Good place to stop by with groups, The Driver gets a complimentary meal at McDonald's so the bus driver stops here. The food is, good no oily, fresh crispy French fries 😋, and customer service and order delivery are very efficient.

Was the bus driver for a sports team that played nearby. I'm sure they were not to happy about the unannounced visit by 20 or so hungry teenagers, but the staff handled the rush professionally and efficiently. Everyone enjoyed their food. I loved my milkshake!

omg the cashier was so insanely nice helpful brought me happiness. The fries were perfectly salted and crisp i highly recommend coming here even if its out of the way. Side note if you get a cashier with black ponytail and a deep voice shes amazing friendly helpful

We ordered just a couple of things around 10pm. It was clear the place was extremely short staffed because of a note saying the inside was closed and they were closing early. Not only were they still open past that time, but the person at the window and on the speaker was very friendly!! She kept a nice pace but I didn't feel rushed. Also-- the fries are the best I've had in a while. Thank you, McDonald's!

This McDonald's was clean, food was quick, and the decorations were fun. This McDonald's has a music theme going on, and even has a piano that plays music on its own, quietly serenading guests. Good for a pit stop if you're on the road. Not the best bathroom though - they should fix the massive gaps in the ladies room stalls so you can't see people using the bathroom.

Overall very clean. Last night they were closed because of the lack of help. Luckily they were open tonight. Got out just in time before they locked the doors at 9PM. The timing of the food was pretty good. But I did not get a receipt.

Thank goodness we looked in the bag before we got back on the road. Went inside and the manager was very busy, obviously, being they had a bus. He acted very annoyed. Not sure if it's because of us wanting our correct food, that we were shorted and our order wasn't checked before it was given to us, or if it was because of how busy it was. Hopefully his day got better. Other than that .. no complaints. It's a typical over priced McDonald's. 99¢ to add one slice of cheese on a McChicken is ridiculous. 🙄

The service was quick but we got food to go and didn't check the order. They forgot our chicken nuggets and we were already headed home from a volleyball game. Bummer ... Otherwise bathrooms were clean and staff was polite.

First time stopping at a McDonald's for food in years (10+, maybe over 20 for myself). Teen French fry and nuggets 'connoisseur' chose for something different. I went ahead and ordered a Qtr Pounder w Cheese for myself versus trying to stop at multiple places. Burger and fries were good enough, with the burger surprisingly tasting more natural than I remember from the late 90s. One of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. Toilet water was flooded on the floor, the smell was pretty bad, the toilet paper dispenser in the stall extremely close to the wall that you made it difficult to get paper out. Ordered "Table Service" thru app. Took 14minutes for wrong food to be dropped on front counter in To Go bag. Then ordered ice cream cone thru "Table Service". This clean store was my daily stop as I was commuting thru to Syracuse daily for two weeks. I found this location right off exit with ample parking. The service on all 8 stops were mediocre. Staff were never too friendly, very monotone. The speed and accuracy depended on the counter help. The kiosk was out of receipt paper two days in a row - same kiosk. The restrooms were always clean. Oh ya, and thier frosty machine was "broken" - imagine that. 3 out of 8 days. No one ever reads reviews before going to fast food. It's sad we in society have accepted okay service with just okay food as our standard.

Good staff, fast service. Good space for parking as well as drive through. If they could have the outer sitting place little clean. We always come to this Mc Donalds even in summers it is never clean out side so that kids can sit and enjoy. Otherwise it is a good place to come with kids.

Still not allowing indoor dining (maybe a corporate decision?), yet not very clean...mess of the kitchen can be seen from register. Workers seemed very rushed and annoyed by lunch orders (drive thru was busy, inside not so much, yet they were rather short with people inside).

Its a McDonalds and its fast food. Clean but always busy. Lucky to get the whole order right the first time. Biggest issue is every other place in the area doesn't charge for tiny cup of BBQ sauce or extra condiments but these guys are drill sergeant about it.

