Considering this location is one of 8 locations in all of San Mateo County, it's pretty relaxed. Recently remodeled, the restaurant is bright and has ample seating. The food is as expected and you get relatively speedy service. Dining tip: use the app for pick up in person on at the drive thru. The app has deals but the coupons you get in the mail are even better!

Maria without question is the nicest and most genuine cashier and adds to the guest experience. The order is always correct and she's the perfect ambassador. Other times of day with lack of masks and questionable hygiene standards the operation can feel shady!

Nice newly constructed Burger King. I definitely would recommend eating in and ordering a Whooper!

Finally open after reconstruction. I ordered my food, had some trouble being understood since I have a special order. I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I can't have any on sandwich or salad. On handy manager was able to assist to get my order in. The seating area is quite nice, but over all the place is smaller than before. I don't think they will be able to handle a rush hour.

The food here is good, with one trick. You have to get the correct order. This is a complete and total crap shoot, and my experience here says that you have less than even odds on it happening. It's a Burger King, so this review is about the specific location. Customer Service at its absolute worst. I was here about a month ago, and ordered a combo with a side salad. Got it home, no salad, fries. Went back and had them replace the meal. I made the rookie mistake of not checking the meal again immediately on the spot. Got it home only to find that they had given me a caesar salad instead of a side salad (considering I ordered ranch dressing, this should have been a pretty big clue to the moron filling the order.) I went there again earlier this evening, against my better judgment, and when I got home, they just gave me the completely wrong sandwich. It is obvious the people that are working at this Burger King do not read or comprehend what they are being told to fill, and there is no interest from the management to improve the situation at all. When the orders are right, the food is fine. However, you have less than even odds on getting the correct order. Stay away. Far far away.

It was very clean inside and out and the parking was ample, and the service was really good. The food was better than the other burger joints in the area for the price.

Went here for a quick hunger fix and regretted it. I always order the same thing for breakfast when I'm at burger King the croissant sausage sandwich. Well this place not only was the lady not that nice but the sanwhivh was undercooked. Yucky. I wouldn't let my pup eat it.

They either completely forgot my order or gave it to someone else been waiting for 20 minutes for a whopper while other 10 other customers got theirs.

I decided to walk a bit and eat near home, so I went into Burger King. The sign said they were open until 9:30, and I was there at 9:01. They let me in because the door was open, and when I ordered, the cashier told me they were only selling takeout. What a waste of time! They're supposed to close at 9 when the sign says 9:30. It's an unreliable place; I've been there many times, and there's always a reason why they won't let you eat there. Besides, the employees hadn't even noticed me; they were all on their phones until I said "Hi" right in front of them. Then they realized I was there.

When I asked for a replacement, I was informed by the staff that I would have to purchase a new drink, as this location operates under a strict rule of one cup per person. Eventually, the staff opted to help me by not making me get in my hands and knees to retrieve the cup I paid for. Food was ok.

She was rude and today I had a coupon with me for the order and I was told the coupon can only be used at a certain time of the day. Third time I go in the morning and not on the same week or month and the shake machine is not working. Asked for syrup and non was in the bag. For being newly remodeled and so forth, the owner did become cheap while putting in the old machines back in the the new place. At the most have them serviced or replaced.

Even though it's supposed to be that the customer is always right, you really got to hate how some of the co-workers treat the customers. Overall it ain't right, and instead of hiring desperate people. They should hire people who are more than willing to get working because at least those people cares a lot about their jobs. I am never ever ever going back there again.

Happened to work in the area the last couple days and came here twice. Let me tell you, the service here is below mediocre. As the other review has mentioned, the lady working the morning shift is not fit for the job. She was rude and today I had a coupon with me for the order and I was told the coupon can only be used at a certain time of the day.
