I really like this McDonald's location! After a very long road trip, it was nice to walk in to a clean restaurant with a very polite crew and great food! I ordered a large #1 and was pleasantly surprised at the crispness of the fries and the build of my Big Mac! Too often, they are put together in a rush and have more mac sauce on the outside than on the sandwich! CUDOS to the crew at this McD's
Perfect spot to increase my body fat percentage and decrease my life with ultra processed fast food! It's a maccy-d's, what more can you say lol!

Went through the drive thru just minutes before closing time on 9/30/24. The gentleman who helped us was very courteous and friendly. He made sure we got a perfect carmel frappe with no whipped cream and piping hot fries. Top notch service!
We stopped here on the way back home after moving some people. With a big order as ours, we expected some delay but before we could even get our drinks, everything was ready. Really impressed of how expeditious the service was as that never really happens. Everything we ordered was correct and fresh. Bathrooms were well cleaned as well with the restaurant. Great service all around.
My husband and I went there last night and there was a young man that took very good care of us! His name is Elijah Robertson and we believe that he deserves a raise for all that he does for that company and how long he works for! He is the sweetest soul And we believe he deserves a raise!
Best one I’ve been to so far. The manager (didn’t get her name) I remember she had a septum and beautiful eyes! But so sweet and helpful. She was so nice to my son and daughter, wish this one was where I lived.
6am this morning was a delight. Both point of service employees were cheerful and kind and really inspired a great start to my day. We'll done.

I reside in commerce and use this McDonald's often, and honestly, it's usually a headache. But as of right now, at the end of 2024, the current staff at the restaurant are on point. Yesterday was the busiest I have ever seen that McDonald's location, and yet I was in and out in under 5 minutes with the correct order all hot and fresh. All of the employees were positive and smiling, and the restaurant was clean. Pay this staff right and keep them!! They know what they are doing.

Now this is what you want to see when you enter any establishment! Greeted with a smile and high energy as soon as you walk in the door and before you make your way to the register. Making conversation before taking your order, you don't feel rushed. And even the manager was hustling. The only downfall was a lone fly which is kind of expected since we say near the door. Totally surprised for a McDonald's. But keep up the wonderful work. The world needs more of you.

Had to order at the kiosk. It showed everything we ordered was in. No receipt given..don't like that! When our order was finished the clerk brought it out, gave us the bag of food, told us the ice cream machine was down and walked away. We asked if it would be fixed soon and she shrugged her shoulders and turned away. I asked for my drink cup. She ignored me but another clerk asked me what size and brought it to me. I didn't get the first clerks name but she needs to review customer service..not someone I want to deal with again. No smile, no thank you..maybe that's why they weren't very busy! Thankfully the food was fresh and tasty! Thank you to the second clerk..he was professional!
I used mobile ordering for counter pickup. When I went in to get my food, I stood for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. When a service person did engage with me, it turned out my order had been taken from the counter by someone else. They immediately replaced it with no problem, but part of my original order was sold out woth the last being in the stolen bag. While it was immediately corrected, that seems an easy issue to prevent with an obvious solution. If I use mobile again, ill pick up via drive thru but it was definitely aggravating.
This location was just fine. The ladies running the lunch shift did great. Order was correct and the kids loved their meals/coloring books. My only knock was picking up the order numbers from the tables and maybe wiping them down. But it was busy.
I stopped at this McDonald's location while traveling and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The restaurant was very clean, which is always a plus, and I received the best service from the staff that I have ever encountered at a McDonald's. They were friendly, attentive, and made my visit enjoyable. However, the only downside was the constant beeping noise that persisted throughout my meal. It was somewhat distracting and took away from the overall experience. Despite that minor annoyance, I would still recommend this location for its cleanliness and excellent service. If you're passing through, it's definitely worth a stop!

Our fries and Big Mac were cold. There is just no point in going through a drive through if the food is cold. This McDonalds is hit or miss. When it's hot, it's great. Breakfast is always good.
