I have been going to Panera in Fairport for years. This is one of the cleanest ones, especially compared to 12 Corners in Brighton. The bagels don't seem to be as fresh as they once were (I presume they are frozen and baked the night before). It has become much less affordable for an actual meal the past 2 years. I am always surprised at the cost

Food was great. Get the Pick2. It's a great deal. Love their French Onion soup. Good location. Usually, it's busy there. We sat next to the fire place. They have outside seating during summertime.

I usually love panera but this time I got a creamy tomato soup that wasn't as advertised. Instead it was marinara sauce. The staff kept saying they changed the soup recipes. Did not offer another option until I approached a second time. The chicken noodle soup is definitely not my preferred but it's what I got... i personally think someone mixed the sauce with the soup since they have pepperoni pizza sandwiches now. Unfortunately no one came clean on the one. If the soup is truly this recipe I will not be back.

I haven't been to Panera for a while, and I was reminded of why at this visit. Panera as a chain has gone downhill. Food is just ok. Bagels are chewy and taste like 2 day old Bagels from the grocery store. They are handed out with small self serve containers of cream cheese. I'm not sure how those 2 things of such low quality cost almost $5. The you pick 2 was just ok. The salad was small and the soup was very clearly old and past it's prime with an over cooked color and consistency. Drinks are also over priced. We also got a cookie which was just not good. Even my husband who eats everything complained that it was disappointing. The m &m like candies were discolored and the cookie had no flavor. The staff at this location was pleasant and helpful. No complaints there. Save yourself $30 and make lunch at home :(

If my rating was on location alone it would be higher as this is definitely the nicer location in the area. But basing on Panera Prices on items: $4 for a "LARGE" Iced coffee wouldn't be bad if it was actually Large. Went next door and bought a $4 MEDIUM HMMM.... Been thru the drive thru two separate times. The first time they forgot my silverware. I had to eat my salad with my fingers and soup like a drink. Went back again. After they handed me the bag I asked if they put silverware in this time, because it was forgotten last time. He goes oh I don’t think so, I open it up and lo and behold, no silverware again. Not sure how they could mess up twice in a row on different days but it happened. If you choose to use the drive-thru make sure you check for silverware. TLDR: they forget the silverware in the drive-thru. Make sure you double check before you leave.

When ordering online be be sure to check your others before leaving the store. I think they rely on people not asking for their actual order cause they don't see what inside the packaging until they let home. There completely gave me the wrong order last time I ordered. Previous time luckily I was still in the store and had been fix their work but last time they have me the wine items completely. Forever trying to call to say y for hellot or find a customer service help online. They only have a FAQ customer service page. They are the worst when it comes to remedy their mistake of giving wrong orders. No help available if you took your order home only to discover the mistake. Barsr on this, agents thoroughly inspect every ord as they can't be trusted

They forgot the baguette for my salad as well as the baguette for my mac n cheese. Also my tuna sandwich has about a spoonful of tuna on one half of the sandwich and the other was just lettuce. Won’t be returning to this location

Haven’t been to this location for awhile and don’t expect I’ll be back anytime soon. The cashier was super helpful but the salad had apple seeds in it(which are toxic) and the soup had a long black hair in it. There was yelling going on in the kitchen area. Very disappointed

I dropped by to pick up a dozen bagels. At 9:30AM, there was hardly any selection. The ones that were there were very dark brown, obviously overdone. When I asked what happened to those bagels, the response was, "they stayed in the oven a little to long, but they are fine on the inside". I said no thanks, and left.

Brought in some pizza from down the street so that I could get my favorite lemonade from Panera and eat it there with my drink!! I walked in and set my pizza down and walked over to the counter to order my drink. The manager (Older lady with short grey hair)- STARED the whole time I was there and would not look away for minutes on end. Would continue to stare even if I looked back. And when I finally called her out on it by saying “I don’t appreciate your staring” she responded by saying “I’m glad you bought something”. Completely uncalled for and extremely rude. You do not stare at someone and try and make them feel uncomfortable as a manager. Ridiculous.

Slow service, and no self-serve cups. I'm a Sip Club member, so I can grab my morning coffee and get in and out quickly. Not anymore. They have removed the self-serve cups, so you have to request them at the counter. That would be fine if there were ever any staff at the counter. I've waited up to 5-10 minutes just to get a cup, when there was no one else in line. Staff just walking past me, doing other things, but no one manning the registers. What used to be a time saver is now costing me time. I'm done.
