Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is good. I've been going here for years, but recently visited, leaving me stunned with the service of one employee... he was quick, courteous, very helpful, getting my order swiftly and acurately... the uncanny part of this visit was I never asked his name??? It's unbelievable that I did indeed perform this action, with the fact that o soon will visit again... making sure I rewrite this post and include the man... he was fantastic, and so was the establishment. Fabulous. Thank you so much.

Simple fast food place, cheap and tastes good.

Haven't been to this taco bell location since the late 90's early 2000's back then it looked totally different but the service was great and staff was friendly the new design looks pretty cool now

I just went in for a quick bite earlier today and the service was amazing. Brandon and Susan (I hope I spelled their names right) were working up at the front and they were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. George worked in the back, but the service was fast and the food was perfect but the staff really made my day.

That steak grilled burrito combo has 2 little burritos with cheese melted on top holding them together. 👌 I combined them with the garlic dipper and it was exquisite, truly a treat. Warning do not eat if you have a weak stomach. 😇✌️

We try to come to this Taco Bell over the others because the Manager, Santiago, is very friendly and accommodating. He makes you feel welcome. He keeps his store immaculate. Food order is always right.

Arianna is the new girl working in the front. I was having a really bad day and she made me feel extra special. Her customer service is unmatched. She loves what she’s doing. The place is very clean, the food is excellent, and her customer service topped it off. I highly recommend this Taco Bell

We really loved coming to this business. The staff was so great, very friendly, and going the extra mile to help the customer. It is rare that you find employees who like to make the extra mile. I give them a 10+. Hopefully, corporate acknowledges this facility as an example to other facilities. That we enjoyed our food and time here. I encourage customers to visit this facility.

Newer building with drive thru, EBT friendly, and delivery. Clean with bathrooms available to customers. Employees are very friendly, they seem to be understaffed but they still work great as a team to get it done.

This was the nicest experience I've had at a Taco Bell in quite a while. The food was prepared fresh and neat. The customer service was awesome. Even ordering from the kiosk and customizing ny order was convenient. I like this store.

PROMOTE KEVIN: The service Kevin gave to me for the past two days have been more than helpful and I've been noticing he's been taking on more of a leadership role when I was there. Making sure orders were doing good, speaking Spanish to the cooks, then heading to the front to help customers. I'm not sure if he's a manager, but in all honesty with his work ethic and kindness — he should be one!

I'm updating my review to 5 Stars. If I could use the meltzer system they would be 7 Stars. That being said The entire staff at this location has been a source of positivity and professionalism. The last few months of my life have really been not great. Diego and Luz *I'll correct if needed. I'm still learning names* Have gone above and beyond customer service expectations. When I've been drowning in stress and financial instability, they've always been on shift at the right time. I don't want to leave anyone out either. Literally the Entire Staff is super friendly, engaging, and been an additional unintentional support system Idk i needed. Trippy too think how a dirt bike taco commercial would lead to 35 years of good times together. Let alone how life changing the simplicity of a smile can be. I was in a bad place when I moved back to covina. Things aren't great again yet, but damn they've kept things from getting worse by giving me even the smallest validation. I could go on. Management. On point Cleanliness On point Front and Back of House Staff On point Signage levels? On point Oh and the food is pretty fire. Always made to order and does not contain Voodoo Curses

Kinda sad when you used to go to Taco Bell, and it was affordable. I bought dinner for my kids (2) +my wife and I, and it cost 90.00 to feed 4 people? Serving sizes smaller for more money..

Very tiny portions with just barely enough toppings to fill the tacos. There are NO HIGH CHAIRS and it's hard to get a person to help at the counter sometimes since they don't take your order at all. It's all computers. We waited to order because there was a line of people against the wall blocking the other two screens to order till someone noticed there was more. However, during a recent visit, I encountered a new staff member (a woman, possibly late 20s or early 30s, with an accent) who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She insinuated that I was stealing my own mobile order, even after I showed proof, and made an uncalled-for, bigoted comment about me. Her hostility was evident, and she refused to speak to me further after the interaction. That experience left me uncomfortable, especially when I later realized my friend’s drink wasn’t even filled properly. However, I recently visited again and, aside from the freezes not being filled to the top, I haven’t seen that staff member, and service has been much better.

I ordered 4 bean, rice cheesy burritos and they were sad. seriously no beans in them like they just but the juice of the beans, sprinkled some rice and packed the sauce. My daughter ordered a bean burrito 🌯 and it looked some kind of bean quesadilla-flat all tortillas. Waste of money and time

What I do care for is the false advertising Taco Bell does. I ordered myself a chicken soft taco and was very disappointed with the amount of chicken that I received. Is was so ridiculously unbelievable that I took pictures. Buyer beware. I would never go back to this taco bell. Very Disappointed. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 30 years.

I haven't been to this Taco Bell obviously in a long time because I didn't know it was self-serve, I don't really care for that but I guess that's a personal preference. What I do care for is the false advertising Taco Bell does. I ordered myself a chicken soft taco and was very disappointed with the amount of chicken that I received. Is was so ridiculously unbelievable that I took pictures. Buyer beware. I would never go back to this taco bell. Very Disappointed. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 30 years.

So they don’t take orders at the counter anymore you have to use the kiosk. So they get a reason in California to $20 an hour but they do less work. So I chose to go to In-N-Out instead better customer service there.

Ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights, took a bite into 3 and they were all frozen and cold in the middle. When I asked if they could be cooked longer or made a new batch I was told they couldn’t cook them longer but make a new batch but that this new batch would also be cold in the center. I’ve never ordered Cinnabon delights at other locations and had them cold.