We had an order for 5 people in the drive thru. We were missing a few items and had to go in to get them. We ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar. It didn't have enough to cover the filet. Definitely not extra. The cashier read the order back to us to be sure that the order was correct.

Employees were very accommodating and apologetic for the issues that were due to poor management. Got the steak big breakfast, first steak looked as though it had already been chewed up. The replacement was good, surprisingly so for a McDonald's steak. The issue that ruined the whole experience was they had no other cutlery besides spoons. Trying to eat a steak with only a plastic spoon was a bigger annoyance than it sounds on paper, enough so it soured the experience.
Food was good. But no tea at self serve and had to wait at counter for awhile to get some.
Someone needs to remind McDonald's that their roots are inexpensive food, fast. About half the time you go through any McDonald's drive in they ask you to pull up and wait. If I wanted to wait I'd go somewhere with a waiter. I haven't had this problem at any other fast food chain but it's chronic at McDonald's.
Haven't had McDonald's in a very long time and after this experience at this McDonald's it reminded me why. I have an onion allergy and order everything without onions for that reason. When a customer places an order a specific way its for a reason. It was so bad that the onions they tried to scrape off just got pushed to the edges. When I tried to call the store the phone just has a busy signal.
I always use the rewards app when ever we stop @ this particular McDonald's. Far to often the auto pay feature does not work. Or they are out of something. The service is always good though. The people are friendly and courteous. The food is pretty much on par. It is McDonald's after all.
I got curbside service with 40 McNuggets and a bunch of sauces. Eight of them were supposed to be honey packets because my wife likes to dip her nuggets in honey and then hot mustard, especially when trying to blow her head open with a cold (we both caught a cold from our grandson when we were babysitting him all day Saturday). The delivery lady came out with our bag packed with stuff and was so proud of herself, saying, "I made sure all the sauces were right." I thanked her and I went home. When I got home and started unpacking the bag, the McNuggets were still hot, which means they cooked them fresh for us, but then I started digging the sauces out and instead of regular honey I had eight packs of honey mustard. I paid an extra $2 for what ended up being the wrong thing. My wife has a sore throat and the honey would have helped with her sore throat, besides the fact that she likes to dip her McNuggets in honey and then the hot mustard as I said earlier. It tastes different than the honey mustard doing regular honey and then hot mustard and she likes it better. This location needs to pay attention to the order, especially when a customer pays extra, and don't just assume either I made a mistake ordering honey instead of honey mustard or reading "honey" and assuming it's honey mustard. And then don't brag that you made sure the sauces were right when you in fact did NOT make sure the sauces were correct.
Gave wrong drink. I asked if it was the right drink to two workers and they said yes. It's okay though I still liked it. Also the fries were half full (I got 2 larges. Most McDonald's give full containers)
I usually don't write reviews, but I had to this time. This is hands down the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The Quarter Pounder was incredibly flavorful—better than any I've had elsewhere. And the fries were surprisingly fresh and perfectly cooked. Highly impressed. Definitely coming back. ________review update This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my previous experiences. The first two visits left a really good impression — better than other McDonald’s locations. But today, it felt just like any other average branch. The fries didn’t taste fresh at all, and there was no one at the counter, so I had to wait quite a while just to get a cup and some ketchup. The receipt didn’t print properly, and the table number field wasn’t even filled out, so I couldn’t enter it when ordering at the kiosk. Out of my three visits, the first two were good enough to stand out, but today was a letdown.
Food is hit or miss. That’s tho, they always make it right. However today I’m in drive thru as we speak. They are parking everyone who comes thru the drive thru with very minimal curbside/drive thru waiting parking areas… I get the time thing is wanted to be low but not like this when everyone is parked and one guy has to drive around he was there for a long time they forgot his order. And they forgot what size our fries were. However the girl who brought our stuff out was real nice and great! She and other people like her is what brings me back. The night I went there I was in a pinch because it was late. Ordered a quarter pounder. Was pulled forward for ten-fifteen minutes. Without checking my food I got to my destination only to find out my sandwich was still raw inside. I had to burn extra fuel and waste my time to drive back to Commerce for a “replacement” for something that should’ve been cooked correctly the first time.
