This is my first time at this store, There are two pickup windows 1 and 2, but when driving through, you may miss 1, because from the drive window request head up to see it. When you are missing 1. You got in trouble because the order started to confuse and the order will delay. But they finally figured the order and gave me one order for free. Anyway it's not a fault by anyone, but a sign needs to adjust lower for driver.

It's a good location. Very busy at peak times. I have had good and sometimes great service. Never have had a bad experience. Be very careful pulling in to the drive -thru from the shopping area parking lot as you have to cross in front of the vehicles that are already at the drive-thru and just getting their order. When ordering a large or costume order expect to have to pull up and wait for the order.

An excellent branch of McDonald's in a convenient location just off the highway. It was recently renovated and now has much less seating space, although it does look much nicer now! Parking is a little lacking, but there is ample space for everyone.

I go out of my way to go to this location. Always friendly and ready to serve.

I come here often because they be on point, my sandwiches never complained, asked for extra pickles this is what I got, McChicken on point not to much mayo just enough lettuce, I couldn't share the fries Bec I ate em lol idk why but everytime I come here they're fries are on point, golden crispy not too salty just right and never gives the nasty after taste of old oil. Just okay. There was a transient in front of the entrance door sucking on a pacifier. This created for some discomfort but it is understandable that it is a public place. Food was served warm by employees that typically don't engage nor smile. However, there is not a lot of expectation from mcdonalds.

I was hungry and rarely ever order fast food. After a day at doctor offices and the rehab center, I stopped to get something to eat. It was fresh, well made and thank you for easing my hunger pains. I only ordered 1 item (fish sandwich, no cheese, added lettuce and tomato). Tried making it as healthy as I could. Great job.

There are several ordering machines and they're relatively easy to use. Place is clean and good lighting. The lady forgot 1 item I had ordered and it took about 5 minutes to bring it. I'm not a big McDonald's fan but I do enjoy the breakfast menu and visit occasionally. I especially like the McMuffin sandwiches. Coffee is very good.

Service was fast and easy. There's four of the kiosks to order from, but those don't always have the promotions offered by McDonald's. The seating inside has gone down a lot since the renovation, but it's really pretty and modern. Everything feels crisp and clean, but that might just be because it's new. The wait was a little long for our food, but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind. The amount of parking has gone down as well, but it isn't as bumpy or messed up thanks to the renovation. The drive through flows better than before, but it looks a little intimidating because of where they had it start. I think that may have to do with the smallness of the lot they're on more so than the architectural design. They can only work with what they have. Other than that, the food tastes the same as it does at any other McDonalds. Whether that's good or bad is up to you.

Went in to buy gift cards for Easter for grandkids. The store was spotless. Problem was could not get $25 gift cards it wouldn't happen.. So got 2 tens for the little kids and the $25 gift cards I got somewhere else for another store. Other than that it was fine.

A bad habit, a guilty pleasure, but I can't help myself. Look, almost all McDonald's are the same. This one just happens to be closer to me and extremely convenient. They don't have any consistency. Last visit I got a quarter pounder and it was cooked to a dry, hard leather. The fries were pretty dry and hard. Probably the worst McDonald’s ever created. Took forever to take the order. Then took forever to get my order. Last purchase fries weren’t even cooked right. Ordered 20 nuggets and 2 of the new chicken sandwhiches. Something must have went wrong as we were told to go to the 3rd window but were not given a explanation as to why. 2 cars behind us got their food and drove off. A little explanation and taking the time to get the sauces I asked for instead of rushing us away would have made all the difference. I get issues and delays but this was handled badly. Wanted to give this MacDonalds a shot and now it just confirms what others have said about this location.

Kids released from school were loud and helping themselves to drinks without asking. It was not good today. McDonald's needs to do better! The reason I use the drive-thru is so I don't have to go inside and I can just go home. Unfortunately it was after my wife worked a 12-hour shift and we didn't check the order before we got home. They charged her for the egg McMuffins, the screen showed that they were egg McMuffins, but they still can't get the simplest order correct. Three items, one hash brown and two egg McMuffins. I always go to Del Taco for breakfast when I drive her even if they aren't as conveniently located because she doesn't have to throw away half of her meal. I'm not against McDonald's, I went to one the other night in the middle of the night and with 15 minutes before they closed they still made me a perfect meal.

If this is referring to the location on Diamond Bar Blvd, I drove thru to get a 6 piece nugget happy meal for my granddaughter. She munched on the fries on the way home. Tho we ordered double fries, there weren't many. She said they were kinda hard. When we got home a few minutes later, she started eating the nuggets. She found that three of them were still frozen on the inside, and one didn't have any crust on it. She ate two of the six nuggets. I find it very disappointing that with California's new minimum wage for fast food workers becoming $20.00 an hour, the food served isn't edible. This is not the first time I've had issues at this location. It's definitely one of the worst! I will go elsewhere next time.

If you use the app place oder at least 45 mins in advance they won't make it until 10 mins after you arrive and will prioritize the drive through over you.

I went through the drive-thru around 3:10 PM on 2/22. I ordered two Happy Meals, one McCrispy medium combo, and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. Told me to cancel my order in the app but it does not let me after it detects I am at the store. If their staff messed up, why can't they simply remake my order? If you go in person everything is slow and delays apart from a few select staff every single thing is a a snails pace. If you use the app you need to have ordered over 40+ minutes prior If you want food when you get there they will prioritize drivethrough over everything else even if it means taking from pickup orders. Usually I give this place 5 starts, there Always good with any Accommodations on my meals. But this Friday morning 10/30 was terrible breakfast, it was busy! But it doesn’t give them the go to give out food like this! Terrible. Hope it doesn’t happen again. I could of gotten sick 👎

Just can't "do-the-Mac! Nothing they serve doesn't taste like "chemicals." Guess that started with Engineers doing food. It just isn't worth the bite. Got coupons for smoothies. Ok what can they do to that? Well...a lot of chemicals taste like banana but nothing but a banana is a banana. I just like "real food" and there is an abundance around...it's L.A. just not at McDonald's. On my top 10 worst restaurant list!
