Never had this problem before, so this is disappointing. Girl put 3 pieces of cold cut on my sandwich, so naturally I asked for more. And for the first time ever of me being at a subway, they charged me an extra dollar for 3 extra pieces of cold cuts. I'll just go to the one in Walmart, thanks.
Clean establishment. Staff has an obvious prominent English language barrier problem, understanding & being understood is extremely difficult. Food preparation assistance by customers is an obvious difficult task when food prepares only serve small portions & visibly hesitate to add more when asked. New “Protein Bowl” is served way visibly small & obviously below clear indication line..👎🏽 * Have seen people served without wearing Masks 😷 🦠

They were out of teriyaki chicken so the man scooped regular chicken into it and squirted teriyaki sauce on it and in front of me mixed. Up the chi in to use on my sandwich. The bathroom seems to always be out of order. I used a coupon (Buy 2 footlongs for $12.99) and they upcharged me $2 per sandwhich and instead of $12.99 it was $19. Why is this the only subway that upcharges on coupons?
I’m an Uber Driver. during covid (which is understandable) they claimed their bathroom was out of service. NOW I recently went to finally get food from them and I asked to use the bathroom the man told the lady then claimed i couldn’t. As i’m leaving with my food, this man in a rush ask to use the bathroom she opens the door and somethings wrong inside of the bathroom so he goes to the back and uses the bathroom in the back. So i‘m confused on why he could but i couldn’t. NEVER returning again!!! I wouldn’t waste my money here, plus they’re just sloppy.

Got a tuna sub, barely any tuna, all lettuce , and the tuna that was on there smelt so bad and was brown. Also got the new Baja steak and Jack, no jack cheese, no onions, no chipotle sauce and barely any meat. Only thing that was done correctly was the grilled chicken bowl Like what is up with you guys.

I just want him an employee throw up in front of the store. She eventually went back to work. No one would know that they allow sick employees to serve food and I myself would not have believed it if I didn’t see it. Gross.

This subway migrated from route 112 to here. Subway subways franchise offers coupons for some reason they never accept the coupons which I have a problem with if you’re part of a franchise and there’s a sale going on you’re supposed to participate with that sale so I’m reporting them to corporate and their daughter is nasty and the owner adds on prices to the coupons to what he thinks he should charge so I will not be going back to the subway.
I walked in today and they had only flat bread. I kept asking for garlic and herb..it wasn't a language barrier, they didn't bake anything else 😢. If you have construction or painting going on ,you should close the store. It was a disgusting atmosphere..
Wow this place is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. They pull the cold cuts from behind a? , somewhere you can not see and the vegetables are not very good looking.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my sandwich and the man was on the phone the whole time to start. Then I had a $2 reward on the app from my previous purchases that I wanted to use. The machine would not scan the barcode on my phone and the manager/cashier told me that I could use it another time. I told him I'd like to use it today because it expires soon and I received the reward and would like to redeem it so I asked him if there was a way they could honor it seeing that it is on my account. He responded that he couldn't and it was late he had to leave so I had to use it next time. So I responded to him saying that it was 10pm and the store hours are listed open until 1030pm. So then he was able to take the $2 off of my meal. I thanked him and paid but then he wouldn't give me my receipt and told me to never come back to this store. So I said excuse me and he replied that he doesn't want my business there and to never come back. Never in my life have I been told that I could not go to a store or been shown that type of customer experience. It was not my fault that his machine wasn't working properly and I go to subway quite often and use their rewards program so I should be able to use the rewards that I have been rewarded without being told never to return. I could not believe that that was how this man talked to customers. I was completely appalled. He wouldn't even give me my receipt or let me earn the points for that visit. This man was the most rude person I have ever met and I work in retail as well.
They had a small sign saying they were not accepting any Buy 1 Get 1 coupons due to high food costs. We all have high food costs these days. I went elsewhere. Hope they go out of business for being greedy.

Me and a friend came in yesterday and the guy working there was rude we had a coupon but he said both sandwich he had to charge 2 dollars we didn’t like the way he talked to us so we walked out and got food elsewhere

Wanted buffalo chicken on my flatbread, but they said they didnt have any, yet all the subways ive been to always just pored buffalo sauce on the chicken and gave it to me. Its like they didnt even try to work with me. they are just there to just make their paycheck. wasnt happy.