My girlfriend brought dinner home for me me and the kids and when she came inside we realized half the order was missing. The drove the 20 minutes back to correct the mistake and washed completely ignored for almost 10 minutes when I was the only one in the lobby. When an employees finally asked if they could help me he interrupted me mid sentence and walked away and after another 10 minutes I washed given the fold that was missing. When I got the food I realized that it was the same food that had been prepared when my girlfriend ordered. The only thing in the bag that wasn't cold and old was the large fries. I would have said something but when the lady gave me the bag of food she didn't even take it the times to see if I needed anything else but rather said "here ya go" and walked away without a second look. After checking the bag and realizing the issue I again began to wait for someone to help me but gave up and left when multiple employees looked at at me and ignored me completely. Food was terrible, service was terrible, accuracy was terrible,
Wow McDonalds, your employees sure don't skimp on toppings, not to mention the service today was terrible with little care giving to keeping the line moving. Your employees would rather shoot the breeze in the back and not wait on a formed line...oh and I can't even grab my sandwich without getting covered in condiments... thanks
Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s completely inedible. Customer service is nonexistent. If you happen to ask for something the employees roll their eyes and huff like ketchup is the most ridiculous request possible. But the smoothies are my biggest problem. My kids are completely addicted and we were getting them at least once a week. Then the machine was broken for a week or so. Now the machine is miscalibrated and makes a size smaller than ordered. I complained once that my cup was only half full. First the employee argued that it was fine, then she took them back and added ice to top it off. Now every time I go they just add ice. Idk if they do that for everyone or im just the Karen that complained but for as expensive as it is, adding a ball of ice is inexcusable. Oh well, I like Sonic better anyways.
Is it really THAT many grown people in this town that whine about onions so much to the point where it becomes standard to omit them from cheeseburgers? Ordered cheeseburgers, no mods. For some reason didn’t get onions even though I know they’re supposed to come with them. Let’s just make things how they are specified, thanks🙄
Ive had decent experiences here and horrible ones. The other day, I came to get dinner with my freind here, and the drive through was severely backed up, so we parked and went in. We then noticed that there was a very long line of people, so we ordered at a kiosk. We order five things- a large fry, mcflurry, 2 cookies, 10 pc nugget, and a bigmac. They had all of this in stock. I went to the cashier line for 20+ minutes and decided to sit down and wait for the line to die down. Then, i realized — most of the people in line were asking for refunds because they had been there for over an hour. I peek over at the kitchen, and nearly everyone is on their phone, not even touching any equipment. I was getting pretty upset. After another 20 minutes, i finally got to pay. I sat down and waited for my order to get called — but now i had to wait an HOUR just to leave with a water down coke, a wasted 20$, and empty stomachs. I truly hope this is just a one time thing.

Lady rushed us when ordering. Everytime we said what we wanted it was “is that all” in a rude tone. So considering you rushed me with no one in line behind me is wild. I asked for double eggs NO SAUSAGE with my big breakfast and I got double sausage, I asked for a mocha frappe and you were out - so I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with liquid sugar and Creamer , how I managed to even get a caramel coffee with no sugar is beyond me instead of what I ordered. You gave me no butter or jelly for the biscuit in the big breakfast so I got a dry biscuit 🤣. Maybe take your time next time when taking orders because clearly you cannot handle taking orders fast when YOU rush people! If you’re pregnant and craving a fast breakfast because you’re traveling DO NOT STOP HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Very slow service and fries were not fresh. The updated 10/05/22 Order was completely wrong. When I tried to order the rest of the order, I was told that she could not take the same card to pay for the second order so; I did not eat. The cashier didn't know how to ask for a managers approval to reuse the same card because she didn't get the order right in the first place. 6/14/23 I decided to try them out again . This time the order was correct and the food was fresh.
