The hispanic guy gave me the the condiments I love without me even asking for them right when it was about to ask if looked in the bag and they were there, he literally read my mind food was nice and hot. I love this location
I regret not getting the midnight manager's name but she is literally an angel sent from the heaven's above. She is the most sweet, kind, selfless, generous person- and I am a complete stranger. She went above and beyond her duties of a manager that night. She deserves the highest of pay raise and praises!! I don't know if she will ever see this or not, but from one mother to another, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, mom of 4 in the RV heading to Houston ♥️♥️
I believe the manager was the person that took my order this morning. She was very friendly with me and all of the other customers. I got a free coffee because she felt that I had to wait too long. I had just gotten there so it was a very nice thing for her to do.
This Jack in the Box has great customer service. We got fast service in the Drive-thru. We asked for ketchup and they are not stingy with the ketchup. We had 2 seperate orders totalled about $23 for a party of 7. 😁
This restaurant is so clean from the bathroom to the counter. the staff is so nice and friendly. I go there every morning on my way to work. I drive from Mansfield. The food so fresh and hot
Excellent customer service and speedy service with getting your food to you. There's not an option for the NEW AND IMPROVED Fish Wraps. They come in Spicy and Classical. They're awesome fillers for your appetite!
I ordered inside for takeout and they had my order ready in less than 4 minutes. It was a large,family of 4 size order. The order we received was hot,fresh, and correctly made. They also put in all the condiments,drinking straws,and napkins. Great job Jack in the Box👏.

They did an awesome job. This is my new preferred Jack in the Box to go to as others have messed up orders. But not them, they got it all right! Not only that, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Their drive-thru employee (didn't get his name, but Caucasian male) noticed I was missing a bag from my order and even ran to stop me on the side street next to the restaurant! He deserves recognition from the restaurant. Great Job, will continue coming back!

LaShanda was very positive and hopeful, even though a different Jack-in-the-Box messed up on my order (they forgot the strawberry jelly, because the cashier was very rude in rushing me through my order), but Lashanda make sure that I got my strawberry jelly, even though it was not her restaurants fault
Pretty good restaurant for fast food, my favorite is the sour dough jack, but I prefer this restaurant in comparison to the other big names and the prices are reasonable so you might want to give them a try.
They as alwaya have good food solid food with some really good sandwiches.
The food is always hot and fresh but they are slow. This is not a quick drive through facility and their drive through line is always long. This may be due to lack of staff or their workers are unable to keep up with demand. At least the order is hot, fresh, and correct for that I rate them at 4 stars.

It’s a hit or miss tbh. I typically order online and the commute to this particular store and my home is typically 10 minutes and sometimes my food isn’t even being prepared. The customer service is typically good though.
I just left this drive thru and ive never been shorted on tiny tacos before, if im not mistaken the tiny tacos comes with 15 , why in the hell did i only get 11? Then im calling nd aint nobody picking up. Im so mad lol i love these tacos. & when i need all 15 I WANT ALL 15 🥴🤨
The Staff is quite rude and lack the proper training to work here. In the morning I never have any issues my food hot and fresh but you come during the evening into the later night it's a disaster I'm ALWAYS MISSING FOOD, fries hard and cold and when you tell them your problem pure hateful negative attitudes and disgusting manners. Nights here are gross, untidy, and it's like a daycare for the staff playing around not a damn care in the world about the customer or sanitation! I stopped going here after a staff sneezed straight into the food back there cooking on the grill! Get it together this is embarrassing!
Stopped here for breakfast. Being from Michigan I have these at home. The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good. The "Iced Creamaccino" is a coffee flavored milkshake, not what I thought when I ordered but it was a good little dessert for breakfast. I would have given this place 4 stars if they wiped the tables off more frequently. There were crumbs and trash on every single one.
I come to this location a lot, but this morning I ordered a breakfast jack meal w curly fries, my sandwich was not fresh and my fries inside the bag not the french fry bag. I called the facility 4 times at 4:30 am and no one replied. Really disappointed!

