It’s a pretzel place. Everything cooks in an oven. These high school kids on their first jobs really do a great job at making pretzels. I thought one of them was giving me an attitude by burning my pretzel, but then I realized that it was just an internal conflict with my self and that these fast food workers really don’t care about ruining their customers days! Turns out, the fast food worker was actually just a normal 16 year old human being and had a tough day at school causing them to make a simple human mistake. *Hint hint* Karen. Keep up the good work, y’all.

Its already been twice that I go an hour after its opened and they "still haven't turned the ovens on and it will be an hour wait" AN HOUR AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN. I love the pretzels but its nearly impossible to get any. Another time I went they said they were still making dough and it will be a 45 minute wait. Do they not have it already prepared in case it runs out? Aside from that the staff is rude and don't have any courtesy at all. They're not polite at all. After I ordered, they gave me my order and didn't say a word the entire interaction. It was so incredibly awkward.

Very very long wait and it never improves no matter who is working. I don’t mind waiting five to ten minutes but 15-20 minutes just for two original pretzels is kinda ridiculous. The workers are as close to sloth movement as possible. Absolutely the slowest service I’ve ever waited at an Auntie Anne’s location.

Let’s talk about how I’m the only person that walked in and all employees looked at me and didn’t bother to say hello or welcome me in. After waiting 5 minutes someone finally asked what I needed. A bad experience for my first time. Definitely won’t be back. It wasn’t even busy and there was no customers so I’m not sure why they had attitude.

This place is the worst! Service is awful. There is no coordination. Food is great but always dreading coming to this location.

Just like others have stated in the reviews below. I have given this place many opportunities but unfortunately, I have always received terrible service. They charged me wrong once, gave me my order wrong, and this most recent one they told me there was no more pretzels and gave me a whole explanation on the process for the dough at 8:30 p.m. The only thing available was açaí bowls and smoothies. If this is the case then why not put a sign on the order menu that after a certain time they will not sell anymore pretzels? On top of that horrible greeting service. I had to say hello a couple of times to make sure someone was there, for a moment I even thought that maybe they were closed. I decided to leave and go to Crumbl Cookies instead, completely different service. It explains why their lobby is always full and Auntie Anne’s is always empty. Management should really do something about this issue going on for months.

Walked in, there’s no one else in here took my order and tell me why they didn’t make my pretzels and I had to go up and ask them how much longer and she said for what? They are all on the phone and I’m sitting here waiting for my pretzel bites. And she still didn’t apologize and say she would get on it right away she slowly walked to put on gloves and get them ready. Staff needs to speak up she was whispering and couldn’t even take my order correctly. Please correct this asap. Judging by other reviews it won’t get fixed though.

We waited 45 minutes for 2 pretzels, 3 other customers were waiting with us who joined a little bit after we arrived and they all left before us. The people next to us even got their pretzels burned and order wrong twice! After they all left the employee came up to us asking what we had ordered, did they forget about us? We got 1 pretzel free and our order shortly after but it was burnt too!!! We had to go back and wait for the pretzel to be remade:(

We went to get pretzels and when the girl was making the pretzels she dropped the cutter twice on the floor picked it up and back on the counter. I thought she would go wash it but she proceeded to use it to cut the dough. I instantly stopped her and brought what she did to her attention and she denied it. She disappeared to the back and the other girl in the store put the dough that was cut with the dirty cutters in the oven, I told her what the other girl did and she proceeded to tell me that they have 2 cutters. I told her I saw with my own eyes the girl drop it twice in the floor and use it to cut the dough. At this point i was done, I was willing to wait for them to make a fresh set with clean cutters but they seemed not to see the issue so I asked for my refund and left. This is bad customer service and very unhygienic. Please fix this process.

We went in the establishment a few minutes after opening. When addressed carelessly by the staff lady, we placed an order for 2 large nuggets. However she explained that she just opened and it would be an hour wait before anything was ready. We were shocked as they opened at 10am but wouldn't have product ready until 11am. Seemed rather strange as we dont face this issue with other establishments. Many places prep prior to opening so as to be ready for customers at the time of opening. The lady didnt seem to care and we could tell she wanted us out. Poor customer service and poor business practices for sure. We were very disappointed and won't be returning.

This place closes at 9:00 but they stop making pretzels at 7:30 pm. The person taking our order was rude and stated he needed to “clear” many orders before getting to us so he was not going to make more.

I ordered 2 buckets of Mini Pretzel Dogs Bucket over $60 order. At time of serving for a kids birthday party all of them were burn from the bottom. Call the store and supposedly no manager was in at the moment. Very disappointed at this location.
