I just wanted a burger, and this place is close. I had a single cheese and a drink. The restaurant was light traffic inside, and the burger came out fast. It was good, and I was not hungry afterward. The restroom was clean as well.

Drive thru needs a new microphone or speaker system. They are happy to take the order and get it wrong. Totally forgot to add my drink even after acknowledging I ordered one at the order box. An apology was given, but nothing offered to make things right.

This place is a mess. I used to come here all the time but the past 3 out of 4 times I've been here they've messed up my order by forgetting a major part of it. They're in such a hurry to get it out the window that they often forget part of my order or what I get is half cooked or cold right out of the bag. You know for how much it cost to go through a drive-thru nowadays and these people all make it at least $20 an hour you figured they'd take a second to get the order right and have the food at least be presentable. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat because this place is horrible.

not open at 6am. been waiting for them to open. 610 and still no one. I will post when it opens. see how long until they are open. maybe.... change open hours or schedule?

Spicy chicken sandwich was tuff couldn't finish it. Wendy's use to have the best but now between carls Jr. And Wendy's for the worst.

Changed the rating for this Wendy's after visiting today. I was highly disappointed! Worst service or should I say lack of. I stood in front of the register this morning, with my husband for a whopping 30 minutes with the 3 workers walking past, ignoring us. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to be patient. After being blatantly ignored for the 100th time, I asked one of the workers if they could take our order, she said NO 😬 that she had many orders ahead of us and the register wasn't even open and walked away. I was left there dumbfounded because there have been no one ahead of us in line. Perhaps she was speaking of drive-through orders? Who knows as I was left with no choice but to walk out, and take my money elsewhere. The whole 30 minutes I stood there, I observed the many orders they argued about doing wrong. DO NOT GO TO THE WENDY'S!!!!! they dont care about their customers one bit!!!

Waited 10 min for 1 of 4 people to even acknowledge me at a register and still continue to ignore dine in customers. The woman's excuse is there are alot of orders ahead of you didn't even get a hello I'll be w you in a min. Horrible service no leadership all 4 people running around like chickens w their heads cut off still messing up orders. We went to huckleberry's instead.. Wendy's loss revenue..

The store declined to sell us the 444 meal deal "We do not sell that here", even though it shows as an option for this store online. Looks like the owner does not want to sell it. We got around this by exiting the drive though lane going inside and ordering through the app, they do not sell it at the front or in the drive through lane.

This Wendy’s looks like a Wendy’s in a third world country. The staff, namely, the shift, supervisor manager, lady “Rosendo I believe” expressed very rude and arrogant mannerisms, along with unprofessional behavior. I didn’t get into a confrontation, however what I ordered through the app was not there and she tried to unapologetically and impatiently give me a cheaper alternative, which would’ve been fine if she asked me in a nice way I mean fast food workers are getting paid well these days and everything is almost digital which shouldn’t put further strain on employees. This is why I’m confused as to where this sense of entitlement, negative body language and tonality as if they were so annoyed against customers. I let this supervisor lady think that there was nothing wrong because if I argue with her, I don’t think I would’ve gotten anywhere. As her body language expressed unpleasant intimidating behavior. All I know is I left feeling treated poorly, and with a bad taste in my mouth, I will report this incident to the Wendy’s corporate, and I’ll take my business to Wendy’s elsewhere as I am a Regular patron in there. I really hate to leave an establishment feeling like this.

Came in tonight at exactly 11:50pm. Which was an automated system telling me they were closed. I pulled up to see a customer at the window. After waiting, I'm greeted by a woman i believe to be the manager. She tells me their computer is off but isn't very willing to take my order either... I've resubmitted their appropriate closing hours to reflect what is more accurate to my experience.