I don’t like this location. The employees always ask to pull around to the front to wait for my food. It’s never ready on time.. Coming to this location will make you late to where you’re going afterwards.
This was the last time I go to this location. Open 24 hours but I'm told at 6am they are only accepting doors dash or Uber eats. No drive thru. I like the breakfast and go often. Other times they just tell me they are closed. This is the worst service I have experienced only at this location.. I will find another breakfast stop on my way to work..
Experienced employee drama that manager did not handle in a more professional manner. There was no attempt to defuse ranting employee that was loud and with plenty of profanity. I even asked her if they had an office by any chance! There was no one available to take our order. Finally the girl tending the drive thru window came over and helped us. This drama continued from the time we walked in, while eating our meal, until we're walked out. Not professional at all!
I had never had any problems at this location until this last time, they took for ever to take my order on top the chicken and burger patty was so dry/hard that we were struggling to eat it. I was very hungry I didn't want to waste more time to go back and complain and for them to take even longer to service.
My order tonight was horrible. Fries were cold. Ordered egg rolls and wasn’t provided sweet and sour sauce. Also my churros had no cinnamon sugar on them. People are getting very lazy these days. Food just sucks. I’d rather cook at home than pay for someone to half do their job. Pitiful.
Sadly it was empty when i arrived. After getting tacos early in the day, i opened them ready to fest. Sadly they looked decrepit. Even tho looks can deceive, taste wasn't even worth describing. I normally like greasy and good food. But that day wasn't good enough for me had i been intoxicated. Hope y'all do better.
So came to the this place cause, should have known something up because the parking lot was empty. The restaurant was clean the service was great the food was not so good. I asked I two breakfast platters, some tacos and breakfast jacks. Eggs were dry, bacon was burnt. The tscos, which I asked for extra crispy, were not crunchy they were soft and soggy and they didn't even have any success in them. The breakfast jacks were cold. The bread felt like like it had not even been warmed and the eggs were once again dry. Terrible food experience. Gave them two stars, because at least they were courteous.
I decided to dine in and was dissapointed.The cashier was sarcastic and rude. She did not offer me choices with my child's meal she just gave what she perferred. When I received my food it was not fresh or hot at all. There was no manager on site. The inside was not tidy, and it was not stocked. Out of napkins, and straws. I felt robbed when I left. Went here last week and my order was wrong. I received all the burgers I had asked for but I specifically asked for no lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard on several of the burgers. All of them had these ingredients on them. Also when we started eating them my children and I both asked each other if they tasted weird. I opened my burger to find what looked like frozen meat patties cooked instead of real meat. I love Jack In The Box. But this was the worst burger's we have ever had from there. won't be going back!!!
This place is trash staff rude as hell especially the employees night shift the big black lady you guys have !! Trash trash trash !!! She didn’t serve us at all and called the cops on us. Jack box Not 4 me anymore, 1 bad apple spoiled the bunch 4 me , last time I stopped going 4 2yrs because of the Desoto store bad service and stink attitude and extra charges for 1 pack of secret sauce and I started going bad about 4 months ago getting those very good tacos until last week I ordered a jumbo jack no cheese and I got cheese , I really like the secret sauce and I like to drown my burger with it but I ask for 3 the assistant manager said I couldn't have 3 and I had to pay extra for 1 more because she gave me 1 to many already, but I get them in Duncanville and no extra charge, I that the manager should be replaced , I don't think she like my kind ,I'm not sure of that but that's the vibe i got , but every one else was cool , the person that waited on me had no problem with the sauce, giving me 3 sauces, I'm not going back to jack anymore
Jack In The Box 107 E Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville, TX store #4827 is ridiculously disgusting. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Jack in the Box had no sympathy nor care in the world that I found a piece of hair in my salad as well as a dead grasshopper. I definitely hope to hear back

This a 24 hour Jack in the Box we went a few minutes before 10:00 and were told we could only get food if we were Uber eats or door Dash

