to get us a quote and adjust it to fit our RSVP count up until the day before the wedding. She answered all my questions and gave us detailed descriptions of how everything would be set up, how much food we would need etc. On wedding day, everyone RAVED About Pizza Hut. The pizza and pasta tasted amazing and the buffet looked beautiful and everyone was able to get their food quickly. Pizza Hut staff replenished the buffet table so there was never an empty platter. At the end of the night they boxed up the left-overs for us to take home and give out to guests as they left! It was my favorite thing ever to watch everyone eat pizza at my wedding. If you are thinking of having pizza at your event, I would 100% go with Pizza Hut! They did such a great job, I would give them 100 stars if I could. :)
Went to pick up a family pizza dinner box and experienced wonderful customer service. During the past, breadsticks they were making fell off the stove and extended the wait. The manager offered a free soda and made the order. They even through in extra breadsticks. The service was wonderful today, thank you so much!

Love the wings but last time I ordered them they basically gave them to me dry. Was very disappointed when I got home and opened the box. Other than that I’ve never had any problems, their curbside pick up is usually pretty efficient.

Maybe it’s just a fluke or something, but aren’t the crusts supposed to be flavored, some sort of buttery blend? I ordered two large pizzas both of the crusts completely dry no flavor. Everything else was spot on. It was just a complete disappointment to get to the crust and not have the desire to eat it because it’s like cardboard even the stuffed crust. honestly Pizza Hut come on guys.

College Station and Bryan Texas doesn't have an actual pizza restaurant. All of these locations are take away or delivery only. So if you actually want to go to a pizza hut restaurant you're out of luck. Call Domino's instead.

Not sanitary at all, I saw this guys fixing my food while waiting outside, it was not only my food they were fixing, but other's food as well, WITH NO MASKS ON, and who knows what else they do in there that is not sanitary, when the person brought our food outside we let him know that, and asked for our money, he was not happy at all, he went back inside and told everyone, one of the guys even walked towards the door while not wearing a mask, my guess is too see who we were, anyways I will not be back to this place, so nasty and not worthy place, I hope you know this gentlemen and let them know it is not cool what they are doing in there.

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery and estimated delivery was 20-30 minutes (and I live very close). They finished the pizza and waited 10 minutes twiddling their thumbs knowing they didn't have any drivers, sent the order to doordash who sat with the order for another 10 minutes before even moving, then the order hand off took ages or wasn't ready for the driver, and Pizza Hut put my doordash pin in a very incorrect location so the driver couldn't find me and blamed me for putting it wrong. Took OVER AN HOUR to receive anything and my pizza was cold by the time it did get here. If you don't have driver's or the time it takes to get one takes this long... DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY. or update your delivery time estimate cause no one in the world would order with this situation. But you won't because you just like stealing people's money.
Ordered two pizzas, two wings, and bread, about 10:35 pm on 6/26/22, I thought I had ordered from the wrong pizza hut and immediately called the store to confirm. It in fact WAS the right store. The person whom helped (I did not catch his name) confirmed my delivery address, the payment amount, how I would be paying, what room number we were in. I thought that was all great and after driving from out of town to college station (we made it here about 930) we were starving and pizza would have hit the spot! I watched the pizza hut tracker say my pizza was in the oven and the estimated time of delivery would be 11;08 pm. Okay that's not terrible at all! So we wait. And wait and wait. Now by 11:40 one son and husband have gone to sleep, husband didn't get to eat ANYTHING because we were WAITING on pizza. Finally about midnight I decided they weren't coming. The information on my app has gone away and the points were added to my pizza hut account as If I had paid for this food. Which we didn't pay. So thank God Will not be returning and will be contacting the store today
I ordered at 7:30 on the pizza hut app. They sent my order through door dash, never received my order, called pizza hut back they said it would be there around 20 min. Nothing came, called back they proceeded to tell me that I need to call door dash. Door dash said that they don't have an order on my account, alot of back and forth. It's now10:07 cst I don't have my pizza and no refund, not to mention the girl on the phone was rude, she said I don't know what to tell you and hung up the phone. This was the worst experience I have ever had with pizza hut. I don't think I will order again from them. I'm hangry 😕 if I could give this store a 0 I would
I ordered the big New Yorker. I have had it in before. It was great. Ordered it today and it was not “Big” and it looked terrible and tasted worse. It was so over cooked that the crust crumbled when I bit into the pizza. No quality control or care about the product they put out. Very disappointing.
I ordered a pizza on 4/1/22 at 12:06. @ 1:15 no pizza. I called and was told that they were 5 minutes out. Another hour go by no pizza. I called again requested a refund. First Was told no order was made under my name then was told 3-5 days for a refund..Yesterday still no refund called again was told will be taken care of immediately. Today still no refund.
Multiple times I have placed my order online for curb side and I have been left waiting well past my order time. I can see that the order is ready and that the workers are not at the moment busy, but yet they still ignore a paying customer and their order. Eventually I had to get off and grab the order myself which at first the worker was confused and said they didn’t have an order under that name. I could clearly see on the screen that it said ready. I would understand if any business was really busy or even understaffed but seeing that this wasn’t the case it’s frustrating and unacceptable.
Ordered delivery at 6:30 pm- received alert being delivered at 6:55pm, food arrived at 8:32pm. The young lady had no customer service experience because her careless tone spoke volumes. I was told ALEX, the manager, was to speak to me in regard to the reason for the issue, and the young lady comes back with no words from Alex, just informed me the delivery will be sent back out to my address