This mcdonalds is horrible. They always manage to get our orders wrong whether its doordash or in person and they never give us bacon on our burgers. The waits are always ridiculous and one of the employees was flirting with my boyfriend in the drive through which is crazy.
Ordered mcdoubles with only mustard. They purposely put onions on top, bottom and between the patties to sabotage the food. This wasn't a mistake since it's happened to me personally three times at this location. It seems to happen on the weekends so someone needs to look into it. My next step is a corporate complaint and a call to the health department. Management needs to step up.
Haven’t been to McDonalds in several years. Stopped in due to Chick-fil-A being closed nearby. There are no longer people taking orders. Only one order kiosk worked for 20+ people. When I was finally able to order and pay at 9:11am I didn’t my order of 2 breakfast burritos until 9:34. 23 minutes for 2 of the quickest things on the menu to make. Do better
I don’t normally leave reviews, but here I am. I am frequently at this location and typically have no problems, but tonight was awful. I sat at the drive thru order screen for maybe ten minutes before I had anyone speak to me. Took another ten minutes to get to the window to pay and then a few more to get up to the food window. The man at the window practically threw my bag at me and then when I got my drink, it was the wrong one…even though the guy who made the drink (while I was watching) assured me he was making a coke (I received a Dr Pepper). Not a big deal, but it was a frustrating time when I was just trying to get something quick after work
Yeah I was missing food but it’s all good though, didn’t get a receipt either so asking for the missing food would make it feel like it’s begging for food that was already paid for…tragic isn’t it 👎
Consistently substandard quality on every level. Came today, (approx 11:30), to get 2 Fish sandwiches, which I checked online so see if offer was still good, (it was), asked for extra tartar sauce, that I would pay EXTRA for it. Manager stuck his head out the window, said there's NO 2 for $6 offer, (lied), and that one sandwich had extra T-sauce on it, the other had a cup of T-sauce in the bag, (lied, lied). LOL, if you go to this location, you'll probably be grossly dis-serviced as well. I only went there because I had errands in that area. You've been warned...
Absolutely horrible service !! As always they were out of all drinks except coke . I'm not even kidding. Out of sweet tea! Out of everything!! Food looked so bad me and my grandchildren didn't even eat it . Worst service! Seriously everyone standing around on phones! It was the worst!!

Second time I've been to this location and been told to pull up and my order will be brought out to me only to be forgotten about. First time I was gonna be late to work so I drove off without rest of my order, second time I had to park get out and go in and ask, only to overhear the lady I had asked about my order tell the other workers "this is what she has been waiting on" so they knew and let me sit outside waiting on nothing. I've worked in food retail before for over ten years and was even management - very bad customer service and business on their end. I was highly disappointed.
I ordered at the Kiosk and as I was waiting on my order to be made I heard the workers complaining and screaming about my order. After hearing them say this isn’t a Starbucks because I got a frappe with an espresso shot, I received my frappe and it was very watery. Terrible service. Everyone needs to learn some decency in there.

Longest drive thru wait on some sorry workers
First of all I want to start off by saying that my drive thru experience was HORRENDOUS. The mics sucked and nobody could hear me, leading to multiple failures to acknowledge the meal I wanted. Once I was able to order my meal (40 piece chicken mcnugget) things were okay. However, when I arrived home, each ten piece box contained 6 nuggets. This is absolutely outrageous when I have to spend 15 bucks on 40 nuggets and not even get half of what I paid for!!!
Updated 7/11/25: picking up a DoorDash delivery order and the kids in there tonight could not stop cussing and making fun of one another long enough to do their jobs. And what do you know…not a manager in sight. I do know who the manager on duty was if corporate would like to contact me directly. DO better!! Ordered double cheeseburgers with NO onions and this is what I received! My son cannot eat onions! This place is absolutely ridiculous, including their employees who clearly can’t read!
Ordered a Happy Meal for a toddler and asked for a 3 an under/toddler toy. Was given a regular kids toy and was refused a 3 and under toy when asked to swap. Employees were very rude and stated McDonald's only has 1 type of toy. I can go to any other location and get a "SAFE" toddler toy without any issues.