The JnB in Duncanville need to make sure the food is hot. My food was cold and dry. The only thing that was ok was my drink. This isn't my first bad experience there. I won't go there again
Horrible Service I went to purchase 6, 2 for $.99 Tacos. And the Hispanics ladies in there Charged me 6.09 for 6 2 for .99 Tacos. I mean they either think we can't count or their just dumb. Never go herr
No tacos. Only diet drinks, no regular drinks or sweet tea. In lieu of the tacos we wanted we ordered value bacon cheeseburgers which was mostly bread and nothing else. Garbage quality and garbage customer service, and terrible management.
I wasn't greeted when I entered the establishment. Your front register man was facing away from the register and perhaps did not see me enter. There appeared to be some type of training taking place in the immediate area. At least two other gentleman appeared to be receiving some type of instructions from an African-American young woman who made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge me in the slightest [That part is not your fault, that is how we treat each other as a people]. I finally asked aloud if I should exit and reenter the establishment. Your cashier appeared to take offense at my statement and admonished me that I was not standing in the correct position to be acknowledged and that the correct position was directly in front of the cash register. The three other people including the young African-American female just walked away from the area without saying a word. I guess whatever they were discussing regarding the logistics of your business operation was more important than the actual reason that you have a business to operate, me, the customer. I have in the past been a frequent customer there when I was helping a close friend operate what was formerly the Postal Mart, just across the parking lot from your location. Had my wife not requested Jack in the Box that day I would have left and not patronized your establishment. I hope this feed back helps you.
Just went thru the drive thru and got horrible service the person at the window was rude and avoided interaction I was not able to ask for condiments on top of that my food was not handled with care seemed like I was handed a trash bag this location has been like this for years they don't fix the problem. It's sad because this is my local jack in the box.
Since when is a 5 piece chicken nugget solely for kids meal? Tried to ask the night manager (a kid) and he got extremely rude. Shut the window and proceded to give me 10 cold fries with my small order. Asked for condiments, surprisingly they were out of everything i wanted. I sent my kid inside and guess what they handed her the exact condiments i was denied. Trash
I normally enjoy my visit to this store. I regularly would stop by in the mornings to get my coffee on my way to work. However there has been a change in the atmosphere and service lately. The coffee was old and cold. When brought to the employees attention they developed an attitude about having to make fresh coffee. Then proceeded to gather at the end of the counter with a "customer" (that I have to assume was related to the cashier or her husband by the way he was acting) and talk a lot of noise about me in spanish assuming that I could not understand them. I'll be contacting their corporate office. I won't be back to this location. I hope they close it down.
Ordered 2 chicken strips thru the drive in big mistake along with other items on the menu. Chicken strips were so hard n thin couldn't eat. Took them back the next two were small enough for a 4yr old n salty. Horrible want patronize again.
This lady working at 10:46pm on Thursday, July 20, gave my mom an ugly attitude, the audio processed to ask us what would be like and this rude person interrupted my mom yelling ‘’ONE MOMENT’’ five times in a Row giving us an ugly tone. This shouldn’t be happening and they should be fired for talking to a customer like that
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve had bad customer service in the past, but I have never had someone refuse to say a single word to me. Not a hello or even “your total is” My curly fries were mostly regular fries and cold, not to mention most of the employees had their masks below their chins. They never gave me my receipt and the girl who gave me my food was so rude. am very disappointed.
Got into the drive thru line and got to the order speaker to find a tiny little "cash only" sign above the speaker. At that point we were already trapped in the line with several cars behind and in front of us. Spent 15 minutes just waiting to get out of the line to be able to go somewhere else. Staff was not helpful or even apologetic when we informed them of what happened.
UPDATE: I went up and spoke with the manager and he issued my refund. I didn't get his name(wish I had) he was very pleasant and professional. I'm very happy to have this resolved. Thank you On June 20, 2022 I placed an online/app order at the Duncanville, TX location on Camp wisdom. When arriving at the drive-thru a lady informed us that they couldn't fullfil our order. We were told to contact the mobile app for our refund of $15.04. The only way to do this is by leaving a review through "contact us". It has now been a month and 2 days and we have yet to get a response, let alone our refund. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions.
Never will I go back to this location. The manager is disrespectful and I gave him the food back but he refused to give me my money back. Corp is replacing my money and hopefully they will find a better manager. And some employees who know how to give out the right food instead of playing with employees and being on their phone's

