The vendor, George, literally humiliated me by dismissing my foreign accent and getting annoyed that I did not know the menu by heart, as if every customer had to be a regular. The service was very unpleasant and the atmosphere was icy. The content of the sandwich itself was not bad but the bread was frankly pretty poor quality.

How is this happening??? This is what he second place I've ordered from in a row and my sandwiches were everything except what we ordered.. I'm over ordering food. We ordered 3 sandwiches and none of them matched our order customs they were as advertised. I had to throw two out do to food allergies 😭😔😭

I wanna start off by saying the food was great and it always will be but like damn dude the worker must’ve been in a shitty mood or something. Like I get that everyone hates their job but why be snarky with me. Idk his name but he has ear piercings but he was just kinda snarky the whole time and wasn’t even slightly friendly. I’m not asking for much but damn he seemed like he hated me.

Just 1 customer was ahead of us still we have to wait for 30 minutes. When we speak up to the person who was serving, she said she is doing just her job. So subway’s employees job is to have 30 mins long non sense gossip with their friend?? Employees name is AJ. And when we asked how long we have to wait we already waited 25 mins than she said she is not going to make our order and tried to make fake phone calls to the manager at 3:00 AM. Very unprofessional behavior never expected this form subway’s employee.

What happened Subway? It just seems like nobody wants to work there anymore. You walk in they ask you if you have an online order and if you don’t, they’re not happy to serve you. It seems like more of a chore than a job. I guess just stick with Jersey Mike’s. They know how to treat people.

First of all the employees were less than thrilled to be there and when I got home my wife said her sandwich tasted like bandaids and then I bit into mine and it was even worse than my wife's. She had the cold cut and I had the tuna we figured out it was the black olives. I am seriously considering calling the health department and submitting a complaint.

I have lived in Denton for the last 20 years. In that time this particular location has been my go to for sandwiches. While not all employees are equal, i have never felt and experienced such a tonal shift and sharp decline in service that has effected the very atmosphere of the establishment. These new employees who have recently been here are some of the most aloof, hollow, insincere people they've ever haf working here. Many of which give off a very unwelcoming vibe which is reflected in the service. Having to state REPEATEDLY that i either do or dont want something, having my sandwiches remade or worse, like this last time having to get more of an ingredient given to me separately so i have to add them myself later with a flat "apology" given afterwards *i intentionally asked for alot of the ingredient the first time but while i was busy paying, onr of the 4 employees just hurriedly threw on what little they had out there and just banked on me not catching it, i did*. I will very likely have to go to a slightly further location, especially since they very well may read this review and i doubt my food would be safe going forward. A real shame.

Me and my boyfriend went in a few minutes ago to get some subway and when we came in there was a guy and he didn’t say hello or even look at us. But we waited because maybe he was doing something and 10-15 minutes later we left because he was completely ignoring us and we were upset. He was brunette and had tattoos and a beard and was ON THE PHONE with who I am assuming was his girlfriend. Was really annoying and rude and I wouldn’t recommend

Bought a cold cut trio tonight. Came home and it smelled a little sour. Bit into it and it tasted bitter. The olives were bad. I had to throw the entire sandwich away.

Three of our sandwiches were made wrong. Had to wait 5 minutes for the employee to come out of the bathroom and another 10 to restock the whole counter. Driest tuna ever and chewiest bread. Won't be back.

I stopped by this Subway with my family. While we did purchase drinks, my kids picked up a couple of extra straws to play with, and the staff asked us not to take more next time. My child also accidentally dropped a chips packet, and my wife was asked to put it back on the shelf. I understand store policies, but the way it was handled felt a bit uncomfortable as a customer. Additionally, the napkin holders were empty, which made the experience less convenient. Overall, a little more courtesy and attention to customer needs would go a long way.

I called to ask if I could get my salad chopped from an order I just placed on DoorDash. The girl who answered told me they don’t do that anymore and hung up on me immediately. I was in the middle of saying “thank you no worries” when she slammed the phone down. She seemed annoyed and was so rude!! The call lasted maybe 20 seconds and I was so nice the entire time. I’m embarrassed for even calling. Made me feel like I shouldn’t have even asked in the first place. Cancelled my order.

Very disrespectful staff. The lady working in the evening has no concept of customer service. I entered the store, they was no one in the store except me. She didnt look at me and was "foot long or half" in a very rude tone.no hello hi. As if she was not happy to see a person of color in the store.

Do NOT go here! I’ve been here twice (ordered online both times) first time there was only one guy working and the other person no showed. I didn’t get my sandwiches until an hour after it was supposed to be ready. I just ordered two sandwiches today. The second one was completely messed up. I went back to the store with a picture and my receipt. The manager inspected my photo very thoroughly (like I was trying to pull one over on them), and then said they need the sandwich and they would only remake it as a 6inch if I didn’t bring the sandwich back. So I brought back the sandwich (after pulling it out from the trash), where they proceeded to put it right where they check out other already made sandwiches. I finally got the other sandwich after having to go to subway two extra times. I did not get a refund nor anything extra to compensate for my time. (Pictures include what I ordered vs what I got).

Doing late night deliveries and there’s a number of problems. 1rst being this woman is alone here with a lot of orders I get it it’s stressful but I’m watching her lean over peoples sandwiches with her long blond hair all up in that sandwich it’s gross. Secondly I’m the only one in the building for 20 minute still no single sandwich for the order I get she has the list of things but could get people out in a timely manner if you prioritize those who walk in when there’s no in store guests not I’ll get to you and then proceeds to make 10 sandwiches still sitting here. Seriously needs some organization and cleanliness.

If i could give this a 0 stars i would i ordered 2 sandwiches a bbq chicken and when i bit into it it had a bitter taste i spit it out and it turns out there was a huge black bug in it. I will not be eating here anymore . I cut the antenas off with my knife im disgusted at the fact i almost ate that