This McDonald's just likes to mess around and scream and talk up a storm, me and a family were waiting at the counter for 20mins before someone decided to notice us, then after they got done taking the family order they went back to talking about random stuff non stop
Ordered food on the fly since I’m stuck at work for 12 hours today- thought what the hell, let’s give it a whirl! I ordered 10 pc Chicken nugget meal- there were no fries and the nuggets were cold. Like really called back to see if they could bring them, they said they couldn’t leave the property.. I said ok, I’ll meet them curbside- waited a good 5 minutes after I knew she knew I was there and told her I had been waiting, and she basically said that I would have to wait my turn!
We waited 30 minutes at least for two caramel frappes and one carnal macchiato. I left my Macchiato at the restaurant because it literally looked like Carmel on bottom of cup with milk poured on top. It tasted like water and skim milk and tons of caramel. I and my Fiance will never go back there again. This is not the first problem I’ve had every trip there’s an issue. It’s not worth getting the problem fixed it’s so bad.
What a theatrical fast food establishment we spent 35$ with them just for them to send us on a goose chase for 2 large sweet tea’s we ordered. The fast food people listed our order off to us and when we got to the window and asked for our drinks it was like a deer in headlights. How embarrassing it was to go through so much for two simple drinks she could’ve made at the window. Asked for cook to order food too and the fries were cold too. How hard is it to give people good service or at least admit fault when wrong!
We went to this McDonalds everything was good till we started eating the chicken nuggets, we were eating in the car (it was dark) and for some reason the nuggets were soggy and cold, I didn’t think anything of it till I turned my flashlight on and some of the nuggets had yellow spots, yes that’s right YELLOW SPOTS!!! I didn’t know I was ordering food poisoning with a side of fries with my meal. I’m truly disgusted. Please feel free to zoom on my nuggets and see that yellow l🤮🤮🤮

Absolutely terrible. Every single time do come here I’m told to pull forward without a doubt. I ordered a medium strawberry banana smoothie. That’s it. And told to pull forward while I saw it sitting on the counter. Then he brings out a different one that is small. We told him it was the wrong size and he goes back to get it and we are still sitting here 12 minutes later. We had to tell another lady we were still waiting. Also. The smoothie isn’t even blended. It’s crushed ice with the smoothie mix on top. Never a good experience here.
Sad experience at this McDs. Ordered with the app. They had the code when I arrived. They asked me to pull to spot 1 and park at 8:30 pm on June 26, 2025. At 8:50 three other cars were parked in the DT spots. At 9:00 pm, the three other cars got their orders. I waited another minute, then went in. The store was in disarray. People upset and waiting at front counter. I said: I need some food or my money back. A young lady discovered my order was gone! But I presented the receipt, she got my order in about 3 minutes. Manager was clueless. This store really needs some management training. Nobody apologized. Nobody offered to do something to offset my bad experience. This lady in a manager uniform walked around like she didn't know what planet she was on. I guess it was salt to the wound, but the food was actually delicious. DT workers were courteous. The young lady that helped me inside was courteous. Obvious poor management. Worst McDs experience I have ever had.

After putting my order in wrong, I was told I have to drive around and back through the drive thru to have my order fixed. Then when I explained that I didn’t want to “add” I only wanted what I ordered they said they would fix it. The order still is not correct and I still had to go inside. This McDonald’s is inefficient and the staff memeber at the second window was extremly rude. 10/31 I have sat in line to pick up an online order for over 1hr. This is the most ridiculous drive through I have ever experienced. If I had not ordered online I would leave like everyone else. If your management wants to know why you lose so much money, it’s because no one that had paid yet is willing to wait over an hour.
Oil was dripping down my hand from the fish and it tasted bitter from bad quality oil they use to cook. Customer service was disappointing and overall concerning, especially nation’s health and obesity issues. This is why I have to choose Chick fil A.