Well to start with, the guy was super rude to me and my sister in law. She placed her order and then told him that we had two separate orders. Told us that we had to drive around to place the second order????? He finally did the second order and we drove up to the window. He gave us our meals before the drink. Not only my cheesecake was not cold, my frys where old, also cold. One of my tacos had sliced cheese on it and the other had no cheese! Never will I return to this jack in the box. Horrible!
I went at 5 am because I thought they were open since it is 24 hr and the lady said that they were only doing DoorDash and Ubers but there was no line and she didn’t said anything else and you couldn’t see anybody there inside
Tried to place a order tonight around 630pm, got to the screen to order, I started ordering my kid something then the girl said anything else so I keep ordering, then she says what was you order, so I repeated it then she got very rude and cut me off and denied taking my order. I even think she was a manager buy didn't want to face me at the window had some other employee talk to me. I asked for the mangers name and number, her name, and his name, I also asked to speak with a manager, he claims there was no manager on duty. I insisted on the managers info so I'm sure he gave me the wrong information. But if you goto this location in Duncanville tx on campwisdom@ main Street be aware of the girl with the fade like haircut she or he is VERY rude and has NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. She needs to be demoted and retrained or fired. And the guy that gave me bogus information needs to be fired as well.
I ordered delivery off the app and I am missing food from my order. Unfortunately there is no way to notify them in order to get it corrected when you order delivery from the app and they do not answer the store numbers. I was supposed to get 12 tacos and they only gave me four and unfortunately, there’s still no way to contact the Jack-in-the-Box about the mistake to have it corrected within the day. You’re just out of luck.
This location has you order your food and then pull to the front so that it's not showing car waiting in their system. Their are 10 plus cars sitting in front at 5pm on a Saturday, waiting for food that's just sitting on the counter inside.
If all jack in the boxes in Dallas close at 12-2, than say that.. can't keep saying "their system is down" at every location.. just close till breakfast.. @whataburger is open. The least you can do is Recommend them. Thanks.
Honestly if I could rate this place a 0 I would. everytime I come up here it’s either they are not taking orders because it’s shift change, or it’s an attitude already the second I pull up the mic to order my food. Just because they having a bad day at home or wherever don’t mean they got to bring it to work and express those emotions towards customers who do nothing but try to get their food. only reason why I come here is because it’s the closest jack to me and my daughter loves their fries and shakes but I honestly can’t stand it. fix the attitudes
We just went through the drive thru and the man taking our order was very rude and yelled at us when we asked about the drinks they had since he said they only had Dr Pepper and was very short with us and got our order wrong multiple times.
There’s a “manager” that works there named Jennifer. She had the nastiest attitude for no reason. She refused to give me a receipt after I asked for a refund. She slammed the window and walked away. We sat there for 30 minutes until she sent the cook over to tell us they can’t print receipts. While we were talking to the cook we could hear her in the background calling us racial slurs, and calling us stupid because we asked for a receipt to prove we had a refund! THE COOK, finally figured out how to reprint our receipt. She was very disrespectful and rude all over a receipt! The reason I asked for a refund in the first place is because I could hear them playing , cursing and talking loud. I don’t like people playing around my food. This place is disgusting.
So it's 5:56PM 05/03/21 and I don't see a front cashier this evening ? Plus, I've been here since 5:38 waiting in the front. I made a 40$ order and I expected everything to come out right if I'm going to wait in the side. But during the whole time I seen how bad service has been and it's not even the cashier's or cooks fault. This review is for management, please stop having these workers exhausted. It's rush hour and it's impossible to expect orders to always be correct when you have no staff. As I sat here seeing customers coming in and out the door mad.
This was the WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD. The lady that took out order was rude. And then she didn’t give me back my credit card. I had to ask her for that and then she got mad at me for asking. I asked for taco sauce she said that all I have and shut the window. My order was incorrect. She shut the window mid conversation. 20 minutes later after me blowing my horn she still ignored me. I drove off overcharged.
Don't even come past 820pm. You order your food for pick up and the lobby is always locked and they make you come threw the drive thru. When you finally get to the window you still have to wait for you food and it always comes out cold, and they shove the bags at you. Not to mentionthe night staff always has attitude.
horrible the worker jennifer was rude from the start and rushed us while ordering, then when we got to the window verbally abused the cashier in front of us, the cashier was new and still learning and for each mistake she yelled at him. then she messed up our order and instead of her telling us she yell at the cashier and then ignored when we tried to talk to her . she still didn’t fix the order and we were missing items.
I went here lastnight for some food and the lady was very rude. She snatched my money and served me raw meat. I knocked on the wooden for her to give me my refund and to show her that the food was uncooked as she ignored me. Lady working during 12:20am on may 4 was really rude. Giving our food with aggression. And can’t even communicate. Didn’t even say hello or thank you or have a goodnight. She was just not speaking at all. We asked for some ranch she just shut the window on us. Horrible customer service.
Totally bad experience. I pulled up to order and was informed that they were out of tacos, fries and shakes. I placed an order but was not offered a substitution. The girl at the window was very unprofessional and rude and I asked for a refund. Upon getting the refund she asked for a credit card when I paid in cash and she argued with me that I used a card when the receipt was right there in her face. She had no name tag on so I can not identify her by name. She has no type of customer service skills and needs to be re-educated on her job.

