I have extreme food allergies that make eating out a miserable experience for everyone involved. I have to make adjustments and ask about ingredients. It takes longer to take and make my order. It's embarrassing. This location is extremely kind and patient every time I come. More than one employee has taken the time to ensure that my order is correct so I don't get sick and answer my dumb questions I forgot to Google before driving there. Sarah in particular has provided outstanding customer service to the point where I remember her name and hope she's the one on the intercom if Im coming in at an undesirable time. I had a horrible experience at the Prince location tonight that made me extra grateful for every single interaction I've had here. Even if it's more convenient to visit Prince while I'm at work I'll start driving out of my way to this location just to continue not being ashamed about my order.

Passed by today with my school thinking I was gonna wait 30 mins for food. I was wrong. barely a minute passed by and my food was already in my hands and was really good! I want to shout out Luis who works there for his wonderful service he provided. I think they should give him a raise!

I have no words to describe how I was treated at this location! It was my first time and the staff is soooo nice. Specially the guy who took my order, his name is Tycaron, I dont go to Chick fill oftem but he was patient enough to go trough the menu and even suggested a sauce for my salad( the avocado lime was delicious, tks) Everyone checking to see if the food was good, with a smile on their faces, they even offered to refill my drink! I would be back many times. The store is in Conway, AR 1115 E Oak St I'm impressed Thank you for making my lunch time great!

Wow. Beyond incredible service here by the staff and manager, this was my first visit to a chik fil a and I was blown away. By the time I got my receipt the food was ready and fresh and a nice gentleman walked it out to a table for me, they walk around and ask you if you need anything extra brought to you or a refill on your drink. Best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in my life!

This was one of the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I was in a bad accident the day before, and they went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast was amazing. Thank you to the cashier for making me her person of the day.

Great Chick fil a experience as always. Very organized, drive thru line moved quickly. Customer service was great and food was delicious 😋. Wish they would open one closer to us .. the best food in Arkansas!

The food is declining and I mean declining bad. What ever changes you all have made to the food is noticeable and should be changed back to the original way immediately. Please.

I don't frequent there. My granddaughter likes their food. A bit pricey for me.

Ordered a mobile order and arrived at the restaraunt, I didn't order anything odd or weird. I went through the drive through, they pushed me over to curbside so i did not hold up the line. They forgot and or lost my order. Only when i went inside and talked to the manager on shift did it actually get remade. All in all a drive through visit took 32 minutes. Just go to panda.

Been nice to get a sauce with the DRY chicken sticks. Wife got an over priced DRY chicken sandwich....will NOT return!! Place is over rated in my view. At least Popeys is a bit better and closer to home

I never in life experience this at a Chick-fil-A where I ordered through the drive-through Get to the window my order was incorrect. It was told that I had to pay for the correction not only was it incorrect dressing choices, incorrect even the items I asked for verbally was incorrect. I asked for a large they give me small at first I wanted a refund, but I Allowed them to keep it and just kept the frost for my son because we both just got out of work in school on top of dealing with a terrible headache. I was not willing to go back-and-forth with a manager who should have known customer should always be right it’s not my fault if the person took the order incorrect it was on the ticket. Why am I having to have my phone over to repay for something that I was told I already paid for?

I have experience what I felt of discrimination twice, by employees of Chic fa li. As of 2/219/26, my daughter and I went to get something to eat on my break for my second job. The cashier took my order and after I paid out everything done on the counter as in my drink, straws and receipt. Wouldn’t put it in my hand and I remind you it was slow and the other cashier had the one girl that was ordering next to me no one else was ordering or in line. The guy next to us took her order and handed items to hers the guy who assisted me was no in a rush before or after we came he was just standing there. When I moved after getting my water from the counter they followed us to the other spot and ask me if I wanted my straws, receipt, and drinks then proceed to put everything down after I had my hand out for them. Then came with my daughter ice cream and sat it down in the counter than walked back to the counter and stood there. I asked for the manager and the manager came and said yeah okay what’s the problem after o told him what happen. Then proceeded to to say that how we do things here and I do it all the time. Remind you I been here several times and that happened twice and both time spoke to manager about them refusing because it was a refusal when my hand was out.

Just left 5 mins ago. The 2 employees taking orders in drive thru. Stood there looking at me trying to see who was going to take orders. When I got to the pick up I asked for sauce for my dry deluxe chicken sandwich and was told to grab some at the condiment station. How hard is it to hand me 1 sauce and I’m parked right at the door where the food comes out at! Sad and stupid!

I have never gotten the correct order at this store. My final breaking point was ordering my meal, having them repeat it to me, driving up to the window, having them hand me a bag, while repeating the order to me again, and then driving 15 minutes home, just to find that they didn’t give me the correct order. I know I could’ve checked, but I figured since two employees literally repeated my order to me, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, especially when my order was simple (3 12 count nuggets). It felt like the whole store was playing a prank on me or something. I’m never going back to this location. This is like the fifth time this year it’s happened, and I can’t remember the last time I got the correct order.