The food was poor. The trash cans were overflowing. They had no lids stocked at the drink dispenser. I made eye contact with 4 employees that immediately walked away from me. I had to almost shout to get one of them to huff and hand me a lid. We were not greeted when we walked in. The only words an employee said the entire time was "here or to go?" We will never eat at this place again.
I understand that covid has caused staff shortages and longer wait times which i have accepted but the quality of the food i received during this visit.....No excuse! and this was the remake after waiting in the drive thru line twice. The manager on staff had the audacity to tell me she watched them make it the 2nd time. If that's the case then she's the real problem
Didn’t get OUR order and had to take it back just to find out 7 other people didn’t get theirs right either, doctor pepper and sweet tea tasted like MOLD! And pretty sure me and my friend got food poisoning from the drinks. DO NOT COME HERE!
Asked for a cheese burger but got a cheese burger with 8 dead Cokrochis and my drink had a dead fly in it. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL
Rudest workers i have ever had an experience with. I placed an order with my family and the women in the back immediately started making disrespectful statements regarding our meal, all while being so loud, we could very clearly hear them. We also ordered our food to be walked to us, and they didnt even do it. Our frappes were watery, and when we were speaking about it, the cashier yelled, "I'M SORRY?" At us. Tomatoes
Manager with attitude!! I went with my family for early breakfast at 6:00 in the morning we orders food from Kisko for take out and then my kids decided to eat inside so we asked for try and she had attitude face like why you order takeout , we ordered cookies which wasn’t ready with order and she brought it latter on and throw the bag on table … really that’s how you treat your customers also we order 6 grape jelly she only gave as 5 and one strawberry jelly which is we never order and my husband went to the desk to ask her for 1 more grape jelly and she even refused to answer and ignored completely!!!! And then another lady came and gave him one grape jelly . Overall food was good but the staff need to be improved on without attitude.. with smile and more respectful.
(It’s McDonald’s, how much do you expect?) I just had to share what I saw when I went into the dining room to pick up a DoorDash order this evening. This is a shame and absolutely disgusting. There were multiple employees working, there is no reason for this other than pure laziness. Get it together, this is totally unacceptable.
Worst meal I’ve ever had took 30 minutes to get the food as we sat inside at a table and there was nobody else here the bun on both big Macs was so hard and so dry and the burgers were way over cooked. Nobody knew what we ordered and kept asking us questions. It’s very simple follow the screen do your job this place sucks
I am really cheering for this location. My co-worker surprised me with a frappe. They FINALLY got a new machine (its been over a year). I was sooo excited, however the Frappe was not good, it wasn't frozen or anything. I assumed my co-worker left it in the car too long, so I went back the next day to treat another co-worker who loves Frappe's more than me. 1st mistake, I sat & watched the lady try to create a Frappe, she finally gave up and asked me to park. I did for 12 minutes! She cleared the entire drive thru, I blew the horn to remind her I was there. When I received the Frappe, not only was it not full I had to get a small because they ran out of large cups it was like milk, not frozen although it did have ice (chunks of it at the bottom of the cup). Machine has arrived, but it is still BROKEN.
This location prioritizes drive thru over orders that have been placed in the store. The lobby is always full with the kitchen and management completely ignoring the lobby and giving snarky looks when asked about orders. If you can’t run a restaurant without communicating to your guests in the lobby about the wait, just shut the lobby down and focus on drive thru
Worst mcdonald's in ga, can never get an order right and food is always cold or bad quality. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This is the type of product mcdonalds in commerce sells its customers. This burger is not cooked. They served My wife and kids this raw meat. Extremely angry. The lack of attention from the cooks and lack of good management is ridiculous. This is how you get sued and go out of business.
My order was incorrect. Got 4pcs chicken nuggets happy meal instead of 6pcs and no apple juice. Also, no fries with my combo. We were just passing thru so it sucks for us. Couldn’t go back. Always check ur order first.