Our experience wasn't good. We went to the lobby at 7:45am. It was still locked. We called and asked the manager why it was locked we got a reply "well if the employees would do their job and come to work on time i would open the lobby" then hung up. Since we were on foot, we tried walking up to the drive through to order and told we were allowed to do that. So how were we supposed to order food?????? It was our fault!

I take lettuce off of my mcchickens and 8-10 times there's always lettuce on them I'm glad I'm not allergic.. then when i come back through the drive though I'm always given a hard time about getting my order fixed, all because I never ask for the receipt when I pay. Very aggravating

Food prices are going up and staff initiative is going was down! Never get my orders correct, never fresh when stressed " make it fresh". About to start carrying around a thermos of coffee so I don't ever have to get one from another McDonald's again. When I ask for a NEW, FRESH, pot to be made and they say it will be 3 minutes I half expect to have a FRESH, HOT coffee but nope it's still burnt and only half full. On top of that they hardly ever give you a stir stick... How am I suppose to stir my coffee ( with my fingers) so over fast food. I don't have time anymore!

Used the app to order ahead. Sat outside at the curbside pickup. Entered my pickup spot number in app. Sat 20 minutes. After I got out to go inside I'm yelled at from drive through window asking if I had a mobile order. Replied I did. 5 minutes later manager brings me my drinks saying she doesn't know how mobile order system works thought I was going to front counter. A couple minutes later another worker came out with my happy meals saying she didn't know how mobile order worked and she thought I was coming through drive thru. 5 minutes later I go inside to get the rest of my good that they forgot. The happy meals had new fries but all other food was a half hour old at this point. Mobile order has been available at this location for months. Apparently not even the managers are trained on how to do this aspect of the job.

We were in the drive through and got 3 of our 6 meals ordered and the guy over the speaker kept messing up drinks and then decided I stead of asking g would there be anything else/does that complete your order or anything else he totaled out the order. (Only 3 meals had been ordered) so when we told him that's not the whole order we have more meals to order, we were told "well you're just going to have to give me the rest at the window" very rude, unprofessional even at the window he was rude with my sister-in-law. We finally got our food 10 min later and still had to go inside because food was missing.

I came in on July 9th. The food was terrible. The fries were undercooked, which is funny because we sat near a sign that said " Crispy Fries". The chicken nuggets were soggy. The staff seemed to have it together and the store seemed clean. It's disappointing that the food is not good.

Service was fast. Person who took our order was pleasant. Burger was good but fries wouldn't even be accurately described as like warm. As we were pulling away from the parking lot and opened the bag to eat the fries were cold and dry. If we hadn't already left, we would have gone back and requested a different serving.

Girl with long red hair and glasses is very rude. We go to this McDonald’s a lot since it’s right down the road and across from my daughters job. After working all night my daughter wanted food so we stopped in the drive thru the girl made us wait like 5 minutes to order was rude sounded like she was using a vape when I asked for a cup holder she rolled her eyes and wouldn’t put the drink she handed me in the cup holder when I had no where to put it to grab the cup holder which I can understand if she wasn’t so rude for the rest of the transaction. These workers get paid more than enough to fake hood customer service and I know cause I worked for McDonald’s for over four years! They need better training and more accountability for being rude.

It's Monday June 13. Drive thru at 10:50 pm for some hot fries before heading home. They sucked! Barely warm, hardly any salt... Disappointed. How hard is it to serve decent fries? And the girl at the serving window...maybe she just had a bad hair day?

Ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, a sweet tea extra ice and a coke. The lady at the drive thru told me this was coke and this was sweet tea. Get home and they are both Coke’s and my egg McMuffin had egg shells the size of my thumb in it. Tried to call to complain and got an answering machine. This will be the last time I go to this location.