I came through your drive thru tonight and the lady JENNIFER was very rude and kept slamming the window on top of that she didn’t give me a receipt so I can file an report on her the proper way worst customer service ever and I would like the proper website to file a report on her she gave us the worst service EVER nobody gave her a hard time but she decided to give us a hard time because she hate her job! Stood in the lobby for 20 mins waiting to give my order, and Vanessa took an order from couple ahead of me, then told me the lobby was closed. I asked her why she waited so long to tell me, and she said she didn't want to go back and forth from the Drive thru to the lobby counter; all the while, she kept checking her phone. This place is not customer friendly, save some time and go a little further out to a different Jack in the Box.
They not only got our orders wrong, but they also gave us the wrong sauces?? Like I understand that maybe you couldn't take the time out of your day to listen properly (did I mention that the girl who was taking our order through drive thru was very rude and gave us attitude the entire time?) and take our orders correctly, but at least let us ask you questions about our orders instead of you saying you could do nothing about it and telling us to just go?? Y'all weren't even busy, it was just us in y'alls line so I don't know what we did to deserve such disrespect, but I really expected better. Any other location we go to is really nice and the employees are always super chill. Wish I could have written a better review, but I don't even plan on going back to this location.
Place was horrible, service sucked, my kid got stuck in the bathroom and the ladies that were working didn't even do anything or try to get to get him out. They didn't even call the fire department until I had to go up there and do it myself.

I typically go to this location and I don't have that many problems, but this time was different. I went through drive-thru I believe the team member name was Jose on the receipt heavy set gentleman customer service was definitely under expectations. I asked what can I get to substitute instead of fries with my combo, granted if there was no options I would have been okay but when I kept asking him the question he kept telling me to get fries he acted like he did not understood what I said and I spoke with clarity and clear pronunciation. This is the second time this particular individual I've encountered and I spoke to other customers in the parking lot who felt the same. The fries was extremely cool, not room temperature and half the box.
I love jack n the box but tell my why when I get up to pay the drive thru cashier tells me to back up (assuming to make sure that im not looking what shes doing) but I keep my windshield down and reverse a bit back anyways, tell my why this employee screamed "I wanna dieeee!!!" (in Spanish) so i grabbed my order and thanked her in Spanish. Lol weird experience
There food was disgusting. The employees were rude and disrespectful. My kid got stuck in the men's bathroom and didn't care to help at all and ignored when we asked for help. Waited 45min just to order and messed up two orders and didn't fix it at all. The bathrooms were unhygienic, the locks of the bathrooms were rusty and screwed into cracking bricks. I honestly wouldn't suggest eating here.