Slow even when there is no one else in line. It took 5 minutes just to take my order in the drive thru. Got my order wrong. Refused to correct it and the food I did receive was cold.
This is like the 8th time this location has gotten my order completely wrong or didn’t ring my order in right. It’s not hard to run POS at the drive thru when you have two people on headset. I swear this location is getting worse and worse and at this point, I can’t even blame workers or management. This is why corporate needs to get off their high horses and actually check to make sure their stores are running smoothly. If it isn’t RAW quarter pounders, it’s wrong orders or orders not being rung in properly. I’m sick of it. There is no “do better”. It boils down to losing business and money.
We went by at 6:40 this morning. We were in the middle of ordering when the cashier started talking to someone else over the head set. When she finished talking the told us to pull around to the first window. I told her that I was not done ordering, she told me that she already sent our order through, so I would have to add on at the window, even though she was the one that got distracted in the middle of taking my order & sent it through w/out asking me if I was finished. I get to the window & add on to my order since she wouldn’t let me finish at the window. My order was 2 sausage & cheese McGriddles, 2 sausage & egg McGriddles, 1 chicken McGriddle, 2 hashbrowns, a large sprite, & a smoothie. The lady at the window proceeds to yell at another employee telling her that there would be 4 sausage mcgriddles in the order. She confirms our food & we pay. We get our food & there are only 2 sausage McGriddles in the bag, w/ nothing but sausage & 2 hashbrowns. I told them I needed the smoothie. They told me to pull up. I proceeded to wait 20mins for the smoothie. I checked the receipt & the woman only rang me up for 2 McGriddles, plain & 2 hashbrowns. My partner had to go into the restaurant to order our breakfast on the machine & pay even more a second time just so we could have what we ordered b/c the woman at the window was being rude & acting like everything was our fault even though we were very clear. In all we spend 40mins at McDonalds this morning & about $50 just to get the breakfast we originally were ordering. This cashier has given us problems before & is the only one that messes up our order & then proceeds to get rude & get an attitude w/ us, even though she is the one that messed up. She refuses to take accountability & make things right. Do better.
The location was clean and well kept. I noticed food service workers touching food without gloves and no hair nets or tied up properly. Food safety should be a strong priority. I was in the location at 2 pm 10/30/25 so please advise workers on the clock about this issue
This McDonald's never had apple pies ready. I eat them 3 to 4 times a week and every single time i come in i gotta wait 12 to 15 mins . Waste 1 hour of my life a week. And i they know i come in around a certain time a few times a week and never have any ready. Dont offer me a free or extra apple pie for all the time i have to wait. Terrible service atleast offer something when they know how long i have to wait every time multiple times a week but ask for donations for a coworker needing a little help. They even watched me donate to the cause and still offer nothing. Ask the owner of the franchise. He or she has enough damn money help out one of your employees instead of asking us to help out
dear McDonald's customer service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of an employee at ur store this morning my mom had an unpleasant experience with a staff member wearing a yellow shirt who was unnecessarily rude to her during her visit. this is not the 1st time this has happened she has encountered this individual being disrespectful and her attitude is consistently unprofessional and unwelcoming as my mom being a paying customer I would expect her to be treated with basic courtesy and unfortunately that standard is not being met. until this issue is addressed my mother has said she nor any of her friends will no longer be taking there business to this location . I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure better customer service moving forward.
Everything I ordered besides my nuggets were incorrect. I ordered on the app and I even told the woman at the window “no cheese or anything on my hamburgers besides meat and pickles” there was ketchup cheese mustard onions and everything on all my hamburgers and me and my family are all allergic to cheese. On the app I even took off every condiment and cheese and topping and yet it was still there . Even says it on the receipt !!! And there’s no way to get a refund that’s unacceptable .
Double filet-O-fish at the drive-thru. Ordered a double, at the first window the order was read as a single filet. I politely told the employee it was a double. Anyway, they pulled the bun off and added another piece of fish. The bottom half of the large fries was stale, while the top half was hot and fresh. I feel that was intentional. I feel duped.