My husband and I went thru the drive thru today and my daughter's cheeseburger wasn't fresh and hot it looked disgusting she wouldn't even eat it and she isn't a picky little girl. Employees refused to give me my food that I prepaid for before WALKING to their store and have made me and my friend stand outside and wait for over half an hour at 6am for our food. Worse experience ever. Went through the drive-thru this morning ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and a Dr Pepper. Was at the first window to pay for my order. When I was waiting for my card back at the next window the lady had the bag of my items hanging out at the second window before I was even done paying. She hands me my bag and drink and away I went. I looked in the bag they never gave me my hash browns and then I was taking a sip of my soda and come to find out they gave me tea. Worse experience ever. I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a McDonald’s. First off, if your app and online hours say you’re open until 11 PM, then be open until 11 PM. We pull up, and the store is closed. Fine. Whatever. We try the drive-thru, and it’s a nightmare—37 cars deep. After waiting forever, we’re told you can only handle two mobile orders at a time, and for the third order, we have to drive all the way back around? Are you kidding me? That’s absolutely ridiculous and the laziest excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen. Why even allow mobile orders if you can’t process them efficiently? And why does it feel like every single time I come to this location, there’s an issue? Between the false advertising on hours and the inability to handle basic operations, it’s clear this place is run by people who have no clue how to handle a busy rush. If you don’t want to work or serve customers, just close the whole place down for good. Stop wasting people’s time with false promises and chaos. This McDonald’s is the definition of unprofessional, and it’s beyond frustrating. Do better—or don’t bother at all.

Wasn't ready for opening at 5. We ordered online and we had to go through the drive thru 2 times and wait at the window, had to waved her down to come to the window( which she had to unlock) and she told us that it will be awhile. I just ordered DoorDash from here and now I understand that is something you are supposed to take up with DoorDash but I had a hell of a time with them so I called McDonalds they said there was nothing they could do and that we probably received the wrong order which was a bag I have a box which is exactly what I ordered McDonalds just forgot my 2 medium fries, that is on them not DoorDash box was all sealed it took me 3 mins to even get into the box, that’s how sealed it was my name/receipt was on the box so it was obviously mine which again I got a box not a bag which is what I received a box. Horrible here!!! Avoid this restaurant. Their washroom is out of service. Wondering where staff and guests can wash their hands. They do have portable toilets outside the restaurant but it’s locked and for staff only. The staff rudely denied when I asked if my little kids can use it. And they can’t even make a coffee right.

I was there for dinner for my family tonight and the young man who took my order was in a hurry and kept asking me anything else. Mind you I have a truck full of children trying to make sure I get everyones order correct. The man wasn't having it from the beginning. Finally after the order was taken I pull up to the window and see the name tag, "David" he was extremely rude to me. Very disrespectful. He threw my bags of food at me and closed the window with a "have a good day thank you" I was in shock. I checked SOME of my items, which usually I do before I pull away from the window just in case something was wrong but no I was rushed by him yet again I didn't get any straws for drinks, and asked for plenty of ranch and sweet and sour. He gave me ONE sweet and sour sauce. Now I'm livid to the point of crying. He told me they are 25 cents a sauce. Then I lost it and said okay how much does 10 sweet and sour cost. 2.50 okay so how much does 10 ranch cost? He said 2.50 I said okay let's do that then. Then I gave him an extra dollar for customer service skills. The kindness level was a 1 out of 10 for him. I'm mind blown of this experience I had. So please be mindful when approaching rushy David. I stopped in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Welp I didn't eat there for sure. Walked into ladies room it's normal avg whatever. While in there found a baby GERMAN COCKROACH crawling across the floor. Oh heck no!!! That was enough for me to hurry the hell out of there!!!! Not ok mcds!!!!! Every single time I come in people at counter ignore you. I go to drive through and constantly have to wait 10-20 mins on my food. This has been happening for weeks now and fast food and the point of McDonald’s is to NOT wait for the food, it’s hot and ready to go.

Was given not even half of my order in the drive thru, even after both window tellers confirmed the items in the order. I don’t receive one whole part of the order and the meal I did receive was not even complete and Was wrong. Ordered a ranch snack wrap annd got a spicy one instead. Also got a smoothie that was just frozen ice. Literally the only thing that was correct was the French fries… Unbelievably terrible service and completion of order.

