Everytime, order is wrong. Manager is never present when you want to complain. Just a bunch of kids working who don’t care about what they’re putting out. So frustrating especially when you get food to-go, open up your food and it’s wrong. Waste of time and money!

Worker at drive through couldn’t understand my order because of loud music in the background. At the window I had to correct my order, I received half my order due to the workers not paying attention besides one who acknowledged my order was missing food but still decided to just tell me I’m good to go. Site manager needs to look into their team because this is not a professional look for your establishment.

Disgusting Experience I recently visited the Jack in the Box on Valley Parkway in Escondido, and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. When I bit into my burger, I found a long hair mixed in with my food. It's absolutely appalling that such a big piece of hair could make it into my meal without anyone noticing. This raises serious concerns about their food safety and hygiene practices. On top of that, the service was horrible. The staff didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. I strongly believe the health department should pay them a visit. I would advise everyone to stay away from this location at all costs. It's not worth the risk!

I am very disappointed to say that Jack in the Box tacos were not it. I ordered 10 tacos, and every single taco tasted like plain sausage. My sibling’s and I did not enjoy their tacos at all. I come here a few times a month and am almost always parked. The crew care more about their damn drive thru times than customer service. Having to leave the drive thru and go through traffic just to pull back into wait is ridiculous. I ordered breakfast at breakfast time and still got parked. The car in front of me was also asked to park. Not happy at all.

I ordered 3 chicken pop corn one is large spicy and the second and third ones are regular and this is how much they only gave me only a little bit and it’s not much I said large spicy chicken pop corn so it should be more or a lot. And I called them but they were not cooperating with me and they said well that’s the size for large.

I pull through the drive-through and ordered a jumbo jack and a value fry off of Jacks deals . The price shown on the marquee was 269, but they were charged me 289 when I asked the manager to fix it he said there was no way to fix that for me. Which led me to just cancel my order if you can’t figure out what to do about overcharging the customer by $.20 I have no confidence in you and your ability to make my food. Wherever you got this so-called manager from getting rid of him. It’ll cost you more than he’ll make you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-thru this morning and got a sandwich with a bite already take out of it! I had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach a manager, when someone finally answered they didn’t take any ownership. Said the manager wasn’t in and kept cutting me off as I tried to explain my sandwich situation. His response was “well none of the employees eat in the kitchen.” 🤬😑 Long story short, I had to threaten to call the city inspector to get any sort of accountability. During a WORLDLY pandemic I don’t understand how this is acceptable at all! You can clearly see the bite in the bread and chicken. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN!
