After dealing with the chat bot I called the store and the manager on duty instantly took care of the issue and went out of his way to not only resolve but displayed amazing customer service and care with how he dealt with me. This Pizza Hut location is my favorite. The customer service is exceptional and my pizza’s are always made correctly. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and at least twice a month. I’ve never had any issues. There are other pizza hits near me but I’ve stuck with this location bc the staff makes you feel like family….super rare in customer service these days. 10’s across the board!

You will not be disappointed at this location. The quality of the product is always up to a high standard. The customer care experience is the best. The grey haired gentleman that seems to be in charge should either have his salary doubled or at least a healthy bonus.

Order online, every time. They have excellent specials on the website often saving 30 to 50% off menu prices if you pick the best carry-out specials.

This place is maybe a block from where I live it at one point was my favorite go to for quick and easy meals after a long days work but the service over the years that I believed in the area gets worse and worse I like to order online and pick upbut it seems like they always undercooked my pizza. The dough was often and always soggy. I have to put it in the oven after getting home in order to get a fully cooked pizza crust.

Food order was wrong after ordering it in person. The breadsticks was dry and hard. Mistake my husband made was not checking before he left the location. Didn't want to drive to take back to location on 4540 on Ross so called the store and talked to the person who took the order was polite and gave my husband a credit on the next pizza hut order but was disappointed in having to eat something we didn't order. Not a big fan of pizza hut.

Be aware of the cross contamination I went in today and waited for my pizza just to see a young female on her phone in the front & she presided to cut my pizza & I didnt see her wash her hands at all! to me that’s absolutely disgusting. Do better please I always enjoyed coming here till now.

I had to say pizza was great and fresh but I had a problem with manager or worker he kept on being rude in a way of smart talking me personally I took it offensive and shouldn’t be how you treat customers i understand people have bad days because I can tell by the way he smokes that vape outside all the time I come and order at this location overall great pizza but bad service from the fellow white guy very disappointing.

Extremely disappointing experience that made my business look bad. I placed a $202 order (14 pizzas) from the Ross Ave Pizza Hut in Dallas on July 13 to feed first responders during a training event. The order was confirmed and assigned to DoorDash — but the food never arrived. No one contacted me, and we waited over an hour. When I called the store, the staff said a DoorDash driver may have canceled it but weren’t sure. I had to call DoorDash myself the next day to learn it was indeed canceled. Then I called Pizza Hut customer service — the rep sounded irritated to take my call. She said the card would be refunded in 3 business days, then suddenly started saying “Hello?” repeatedly and hung up like she pretended not to hear me. No communication about the cancellation, no urgency, and terrible customer service. The firefighters never got their promised lunch, and my business looked unreliable because of Pizza Hut’s failures. Absolutely unacceptable.