Ordered 40 PCs chicken nuggets- got a ton of little 4 PCs boxes equaled 22 PCs, ordered 2 McChicken with no lettuce they had the tags on them for no lettuce but both had lettuce, ordered a quarter pounder with no pick or onion has tang on it and still has everything on it. Had to go inside to fix order and it still wasn't right.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 950pm and they claim to close at midnight, no body came across the speaker so I drove up to the window and some young lady that acted like she’s never talk to another human in her life opened the window and said we shut it down a little bit ago and shuts window . Terrible service

I paid for my food, got to the second window and was told it would be a minute for fries to be ready so I pulled into the waiting area. I got my bag of food within 10 minutes but i didn’t receive the fries i had waited for or the sauce i requested. 😔

Decided to try them again and they actually did worse. Had to give my order 5 times. The sandwich was over cooked and missing the tomatoes. Was the only person in the drive through and still took about 8 minutes. Drive thru is horrible. Ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals and told them the drinks, sauces, everything. Get to the 1st window and they tell me it is $10.57. They charge my card as I ask them why it is so cheap. They tell me that is the price for 1 10 piece meal. When I told them I ordered 2, they had to re enter the 2nd one. Asking me 4 times about the sauces, and 3 times about the drink. When he finally finished he said my total was $11.55. The same thing was now $1 more and he had no clue why. Once I finally got my food at the 2nd window I drove the 4 1/2 minutes home and everything was stone cold.

Employees are ripping the monopoly pieces off boxes and giving it to customers who purchased the monopoly items hoping to get a prize. When I confronted the manager she told me they had received a batch of boxes with the sticker already removed. Essentially proving that they ripped them off and that she was aware of it because if that was the case why would they be giving out the boxes with no stickers when there were ones that hadn’t been ripped off available. Imagine being so pathetic as a McDonalds manager you have to steal monopoly pieces off of customers items.

If you use there in app deals for mcdelivery the scam you ie I chose free delivery and as soon as I did the changed the prices on the food to match the price as it would of been without the deal ie they upped the prices of each thing I ordered by as much as 5 dollars per item

Pull in at 1130 at night all the menus were still lit. I had to sit over 7 minutes there was probably 5 cars behind me until some very rude lady(manager) says closed over 4 times very rude. I will be reporting this to the owner Kris.

Tried to stop in at 10 pm and they were closed inside on a Friday night in July. The sign posted on the door said the inside closes at 11. Clearly that was not the way they were choosing to run the business. Several others were trying to go inside as well. Huge line at drive thru with only one lane as they blocked the other with a garbage can.

This used to be a good McDonalds but the staff doesn’t care anymore. Paid $30 for cold fries, rubbery chicken tenders, and attitude from the staff after spending 45 minutes in the drive thru. Downright embarrassing behavior from the staff when I had to go back through to ask for fries that weren’t cold. All they did was drop them back into the fryer. Do not go to this location after 7pm.

Went inside to order and they ignored me so I had to order using the self service option. Issue is I was paying in cash so once I finally finished hunting down all my items for my $74.80 order I waited almost 10 minutes at the counter to pay. Then the wait for my order could begin. The customer service is non existent in this location. I usually go through the drive thru but I always have a large order and thought it might be easier on them if I went in. Well now I probably will not come back. Very disappointed.

It’s get it’s fast food but this is completely ridiculous, they laughed when I brought it back. (There was more onion in the bag and all over my car)

It was my first time encountering raw meat in my meal at this location. The shift manager kindly offered to replace the dish, but I declined and simply requested that the food be cooked properly in the future. I wondered if the meals served before mine were undercooked. The manager promptly processed a refund, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the kitchen's service left much to be desired, as it can significantly impact the overall dining experience.

Never Give Up

Waited in line for this, drove back to work to open this, 25 mins or more in your line for this! And no explanation! I spent $25 for this meal with my friend and I got this for lunch again! Very very sad poor experience! Not to mention no straws and the guy ahead of me didn’t get his order because they didn’t get his Uber lol!
